Abstract

The present invention relates to a CMC controlled doner kebab stretching machine used in the stretching process of doner kebab made with red meat or white meat in the food industry, characterized by comprising the following; a chassis (10) positioned on the ground, doner kebab turntable (20), which carries the doner kebab by making a rotational movement on the chassis (10) and moving in the C axis, stretch holder (80) that moves on the A axis and wraps the doner kebab, axis slide (70) that moves the stretch holder (80) up and down in the Z axis.

[0003] The invention relates to a machine for stretching doner kebab products made with red meat or white meat in the food industry.

[0004] The invention is particularly related io a 6-axis CNC-controlied doner kebab stretching machine, which enables the conical-shaped doner kebab to be stretch -wrapped in accordance with its angular form.

[0005] State of the Art

[0006] In the food industry, doner kebab is a type of food obtained by cooking pieces of red or white meat on a skewer by hanging them vertically on a rotary cooking machine via a skewer and rotating them in front of a fire.

[0007] In the production of doner kebab, which is commonly cooked in restaurants and eateries in the food industry, after the meat pieces are placed on skewers, the doner is wrapped with stretch to protect it from external factors and to be transported until the cooking process. In current applications, doner kebab stretching machines are used to stretch wrap the doner. In the state of the art doner kebab stretching machines, the slide system that performs the stretching process cannot detect the angle of the conical doner kebab and therefore it is not possible to perform the stretching process properly. In some cases, the doner kebab is laid on its side to obtain the appropriate angle for stretching. However, in this case, when the doner kebab is turned while being stretched, the doner kebab consisting of minced meat or meat may spill on the ground and be wasted. For this reason, a machine that provides proper stretching of conical doner kebab was needed in the state of the art.

This document relates to a doner kebab cooking device with movable cooking wings that will allow fast, economical and delicious doner kebab cooking in food production areas such as restaurants, eateries, etc. The abovementioned device basically consists of two movable wings that have a curved structure to surround the doner kebab meat fixed on a cooking spit, various resistances positioned inside the movable wings, and two connection poles to which the electrical resistances are fixed.

The abovementioned document relates to a radiant-free gas cooking device that allows increasing the gas combustion efficiency, especially in doner kebab stoves, for use in the entire food industry. The abovementioned device essentially comprises the following; a ventilation apparatus with at least one fan for circulating air and gas, at least one ignition card for adjusting the ignition timing, at least one proportional valve positioned between the ignition card and at least one venturi duct for adjusting the ratio of air and gas mixture entering the venturi duct, at least one venturi duct positioned behind said venting apparatus, in which at least one venturi duct for mixing air and combustible gas, at least one combustion hood comprising at least one flexible fabric for ignition and on which at least one electrode is positioned, the flexible fabric being a metal knitted cloth capable of withstanding high temperatures.

[0012] The present invention relates to a doner kebab stretching machine which eliminates the abovementioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field.

[0013] The main object of the present invention is to create a doner kebab stretching machine that enables the conical doner kebab to be stretched in accordance with its angular form, working with six axes (A, B, C, X, Y and Z) and CNC-based. In order to fulfil all the purposes stated above and that can be derived from the detailed explanation; the present invention relates to a CNC controlled doner kebab stretching machine used in the stretching process of doner kebab made with red meat or white meat in the food industry, characterized by comprising the following; a chassis (10) positioned on the ground, doner kebab turntable (20), which carries the doner kebab by making a rotational movement on the chassis (10) and moving in the C axis, stretch holder (80) that moves on the A axis and wraps the doner kebab, axis slide (70) that moves the stretch holder (80) up and down in the Z axis.

[0027] Detailed Description of the Invention

[0028] In this detailed description, the preferred alternatives of the CNC-controlled doner kebab stretching machine of the present invention are described only for clarifying the subject manner such that no limiting effect is created. The general view of the CNC controlled doner kebab stretching machine of the present invention is given in Figure 1. Accordingly, the stretching machine in its most basic form comprises the following: a chassis (10) positioned on the ground, doner kebab turntable (20), which carries the doner kebab by rotating on the chassis (10), pressure plate (30) that allows the doner kebab to rotate by applying pressure to the doner kebab on the chassis (10), doner kebab stretching arm (40) carrying the stretch holder (80) on the chassis (10), stretch holder (80) located on the doner kebab stretching arm (40) and placed on the doner kebab, control unit (50) on the chassis (10) where all controls can be made and manual settings can be entered.

[0029] There is a doner kebab turntable (20) that rotates on the chassis (10), which forms the main structure of the CNC-controlled doner kebab stretching machine of the present invention. Said doner kebab turntable (20) carries the doner kebab by making a free rotation movement. The doner kebab turntable also provides movement in the C axis.

Claims

CLAIMS1. CNC controlled doner kebab stretching machine used in the stretching process of doner kebab made with red meat or white meat in the food industry, characterized by comprising:- a chassis (10) positioned on ground,- doner kebab turntable (20), which carries the doner kebab by making a rotational movement on the chassis (10) and moving in C axis,- stretch holder (80) that moves on A axis and wraps the doner kebab,- axis slide (70) that moves the stretch holder (80) up and down in Z axis.

2. The CNC controlled doner kebab stretching machine according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising a doner kebab stretching arm (40) that carries the said stretch holder (80) and enables its movement on the B axis.

3. The CNC controlled doner kebab stretching machine according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising a doner kebab pressure plate (60) that enables the movement of the said stretch holder (80) in the X axis.

4. The CNC controlled doner kebab stretching machine according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising positioner (90), which enables the movement of the said stretch holder (80) in the Y axis and positions it according to the diameter of the doner kebab.

5. The CNC controlled doner kebab stretching machine according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising pressure plate (30) that applies pressure to the doner kebab on the said chassis (10).
