[0009] 1 shows an example of the overall configuration of an evaluation content management system (an example of a content management system) according to the first embodiment. In the figure, a contributor CT uses a contributor terminal 1 to create evaluation content on a word-of-mouth information site 10, the evaluation content evaluating, for example, commercial materials (goods or services) offered at a store, or the facility itself, including the store as a whole or a building, and posts the created evaluation content as word-of-mouth information.

[0010] The contributor terminal 1 is a terminal used by the contributor CT. It is communicably connected to the evaluation content management device 100 via a network. The contributor terminal 1 may be, for example, a smartphone, a tablet terminal, a personal computer, or the like.

[0011] Although one contributor CT is shown in the figure, there may be a plurality of contributors CT, each of which uses a contributor terminal 1.

[0012] The word-of-mouth information site 10 is a site that publishes evaluation content posted on a network such as the Internet as word-of-mouth information. The word-of-mouth information site 10 includes an evaluation content management device 100. The evaluation content management device 100 may be a server provided on a network, or may be constructed as a cloud server.

[0013] The evaluation content management device 100 creates evaluation content in response to the creation and posting (registration) of evaluation content by the contributor CT, and stores the created evaluation content.

[0014] In this embodiment, the evaluation content can be created by arbitrarily selecting between a site format (an example of a first format) corresponding to publication on a website (an example of a primary environment) serving as the word-of-mouth information site 10 and a signage format (an example of a second format) corresponding to playback (display) on a signage 21 (an example of a secondary environment) installed in a store 20 (an example of a predetermined location) and used by the store 20 (an example of a user). Evaluation content in the site format corresponding to publication on a website serving as the word-of-mouth information site 10 (an example of a first evaluation content) often has information layouts and the like that are not suitable for playback on the signage 21. Therefore, in this embodiment, a signage format suitable for playback on the signage 21 is defined, and evaluation content can also be created using the signage format. By providing the signage formats in this way, the appeal of the evaluation content played on the signage 21 to customers can be enhanced.

[0015] The evaluation content management device 100 publishes, as word-of-mouth information, evaluation content created in a site format among the submitted evaluation content on a website serving as a review information site 10. The site-format evaluation content published on the review information site 10 is viewed by a consumer user US. The consumer user US is a consumer who purchases products or services provided by a store 20. The consumer user US operates a consumer terminal 2 to access (log in to) the review information site 10. The screen of the review information site 10 is displayed on the consumer terminal 2. The consumer user US can select site-format evaluation content and view the selected evaluation content by operating the screen of the review information site 10. Furthermore, the consumer user US can take a reaction behavior in response to viewing the site-format evaluation content presented on the review information site 10. Specifically, the reaction behavior may include the number of views of the site-format evaluation content. Furthermore, the reaction behavior may be an evaluation operation on the site-format evaluation content (e.g., an operation on a "Like" button, etc.), an operation to bookmark the site-format evaluation content, an operation to place an order or make a reservation via the site-format evaluation content, etc.

[0016] In the figure, the store 20 cooperates with the word-of-mouth information site 10 to play evaluation content in signage format (an example of second evaluation content) for the store 20 on a signage 21. The store 20 is equipped with a store terminal 200 operated by a store clerk. The store terminal 200 may be a personal computer, a smartphone, a tablet terminal, or the like.

[0017] The store terminal 200 is communicably connected to the evaluation content management device 100 via a network. The store terminal 200 downloads evaluation content in signage format, which evaluates the store itself, from the evaluation content management device 100, and plays the downloaded evaluation content on the signage 21.

[0018] Furthermore, in the store 20, for example, a store clerk can operate the store terminal 200 to select evaluation content to be played on the signage 21 from among the evaluation content in signage format targeted at the store. In other words, in this embodiment, it is possible to play on the signage 21 only evaluation content that the store clerk has determined to be favorable for the store 20 from among the evaluation content in signage format targeted at the store.

