[0007] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The objective of the invention is to provide a system that meets the aforementioned purpose.
[0009] To achieve the mentioned objective, the invention relates to a QR code-based control system comprising: a server having a queryable and network-accessible database; a user terminal configured to query over a network, having a screen and a QR code reader; a first object having a first QR code embedded with a first object identity; and at least one second object having a second QR code embedded with at least one second object identity. In the control system, the user terminal is configured to verify a user identity entered by a user, the QR code reader of the user terminal is configured to read the object identity embedded in the QR code on the first or second object, the user terminal is configured to transmit the first or second object identity and the verified user identity to the server, and the server is configured to prepare an output data by matching the information of the selected object identity with the verified user identity, and the user terminal screen is configured to display the output data. Thus, users of the control system can quickly access the information of objects by scanning the QR codes embedded on them. This provides convenience in applications such as inventory management or object tracking. Additionally, the control system can be used to define multiple object identities for flexibility, allowing it to adapt to different application scenarios. Moreover, by managing and matching user and object identities, the server ensures that data is controlled in a secure and organized manner.
[0010] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the user terminal is configured to activate at least one trigger selected from a predetermined group comprising email, SMS, database, loT, or API, and to display the trigger result on the screen. Thus, users can access data from various sources and receive instant feedback. For example, instant access to real-time data provided by loT devices or APIs enables users to reach up- to-date information more quickly and manage business processes.
[0011] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the user terminal is configured to determine the authorization level of the user identity. Thus, authorization and identity verification processes can be managed more sensitively, ensuring that users only have permission to perform certain operations. This increases system security. It also provides reliable protection in terms of access authorization, data confidentiality, and integrity. In addition, preventing unintended operations or unauthorized access helps reduce errors and security vulnerabilities.
[0012] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the user terminal is configured to display the corresponding data set from the server on the screen according to the first or at least one second authority possessed by the user identity. In this way, a secure and efficient work experience is achieved by allowing users to access only the data they are authorized to view. Also, by ensuring that users can only access data they are authorized for, data integrity is protected, and unwanted modifications are prevented.
[0013] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the user terminal and the server include a first network module and a corresponding second network module configured to communicate over a network connection. Thus, network communication between users and the server allows data updates to be performed quickly and effectively, ensuring that data in the system remains current and consistent.
[0014] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first network module and the second network module are configured to encrypt the data communication between them. Thus, by ensuring data confidentiality and security, problems such as external interventions and data breaches are prevented. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a URL providing access to the server is embedded within the information of the first QR code and the second QR code. Thus, by embedding the URL information, users are provided with quick access to a specific server. Scanning the URL ensures a fast and direct connection.
[0015] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the server is configured to modify the QR code information. Thus, changing QR code information offers ease of data management, updating, and system flexibility, making system management more efficient.

[0018] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0019] In this detailed description, the development subject to the invention is described by referring to examples without any limitation and only to better explain the subject.
[0020] In Figure 1 , the control system of the invention is shown schematically. The control system includes a server (10) having a database. The server (10) can be queried. The server (10) includes a processor (14) that monitors the information in the database and classifies it into data sets. The processor (14) matches data sets with user authorization information contained in a memory unit (16) to classify them into data sets. The server (10) includes a first network module (12) configured to provide encrypted data transmission over the network. The server (10) communicates with a user terminal (20) having a second network module (26) corresponding to the first network module (12). The user terminal (20) includes a QR code reader (24). By scanning a first QR code (32) provided on a first object (30) with the QR code reader (24), the first object identity and URL information within the first QR code (32) are accessed. Similarly, by reading a second QR code (42) provided on a second object (40), the second object identity and URL information within the second QR code (42) are accessed. The user terminal (20) includes a controller (28) configured to perform user identity verification. After identity verification is performed by the controller (28) within the user terminal (20), the user's authorization level is determined. According to the determined authorization level, the object identity information is matched by the controller (28) and turned into output data. The obtained output data is displayed on a screen (22) on the user terminal (20).
[0021] In a control method for the control system of the invention, a first QR code (32) is placed on a first object (30). The first QR code (32) contains identification information of the first object (30) on which it is placed. The placed first QR code (32) is read by the QR code reader (24) provided on the user terminal (20). The user identity information and the user's authorization level are determined by the controller (28) for a user who logs into the user terminal (20). The object identity information contained in the first QR code (32) is matched according to the authorization level of the logged-in user. After the matching, an encrypted data flow is established over the network via the communication modules (12, 26) between the user terminal (20) and the server (10). Data sets matching the user's authorization level and object identity information in the database of the server (10) are transmitted to the user terminal (20) as output data. The output data can be read by the user on the screen (22) provided on the user terminal (20). The output data can be optionally configured by the user. By activating a specific trigger (selected from email, SMS, database, loT, or API groups), the user can display the result of the trigger on the screen (22).
