[0030] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, an infant carrier (1) having a foldable seat frame according to one embodiment of the present invention can be used to transport an infant. At this time, a user can move an infant by placing the infant on the infant carrier (1) and supporting the infant while wearing the infant carrier (1) on the body. This infant carrier (1) may include a waist-wearing member (10), a hip seat (20), a baby carrier (30), and a foldable seat frame (40).

[0031] The waist-wearing member (10) may be formed to wrap around all or part of the user's waist when the user wears the infant carrier (1). The waist-wearing member (10) may be configured to be fastened to the user's waist while being supported by the user's waist. In addition, the waist-wearing member (10) may be formed to extend to both sides of the hip seat (20), and may be provided in the shape of a belt having ends on both sides.

[0032] The hip seat (20) can support the load of an infant by supporting the infant's buttocks. This hip seat (20) can be connected to a waist-wearing member (10), and one end of the waist-wearing member (10) can be connected to one side, and the other end of the waist-wearing member (10) can be connected to the other side. In addition, the hip seat (20) can have a folding seat frame (40) arranged inside to firmly maintain its shape.

[0033] In addition, the hip seat (20) may be formed to have a gently curved shape on the lower side when viewed from the side, and the upper surface thereof may have a shape that is gradually inclined in a direction away from the user when the user wears the hip seat (20). Accordingly, when an infant is seated on the hip seat (20), the infant's upper body may be tilted toward the user's body, thereby providing comfort and stability to the infant. In addition, depending on the usage mode of the folding seat frame (40), the angle between the upper surface of the hip seat (20) on which the infant is seated and the side surface against which the user's waist is in contact may vary, and the hip seat (20) may be used so that it can be folded and stored when stored.

[0034] A baby carrier (30) may be provided to support the body of an infant. This baby carrier (30) may include a support member (31) that supports the infant's back or buttocks, and a shoulder strap (32) that is connected to the support member (31) and attached to the user's shoulder. In this case, the shoulder strap (32) may include a strap whose length is adjustable.

[0035] Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the baby carrier (30) is connected to the hip seat (20), and the hip seat (20) is connected to the waist-wearing member (10). However, in some cases, either the hip seat (20) or the baby carrier (30) may be configured to be selectively detachable, or either may be omitted. In addition, when the hip seat (20) is omitted, the baby carrier (30) is connected to the waist-wearing member (10), so that the baby carrier (30) can support the infant's hips and back, and when the baby carrier (30) is omitted, the infant's hips can be placed on the hip seat (20) without the baby carrier (30).

[0036] A folding seat frame (40) is provided inside the hip seat (20) and may be provided to define the outer shape of the hip seat (20). This folding seat frame (40) may include a seat support member (42), a connecting support member (44), and a lumbar support member (46).

[0037] The seat support member (42) is provided to support the upper surface of the hip seat (20) and may be provided in a plate shape. In addition, the seat support member (42) may be formed to have a curved surface with a predetermined curvature in a gentle arch shape. However, the concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the seat support member (42) may also be provided in a flat shape.

[0038] A connecting support member (44) may be provided to rotatably connect the seat support member (42) and the lumbar support member (46). This connecting support member (44) may be connected to a posture control unit (100) having a hinge function to be described later. This connecting support member (44) may be provided so that the ring is formed to be bent twice, as shown, to form an overall “ㄷ” shape.

[0039] A lumbar support member (46) may be provided to support the side surface of the hip seat (20). This lumbar support member (46) may also be provided in a plate shape and may include a portion of a curved surface having a predetermined curvature. However, the spirit of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the lumbar support member (46) may also be provided in a flat shape.

[0040] A folding seat frame (40) having such a configuration can have a first use mode (Fig. 4(a)) in which the seat support (42) and the lumbar support (46) are folded so that they are parallel to each other, a second use mode (Fig. 4(b)) in which the angle between the seat support (42) and the lumbar support (46) is maintained at a preset first angle (A1), and a third use mode (Fig. 4(c)) in which the angle between the seat support (42) and the lumbar support (46) is maintained at a preset second angle (A2). In this case, the second angle (A2) can be set to be greater than the first angle (A1).