[0019] An advertising effect can be obtained when customers (consumers) at the store 20 view the evaluation content displayed on the signage 21. Furthermore, the customers can make appropriate decisions about purchasing products or services based on the content of the evaluation content.

[0020] In this embodiment, the evaluation content management device 100 is configured to provide a reward to the contributor CT of the played evaluation content in response to the playback of the evaluation content on the signage 21. The type of reward is not particularly limited, and may be a monetary amount, points, coupons, etc. Furthermore, the rules for providing a reward in response to the playback of the evaluation content on the signage 21 may be variously considered, and are not particularly limited.

[0021] In this manner, in this embodiment, the evaluation content posted by the contributor CT on the word-of-mouth information site 10 is also published on the signage 21, which is an environment other than the word-of-mouth information site 10, and a reward is awarded to the contributor CT in response to the publication on the signage 21. By awarding a reward in this manner, it is possible to provide the contributor CT with an incentive to post evaluation content of as high quality as possible, depending on the method of awarding the reward. As a result, in this embodiment, it is expected that the quality of the content of the evaluation content will be improved voluntarily by the contributor CT, etc.

[0022] 2 and 3, an example of an operation procedure for creating signage-format evaluation content by a contributor CT will be described. When creating signage-format evaluation content, the contributor CT accesses the word-of-mouth information site 10 via the browser of the contributor terminal 1 and displays a web page for creating the evaluation content.

[0023] On the web page for creating evaluation content, for example, an evaluation content format selection screen is first displayed. The evaluation content format selection screen is a screen where an operation is performed to specify whether the format of the evaluation content to be created is to be a site format or a signage format.

[0024] 2 shows an example of an evaluation content format selection screen. In this case, the user selects the signage format for the evaluation content to be created by operating the radio button RB2 out of the radio button RB1 corresponding to the site format and the radio button RB2 corresponding to the signage format.

[0025] In response to the signage format being designated by operating the radio button RB2, a content editing screen corresponding to the evaluation content in the signage format is displayed on the evaluation content creation web page.

[0026] 3 shows an example of a content editing screen corresponding to evaluation content in signage format. The content editing screen in the figure has an information input area AR1 and a preview area AR2. The information input area AR1 is an area where input operations are performed corresponding to each information item presented in the evaluation content in signage format. The preview area AR2 is an area where a preview display is performed in which the content of the information item input in the information input area AR1 is reflected on the evaluation content screen in a format displayed on signage.

[0027] The information input area AR1 is arranged with an input box in which the product name can be input, an input box in which store information can be input, buttons ("Select" button, "Delete" button) for specifying an image to be embedded in the evaluation content screen, and an input box in which a description can be input. As the poster specifies an image by inputting information into each of the above input boxes or operating buttons ("Select" button, "Delete" button), corresponding information is displayed in each of the product name, image, description, store information, and code areas in the preview area AR2. The store entered in the store information is the store to be evaluated. In the code area, for example, a code symbol of the store ID indicating the store indicated in the store information is displayed. The code symbol may be, for example, a two-dimensional code.

[0028] The contributor CT checks the content displayed in the preview area AR2 in accordance with his / her own operation and then operates the post button BT1. In response to the operation of the post button BT1, the evaluation content management device 100 stores the evaluation content in signage format based on the content that has been displayed in the preview area AR2 up to that point.

[0029] If the contributor CT wishes to cancel the content input on the content editing screen and return to the previous screen, for example, the contributor CT operates the cancel button BT2.

[0030] Next, an example of an operation procedure performed by a store clerk at the store 20 to select evaluation content in signage format to be played on the signage 21 will be described with reference to Fig. 4. Fig. 4 shows an example of a content selection screen displayed on the store terminal 200 when the store terminal 200 accesses the evaluation content management device 100.

[0031] 4, the content selection screen presents a list of signage-style evaluation content posted with the store 20 as the evaluation target. In the list of evaluation content, a sample image SP for each evaluation content is arranged. A check box CB is marked for each sample image SP.