[0022] In an example application of the control system according to the invention, for a control system usable in the textile sector, the first QR code (32) is placed on a first catalog chosen as the first object (30). The first catalog (30) on which the first QR code (32) is placed contains identification information. The placed first QR code (32) is read by the QR code reader (24) provided on the user terminal (20). In the example application, a phone is chosen as the user terminal (20). The user identity information and the user's authorization level are determined by the controller (28) for a user who logs into the user terminal (20). In the example application, two different authorization levels are defined and divided into two different classes as personnel authorization and customer authorization. The catalog identity information contained in the first QR code (32) is matched according to the authorization level of the logged-in user. In an example matching scenario, after a user with personnel authorization scans the code, data flow is provided via encrypted communication over the network through the phone and the communication modules (12, 26) of the server (10). The database of the server (10) matches the data sets corresponding to personnel authorization and the catalog identity information. When a user with personnel authorization scans the first QR code (32), a report listing parameters such as the stock counts and production times of the products in the catalog is displayed to the user on the phone. When a user with customer authorization scans the first QR code (32), the user must first create a user profile on the user terminal (20). The user profile created by the user with customer authorization is recorded in the memory unit (16) by the processor (14). In an alternative example application, the created user profile can be saved by automatically creating a record in a customer list within the database via the processor (14). After the user with customer authorization scans the first QR code (32), a mail listing parameters such as the types of materials used in production (e.g., polyester, silk), prices, product dimensions, and delivery times is automatically sent to the user's email address.
[0023] In another example application of the control system according to the invention, for a control system usable in the vehicle rental sector, the first QR code (32) is placed on a first vehicle chosen as the first object (30), and the second QR code (42) is placed on at least one second vehicle chosen as the second object (40). The first vehicle onto which the first QR code (32) is placed contains vehicle identification information, and the second vehicle onto which the second QR code (42) is placed contains vehicle identification information. The placed first QR code (32) and the second QR code (42) are read by the QR code reader (24) provided on the user terminal (20). In the example application, a phone is chosen as the user terminal (20). The user identity information and the user's authorization level are determined by the controller (28) for a user who logs into the user terminal (20). In the example application, two different authorization levels are defined and divided into two different classes as personnel authorization and driver authorization. The vehicle identity information contained in the first QR code (32) is matched according to the authorization level of the logged-in user. In the example matching scenario, after a user with personnel authorization scans the code, data flow is provided via encrypted communication over the network through the phone and the communication modules (12, 26) of the server (10). The database of the server (10) matches the data sets corresponding to the personnel authorization level and the vehicle identity information. When a user with personnel authorization scans the first QR code (32), a report listing information such as the total mileage, fuel status, and traffic insurance of the first vehicle is displayed to the user on the phone. When a user with driver authorization scans the first QR code (32), the user must first create a user profile on the user terminal (20). The user profile created by the user with driver authorization is recorded in the memory unit (16) by the processor (14). In an alternative example application, the created user profile can be saved by automatically creating a record in a customer list within the database via the processor (14). When the second QR code (42) is scanned, the same sequence of operations as scanning the first QR code (32) is initiated. After the user with driver authorization scans the first QR code (32), parameters such as the vehicle's price, rental period, and vehicle features are sent as a message in a table format to the phone. After scanning the second QR code (42), parameters such as price, rental period, and vehicle features are similarly sent as a table-form message to the phone. The user with driver authorization, after scanning the QR codes (32, 42) on the phone, can also receive a comparative table of the features, prices, and rental periods of the first vehicle and the second vehicle via email or message.
[0024] In another example application of the control system according to the invention, for a control system usable in the device service and maintenance sector, the first QR code (32) is placed on a first device (30) chosen as the first object, for example, a first air conditioner. The first air conditioner (30) on which the first QR code (32) is placed contains product information. The air conditioner identity information contained in the first QR code (32) is matched according to the authorization level of the logged-in user. In the example matching scenario, after a user with personnel authorization scans the code, data flow is provided via encrypted communication over the network through the phone and communication modules (12, 26) of the server (10). The database of the server (10) matches data sets corresponding to the personnel authorization level and the air conditioner identity information. When a user with personnel authorization scans the first QR code (32), information such as the air conditioner's usage time, purchase date, and maintenance history can be viewed on the phone. After the user with customer authorization scans the first QR code (32), a notification is shown indicating what the displayed error code of the air conditioner means, and in case of malfunction, the user can be automatically directed to a website where they can contact an authorized service provider.