[0041] The posture control unit (100) can control the transition of the folding sheet frame (40) from the first use mode to the second use mode, from the second use mode to the third use mode, and from the third use mode to the first use mode by an external force applied from the outside. At this time, the posture control unit (100) can also be provided with a function for maintaining each use mode state unless an external force is applied.

[0042] This posture control unit (100) may include a fixed support member (110), a locking member (120), a rotation control member (130), an elastic member (140), and a cover member (150). The fixed support member (110) is installed to be relatively fixed to one of the seat support member (42) and the waist support member (46), and a rotation axis protrusion (112) may be formed to protrude from the center. This fixed support member (110) may be formed integrally with the seat support member (42) as illustrated, or may be formed integrally with the waist support member (46). In addition, it may be connected to the cover member (150) to form an internal space for accommodating other components of the posture control unit (100).

[0043] This fixed support member (110) may include a rotational axis projection (112), a fixed projection (114), a second engagement projection (116), a second inclined surface (117), and a second engagement groove (118).

[0044] The rotation axis projection (112) can be formed to protrude from the center of one side of the attitude control unit (100) and can act as a rotation axis for the locking member (120), the rotation control member (130), the elastic member (140), and the cover member (150) to rotate.

[0045] The fixed projection (114) may be formed to protrude from the surface that contacts the locking member (120) of the fixed support member (110), and may be formed so that a pair is arranged to face each other along the circumferential direction of the fixed support member (110).

[0046] The second engagement protrusion (116) may be formed to protrude from one surface of the fixed support member (110) to correspond to the first engagement groove (138) to be described later. The second inclined surface (117) may be formed to be inclined at a predetermined angle from one end of the second engagement protrusion (116) to correspond to the first inclined surface (136) to be described later. The second engagement groove (118) is formed to extend from the end of the second inclined surface (117) to correspond to the first engagement protrusion (134) to be described later. The second engagement protrusion (116), the second inclined surface (117), and the second engagement groove (118) may be arranged in multiple numbers along the circumferential direction of one surface of the fixed support member (110).

[0047] The locking member (120) may be provided so that one side is in contact with the fixed support member (110), a hole is formed in the center, a rotational protrusion (112) is inserted, and the locking member (120) can be rotated with respect to the fixed support member (110) about the rotational protrusion (112).

[0048] This locking member (120) may include a second interference protrusion (122), a main fixing groove (124), and a sub fixing groove (126).

[0049] The second interference protrusion (122) may be formed to protrude in a direction toward the rotation control member (130). In addition, the second interference protrusions (122) may be formed so that a pair of them face each other, but the spirit of the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0050] The main fixing groove (124) may be formed on one side so that the fixing projection (114) can be inserted. This main fixing groove (124) may be formed by being recessed from one side of the locking member (120). Accordingly, when the fixing projection (114) of the fixing support member (110) is inserted into the main fixing groove (124), the folding sheet frame (40) may have a first use mode or a second use mode state.

[0051] The sub-fixing groove (126) is formed adjacent to one end of the main fixing groove (124) and may be formed to a shallower depth than the main fixing groove (124). Similarly, the sub-fixing groove (126) may be formed by being recessed from one surface of the locking member (120). Accordingly, the folding sheet frame (40) may have a third use mode state when the fixing protrusion (114) of the fixed support member (110) is inserted into the sub-fixing groove (126).

[0052] When the fixing projection (114) of the fixed support member (110) is inserted into the main fixing groove (124), the rotation control member (130) can be in a locked state in which one-way rotation is resisted by the locking member (120). In addition, when the fixing projection (114) is inserted into the sub-fixing groove (126), the rotation control member (130) can be in an unlocked state in which resistance to one-way rotation is released by the locking member (120).

[0053] The rotation control member (130) is provided so that one side comes into contact with the other side of the locking member (120), and is divided into an inner surface (1302) and an outer surface (1304) according to a radius from the center, and a hole is formed in the center of the inner surface (1302) into which a rotation axis protrusion (112) is inserted so that the rotation control member (130) can be provided to rotate with respect to the fixed support member (110) about the rotation axis protrusion (112). The rotation control member (130) may have a first interference protrusion (131) formed on the inner surface (1302), and a first engagement protrusion (134), a first inclined surface (136), and a first engagement groove (138) formed on the outer surface (1304).