[0032] Here, the sample images SP on the content selection screen may correspond to a portion selected from all the posted signage-format evaluation content. The selection of signage-format evaluation content may be based on, for example, reaction information indicating the status (reaction status) of the consumer user US's reaction behavior to the website-format evaluation content associated with the signage-format evaluation content. Specifically, the reaction information may include the number of views of the corresponding website-format evaluation content, the number of "likes," the number of bookmarks, the number of orders or reservations made via the website-format evaluation content, etc. In this case, the selection method for signage-format evaluation content may be to select a predetermined number of items in descending order of the number of reactions (e.g., number of views, number of "likes," number of bookmarks, number of orders, number of reservations), or to select items with a certain number of reactions or more. Alternatively, a predetermined number of items may be selected in descending order of the number of reactions, or items with a certain number of reactions or less. Furthermore, the above selection method may be switchable in response to a store clerk's operation. In addition, the number of reactions (number of views, number of likes, number of bookmarks, number of orders, number of reservations, etc.) used as a selection condition for signage-style evaluation content may be selectable in response to an operation by a store clerk.

[0033] The store clerk checks the content of each sample image SP of the evaluation content displayed on the content selection screen. If necessary, the store clerk may display an enlarged image of the selected sample image SP so that the content can be checked in detail. The store clerk checks the content, checks the checkbox CB corresponding to the evaluation content desired to be displayed on the signage 21, and then operates the confirm button BT11. This operation determines the evaluation content to be displayed on the signage 21. The evaluation content management device 100 transmits the signage-format evaluation content selected by the above operation to the store terminal 200. The store terminal 200 stores the received signage-format evaluation content. The store terminal 200 outputs the stored evaluation content to the signage 21, thereby playing the evaluation content on the signage 21.

[0034] The signage 21 may be configured to be communicably connected to the evaluation content management device 100. In this case, the evaluation content management device 100 may play back the evaluation content in signage format selected by an operation on the content selection screen of FIG. 4 on the signage 21 by sequentially transmitting the evaluation content to the signage 21 without passing through the store terminal 200.

[0035] If the contributor CT wishes to cancel the content input on the content selection screen and return to the previous screen, for example, the contributor CT operates the cancel button BT12.

[0036] 5 shows an example of the functional configuration of the evaluation content management device 100 and the store terminal 200 of this embodiment. The evaluation content management device 100 and the store terminal 200 may each be configured to include, as hardware, a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a storage device such as an HDD (Hard Disk Drive) or an SSD (Solid State Drive), and the like. The functions of the evaluation content management device 100 shown in the figure are realized by the CPU provided in the evaluation content management device 100 executing a program. The functions of the store terminal 200 shown in the figure are realized by the CPU provided in the store terminal 200 executing a program.

When the contributor CT specifies the association in this way, correspondence relationship information indicating the associated site-format evaluation content and signage-format evaluation content may be stored in the storage unit 103.

[0052] Returning to Fig. 5, the following describes an example of the functional configuration of the store terminal 200. The store terminal 200 includes a communication unit 201, a user interface unit 202, a control unit 203, and a storage unit 204.

[0053] The communication unit 201 is communicably connected to the evaluation content management device 100 via a network. The communication unit 201 is also connected to the signage 21 via the network or a predetermined data interface.

[0054] The user interface unit 202 is a part that includes an operation unit and a display unit that the store terminal 200 has.

[0055] The control unit 203 executes various controls in the store terminal 200. The control unit 203 includes a secondary disclosure unit 231. The secondary disclosure unit 231 outputs the evaluation content in signage format transmitted from the evaluation content management device 100 to the signage 21 in response to an operation on the content selection screen ( FIG. 4 ), thereby playing the evaluation content in signage format on the signage 21. In other words, the secondary disclosure unit 231 discloses the evaluation content on the signage 21.

[0056] The storage unit 204 stores various types of information corresponding to the store terminal 200. The storage unit 204 may store, for example, evaluation content in a signage format transmitted from the evaluation content management device 100.

[0057] An example of a procedure performed in the evaluation content management system of this embodiment in relation to posting of evaluation content and playing the evaluation content in signage format on the signage 21 will be described with reference to the sequence diagram of FIG.

[0058] First, an example of a procedure related to posting of evaluation content will be described. Step S100: The poster terminal 1 accesses the evaluation content management device 100 in response to an operation by the poster CT.

[0059] Step S102: On the poster terminal 1 that has accessed the evaluation content management device 100, an operation screen corresponding to the creation of evaluation content (e.g., evaluation content format selection screen (FIG. 2), content editing screen (FIG. 3), etc.) is displayed. The poster CT performs operations on the displayed operation screen, such as selecting the format of the evaluation content to be created, creating the evaluation content, and posting the created evaluation content.

[0060] Step S104: In the evaluation content management device 100, the content creation unit 121 executes processing related to the creation and registration of evaluation content in response to the operation performed on the poster terminal 1 in step S102. The evaluation content is registered by the content creation unit 121 storing the created evaluation content in the first content storage unit 132 or the second content storage unit 133. At this time, the content creation unit 121 may also update the posting history information ( FIG. 6 ) in the corresponding poster information.

[0061] Next, an example of a procedure executed in relation to the playback of signage-format evaluation content on the signage 21 of this embodiment will be described. Step S110: The store clerk operates the store terminal 200 to access the evaluation content management device 100, and then transmits a content selection screen request. The content selection screen request includes the store ID of the corresponding store 20.

[0062] Step S112: In the evaluation content management device 100, the content selection unit 123 acquires, from the second content storage unit 133, evaluation content in signage format, which stores the store ID included in the received content selection request as the target store ID. The content selection unit 123 may also acquire (select) from the second content storage unit 133, evaluation content in signage format associated with evaluation content in website format, which includes content data targeting the same product as that specified by the store clerk's operation during content selection. As described above, the content selection unit 123 may also select the evaluation content in signage format to acquire from the second content storage unit 133 based on reaction information for the evaluation content in website format. The content selection unit 123 generates a content selection screen presenting sample images SP of the acquired evaluation content and transmits the generated content selection screen to the store terminal 200.

[0063] Step S114: The store terminal 200 displays the content selection screen transmitted in step S112 on the display unit of the user interface unit 202.

[0064] Step S116: The content selection unit 123 in the evaluation content management device 100 accepts a selection operation performed on the content selection screen displayed on the shop terminal 200.

[0065] Step S118: The content selection unit 123 transmits the evaluation content in the signage format selected by the selection operation performed on the content selection screen.

[0066] Step S120: In the store terminal 200, the secondary disclosure unit 231 stores the signage-format evaluation content transmitted in step S118 in the storage unit 204.

[0067] In the procedure of step S116 described above, the store clerk is supposed to perform an operation to select the evaluation content. However, for example, in response to the store clerk performing an operation to instruct the store terminal 200 to select the evaluation content, the content selection unit 123 in the evaluation content management device 100 may select the evaluation content suitable for playback on the signage 21. In this case, the content selection unit 123 may select the content suitable for playback using a trained model learned by deep learning or the like.

[0068] Step S122: The secondary disclosure unit 231 outputs the evaluation content in signage format stored in the storage unit 204 to the signage 21 in response to an operation by the store clerk or according to a predetermined schedule.

[0069] Step S124: The signage 21 reproduces the evaluation content in the signage format transmitted from the store terminal 200 in step S122.

[0070] Step S126: In response to outputting the evaluation content in signage format to the signage 21 in step S122, the secondary disclosure unit 231 transmits a notification (content disclosure notification) that the evaluation content in signage format has been disclosed to the evaluation content management device 100. The content disclosure notification includes the content ID of the evaluation content in signage format output in step S122.

[0071] Step S128: In the evaluation content management device 100, the reward granting unit 124 refers to the second content storage unit 133 to identify the contributor CT who posted the evaluation content of the content ID included in the content publication notification sent from the store terminal 200 in step S126. The reward granting unit 124 executes a process (reward granting process) to grant a reward to the identified contributor CT. The reward granting unit 124 updates the reward history information in the contributor information ( FIG. 6 ) of the corresponding contributor CT so that the result of this reward granting process is reflected.

[0072] The processing of steps S122 to S128 is a loop process that is executed every time the store terminal 200 outputs one piece of evaluation content in a signage format and plays it on the signage 21.

[0073] The evaluation content management device 100 may transmit the evaluation content in signage format to the signage 21 without going through the store terminal 200, and cause the signage 21 to play the evaluation content in signage format. In this case, the secondary disclosure unit 231 may be provided in the control unit 102 of the evaluation content management device 100. In this case, the reward granting unit 124 may execute the reward granting process every time the secondary disclosure unit 231 in the evaluation content management device 100 transmits the evaluation content in signage format to the signage 21.

[0074] Note that, after the signage-format evaluation content is played on the signage 21, a reward may be awarded to the corresponding contributor CT in response to detection that a customer in the store 20 has performed a predetermined reaction to the played signage-format evaluation content. For example, the customer's reaction to the signage-format evaluation content played on the signage 21 may be the customer watching the signage-format evaluation content played on the signage 21 for a predetermined period of time or more. In this case, a sensor capable of detecting a customer (person) in front of the signage 21, such as a camera or a motion sensor, may be provided, and the corresponding contributor CT may be awarded a reward based on the output of the sensor in response to detection that the customer has been continuously present in front of the signage 21 for a predetermined period of time or more. In this case, the signage 21 or the store terminal 200 may transmit the detection result based on the output of the sensor to the evaluation content management device 100.

[0075] In the above description, the evaluation content can be created in two different formats: a site format for publication on the word-of-mouth information site 10, and a signage format. However, the evaluation content may be created in a single common format that can be shared for publication on the word-of-mouth information site and publication (display) on the signage 21, for example.

[0076] The display device used to publish the evaluation content in the secondary environment may be something other than the signage 21, such as a general monitor device or a tablet terminal.

[0077] Second Embodiment Next, a second embodiment will be described. Fig. 10 shows an example of the overall configuration of an evaluation content management system in the second embodiment. In this figure, the same parts as those in Fig. 1 are given the same reference numerals and their explanations will be omitted as appropriate.

[0078] In this embodiment, a social networking service (SNS) 40 (an example of a secondary environment) is included. The SNS 40 accepts SNS content including text, images (still images, videos), etc. posted by registered users and makes the posted SNS content public on the network. Such SNS functions are realized by an SNS server 300 provided on the network.

[0079] In the figure, the users of the SNS 40 are a poster CT and a consumer user US. The consumer user US is a user who is a consumer who purchases products and services provided by the store 20. The poster CT uses a poster terminal 1 to access the SNS 40, and the consumer user US uses a consumer terminal 2 to access the SNS 40. The consumer user US can also access the word-of-mouth information site 10 using the consumer terminal 2.

[0080] The consumer terminal 2 may be a smartphone, a tablet terminal, a personal computer, or the like.

[0081] In this embodiment, a poster CT posts SNS content to the SNS 40, which introduces site-style evaluation content posted to the word-of-mouth information site 10. The SNS content introducing site-style evaluation content in this manner may have the evaluation content embedded therein, for example, by adding a link (URL) of the evaluation content to be introduced.

[0082] The consumer user US accessed the SNS 40 and viewed the SNS content posted by the poster CT. The consumer user US became interested in the site-style evaluation content embedded in the SNS content posted by the poster CT. The consumer user US then operated the link to the site-style evaluation content in the SNS content to access the site-style evaluation content published on the word-of-mouth information site.

[0083] The consumer user US accessed and viewed the site-based evaluation content. In this case, the site-based evaluation content viewed by the consumer user US was a review of a product sold at the store 20. The screen of the site-based evaluation content viewed by the consumer user US also allows, for example, an operation to order the product being reviewed (an ordering operation). After viewing the evaluation content, the consumer user US decided to order the product being reviewed. The consumer user US then performed an ordering operation to order the product being reviewed. In response to the ordering operation, order information is transmitted from the evaluation content management device 100 to the store terminal 200 of the store 20. At this time, a server or the like that performs order processing may be interposed between the evaluation content management device 100 and the store terminal 200. Upon receiving the order information, the store terminal 200 performs processing (order handling processing), such as notifying a store clerk of the order and managing the order.

[0084] Here, there are two types of orders made by the consumer user US: in-store orders and online orders. In-store orders are made when the consumer user US orders a product, such as food or drink, while in the store 20 that is the target of the evaluation content being viewed. In the case of in-store orders, the store 20 delivers the ordered product to the consumer user US as soon as it is ready. Online orders are made when a product is ordered from the store 20, which serves as an e-commerce site.

[0085] As described above, when an order is placed from the evaluation content published on the word-of-mouth information site 10, the evaluation content management device 100 gives a reward to the contributor CT of the evaluation content for which an order has been placed.

[0086] In this embodiment, the contributor CT creates the evaluation content while considering what kind of content will attract the interest of the consumer user US in order to receive as much reward as possible. As a result, in this embodiment, the quality of the evaluation content in the form of a website can be improved.

[0087] In this figure, the signage 21 (Figure 1) inside the store 20 is omitted, but in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the signage 21 may play evaluation content in signage format and reward the poster CT in response to the playback of the evaluation content.

[0088] 11 shows an example of the functional configuration of the evaluation content management device 100 and the SNS server 300 of this embodiment. In the figure, the same parts as in FIG. 5 are given the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted as appropriate. The configuration of the evaluation content management device 100 in the figure is the same as that in FIG. 5.

[0089] The SNS server 300 includes a communication unit 301, a control unit 302, and a storage unit 303. The communication unit 301 is connected to the evaluation content management device 100, the poster terminal 1, the consumer terminal 2, etc. via a network so as to be able to communicate with each other.

[0090] The control unit 302 executes various controls in the SNS server 300. The control unit 302 includes a secondary disclosure unit 321.

[0091] 10 , the poster CT operates the poster terminal 1 to create SNS content introducing the site-style evaluation content posted to the evaluation content management device 100, and posts the created SNS content to the SNS 40. The secondary publishing unit 321 publishes the SNS content introducing the site-style evaluation content posted as described above on the SNS 40, thereby publishing the evaluation content in the secondary environment.

[0092] The storage unit 303 stores various types of information corresponding to the SNS server 300. The storage unit 303 may store, for example, posted SNS content.

[0093] Referring to the sequence diagram of Figure 12, an example of the procedure performed in the evaluation content management system of this embodiment in response to the posting of SNS content and the granting of rewards in accordance with orders made by consumer users US via the evaluation content will be described.

[0094] First, an example of a procedure for posting SNS content introducing site-type evaluation content will be described. Step S200: The poster CT operates the poster terminal 1 to access the evaluation content that the poster has posted and that is to be introduced this time from among the site-type evaluation content that has been published on the word-of-mouth information site 10 by the primary publishing unit 122 of the evaluation content management device 100, and acquires the URL of the accessed evaluation content.

[0095] Step S202: Next, the poster CT operates the poster terminal 1 to access the SNS server 300, and then performs operations to create SNS content and post the created SNS content. Here, the poster CT creates SNS content that embeds the evaluation content of the introduction target by adding the URL acquired in step S200. The poster CT also performs operations on the poster terminal 1 to post the created SNS content to the SNS 40.

[0096] Step S204: The secondary publishing unit 321 of the SNS server executes a process of creating SNS content and a process of registering the created SNS content in accordance with the SNS content creation and posting operations performed on the accessing poster terminal 1. The SNS content may be registered by storing the created SNS content in the storage unit 303.

[0097] Next, an example of a procedure for providing a reward to a poster CT in response to an order by a consumer user US will be described. Step S210: The consumer user US operates the consumer terminal 2 to access the SNS content introducing the evaluation content published on the SNS 40 by the primary publishing unit 122 of the SNS server 300. The consumer user US views the SNS content played on the consumer terminal 2 by accessing it.

[0098] Step S212: The consumer user US operates the link (URL) of the evaluation content to be introduced that is embedded in the SNS content being viewed on the consumer terminal 2.

[0099] Step S214: In response to the operation in step S212, the consumer terminal 2 accesses the evaluation content of the introduction target specified by the URL of the link destination. The evaluation content of the introduction target that has been accessed is displayed on the consumer terminal 2. The consumer user US can view the displayed evaluation content.

[0100] Step S216: The consumer user US performs an order operation for the evaluation content displayed on the consumer terminal 2. The reward granting unit 124 of the evaluation content management device 100 accepts the order operation. By accepting the order operation, the reward granting unit 124 acquires, for example, information identifying the store 20 and product to be ordered that are associated with the evaluation content (store ID, product ID). The reward granting unit 124 may also acquire information used for payment (payment information), such as a credit card number, in response to an input operation by the consumer user US. Furthermore, if the order is an online order, the reward granting unit 124 may also acquire information such as the product delivery address.

[0101] Step S218: The reward granting unit 124 of the evaluation content management device 100 sends order information to the store 20 identified by the store ID acquired in step S216. The order information includes the product ID of the ordered item and payment information. In the case of an online order, the order information may also include information such as the product delivery address.

[0102] Step S220: The store terminal 200 executes order processing according to the order information transmitted in step S218.

[0103] Step S222: In response to the order information being sent in step S218, the reward granting unit 124 of the evaluation content management device 100 executes a reward granting process for the contributor CT of the evaluation content corresponding to the order information. The reward granted in step S222 is compensation for promoting sales of the product that was the subject of the evaluation of the evaluation content.

[0104] Third Embodiment Next, a third embodiment will be described. Fig. 13 shows an example of the overall configuration of an evaluation content management system according to the second embodiment. In this figure, the same parts as those in Figs. 1 and 10 are designated by the same reference numerals, and differences from Fig. 10 will be mainly described.

[0105] In this embodiment, the consumer terminal 2 of the consumer user US communicates with the SNS server 300 and also with the store terminal 200 of the store 20. By communicating in this manner between the consumer terminal 2 and the store terminal 200, in this embodiment, an order can be placed from the consumer terminal 2 to the store terminal 200.

[0106] In this embodiment, the store terminal 200 of the store 20 and the SNS server 300 in the SNS 40 are connected to each other.

[0107] In this embodiment, similarly to the second embodiment, the contributor CT creates SNS content introducing the evaluation content (site format) posted on the word-of-mouth information site 10 and posts it on the SNS 40 .

[0108] The consumer user US can access the SNS 40 and view the SNS content posted by the poster CT. The consumer user US decides to order a product from the store 20 that is rated in the rating content introduced in the SNS content that the consumer user US is viewing. The order here may be placed face-to-face with a store clerk at the store 20 that the consumer user US visits, or may be placed online by the consumer user US operating the consumer terminal 2.

[0109] The store 20 responds to an order from the consumer user US. In response to receiving the order, the store 20 causes the store terminal 200 to access the SNS server 300 and searches for SNS content that introduces (embeds) site-style evaluation content that evaluates the product ordered from the store. The search may use words written in tags attached to the SNS content as search targets.

[0110] The store 20 determines which site-type evaluation content motivated the consumer user US to place an order, for example, based on the content of the site-type evaluation content embedded in the searched SNS content.

[0111] The evaluation content may be determined by a store clerk or by the store terminal 200. When the evaluation content is determined by the store terminal 200, the evaluation content that motivated the order may be estimated based on the ordered product, attributes such as the age and gender of the consumer user who ordered the product, and the content of each evaluation content. The store terminal 200 may estimate the evaluation content that motivated the order using a trained model. The store terminal 200 notifies the evaluation content management device 100 of the evaluation content that was determined to be the motivation for the order, for example, via the SNS server 300.

[0112] The evaluation content management device 100 provides a reward to the poster of the notified evaluation content as compensation for promoting sales of the product that was the subject of evaluation in the evaluation content. In addition, in the present embodiment, the evaluation content management device 100 may provide a reward taking into consideration evaluation items such as the number of views and the number of “likes” of the SNS content in which the notified evaluation content is embedded.

[0113] Fig. 14 shows an example of the functional configuration of the evaluation content management device 100 and the SNS server 300 of this embodiment. In the figure, the same parts as in Fig. 11 are given the same reference numerals, and differences from Fig. 11 will mainly be described.

[0114] In this embodiment, the consumer terminal 2 of the consumer user US is connected to communicate with a store terminal 200 of the store 20. The store terminal 200 of the store 20 and the SNS server 300 in the SNS 40 are also connected to communicate with each other.

[0115] The evaluation content management device 100 and the SNS server 300 may have the same configuration as that shown in FIG.

[0116] An example of a procedure performed in response to a reward provided in response to an order made by a consumer user US via a rating content in the rating content management system of this embodiment will be described with reference to the sequence diagram of Figure 15. Note that the posting of SNS content in this embodiment may be the same process as steps S200 to S204 of Figure 12.

[0117] First, the order procedure in this embodiment will be described. Step S300: The consumer user US operates the consumer terminal 2 to access the SNS content that introduces the evaluation content that the primary publishing unit 122 of the SNS server 300 has published on the SNS 40. The consumer user US views the SNS content that is played on the consumer terminal 2 by accessing it.

[0118] Step S302: The consumer user US places an order for a product that is the subject of evaluation in the evaluation content embedded in the SNS content displayed on the consumer terminal 2 at the store 20. Step S304: The store 20 responds to the order received from the consumer user US. For example, when the consumer user US places an order at the store 20, a store clerk at the store 20 assists the consumer user US in delivering the ordered product and handling the payment. In addition, in the case of an online order, an EC server corresponding to the store may handle the payment and product delivery arrangements.

[0119] Next, an example of a procedure for providing a reward in response to a product order will be described. Step S306: The store clerk at the store 20 operates the store terminal 200 to access the SNS server 300 and send a search request for SNS content to the store terminal 200. At this time, the store clerk may set, for example, the store ID and the product name as search conditions.

[0120] Step S308: The SNS server 300 searches for SNS content in response to the search request transmitted in step S306. Step S310: The SNS server 300 transmits the search results of step S308 to the store terminal 200. The search results may include the content ID and actual data for each of the searched evaluation contents.

[0121] Step S312: The store terminal 200 estimates the evaluation content that motivated the consumer user US for the current order from the evaluation content embedded in each of the SNS content obtained as the search results. As described above, the evaluation content that motivated the consumer user US may be determined by a store clerk.

[0122] Step S314: The store terminal 200 transmits to the SNS server 300 a content notification including the content ID of the rated content estimated in step S312.

[0123] Step S316: The SNS server 300 transfers the content notification sent in step S314 to the evaluation content management device 100.

[0124] Step S318: The reward granting unit 124 of the evaluation content management device 100 identifies the contributor CT of the evaluation content identified by the content ID included in the content notification transferred in step S3106.

[0125] Step S320: The reward granting unit 124 executes a reward granting process for the contributor CT identified in step S318.

[0126] An example of a basic configuration of an embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 16 .