[0054] The first interference protrusion (131) can be formed to protrude from the inner surface in a direction toward the locking member (120), and the one-way rotation of the rotation control member (130) with respect to the locking member (120) can be restricted by interference between the first interference protrusion (131) and the second interference protrusion (122).

[0055] The spur gear (132) may be formed on the outer surface (1304) and may be formed radially along the edge of the outer surface (1304). However, this is only an example, and any configuration that can be rotated together with the cover member (150) described later may be adopted.

[0056] The first engagement protrusion (134) may be formed to protrude on the outer surface (1304) of the rotation control member (130). The first inclined surface (136) may be formed to extend from one end of the first engagement protrusion (134) and may be formed to be inclined at a predetermined angle in a direction approaching the outer surface (1304) from the first engagement protrusion (134). The first engagement groove (138) may be formed to extend from the end of the first inclined surface (136).

[0057] These first engagement protrusions (134), first inclined surfaces (136) and first engagement grooves (138) may be arranged in multiple numbers along the circumferential direction of the outer surface (1304). When the rotation control member (130) rotates with respect to the fixed support member (110), the first engagement protrusion (134) sequentially passes the second engagement groove (118), the second inclined surfaces (117) and the second engagement protrusion (116), and a clicking sensation may be generated when the first engagement protrusion (134) passes over the second engagement protrusion (116).

[0058] The elastic member (140) may be provided so that one end thereof contacts the other surface of the rotation control member (130) and can apply an elastic force in the axial direction to the rotation control member (130). The elastic member (140) may be provided as a spring, for example, but the spirit of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any configuration that can provide an elastic force may be employed.

[0059] The cover member (150) is provided so that the other end of the elastic member (140)3 is in contact with the rotation control member (130) and is rotationally synchronized, and can be provided to cover the locking member (120), the rotation control member (130), and the elastic member (140) by being fastened to the fixed support member (110).

[0060] An internal gear (152) may be formed on the inner surface of the cover member (150). When the spur gear (132) and the internal gear (152) are engaged with each other, the rotation control member (130) may also rotate as a single unit when the cover member (150) rotates.

[0061] Hereinafter, the operation and effect of an infant carrier (1) having a folding function according to one embodiment of the present invention having the configuration described above will be described.

[0062] First, when the hip seat (20) is folded and intended for carrying or storage, the folding seat frame (40) can be folded and used in the first use mode (Fig. 4(a)). Alternatively, the folding seat frame (40) can be folded while the infant is seated on the hip seat (20) so that the infant's buttocks are seated on the support part (31) of the baby carrier (30) instead of the hip seat (20). In this case, the hip seat (20) can be folded with a simple operation even while the infant is seated on the hip seat (20) without completely removing the infant, thereby enabling a quick and convenient transition to the baby carrier use mode.

[0063] At this time, the first engagement projection (134), the first inclined surface (136) and the first engagement groove (138) of the rotation control member (130) are in close contact with the second engagement groove (118), the second inclined surface (117) and the second engagement protrusion (116) of the fixed support member (110), and the fixed projection (114) of the fixed support member (110) can be maintained in a state of being inserted into the main fixing groove (124) of the locking member (120).

[0064] Meanwhile, when the hip seat (20) is unfolded again to seat an infant, the folding seat frame (40) can be used after transitioning from the first use mode (Fig. 4(a)) to the second use mode (Fig. 4(b)). At this time, while the rotation control member (130) rotates relative to the locking member (120), the first interference protrusion (131) can rotate in one direction around the rotation axis protrusion (112) in the area between the plurality of second interference protrusions (122). At this time, the first engagement protrusion (134) of the rotation control member (130) can provide a clicking sensation to the user as it passes over the second engagement protrusion (116) of the fixed support member (110), thereby preventing the rotation control member (130) from spinning around the fixed support member (110).

[0065] In addition, in a state where the transition to the second use mode (Fig. 4(b)) is completed, the first engagement protrusion (134) of the rotation control member (130) is accommodated in the second engagement groove (118) of the fixed support member (110), and unless an external force is applied, further rotation is restricted, so the second use mode state can be maintained. However, in a case where an external force is applied to the extent that the first engagement protrusion (134) is disengaged from the second engagement groove (118) and inserted back into the adjacent second engagement groove (118) through the second inclined surface (117) and the second engagement protrusion (116), it is possible to transition to the third use mode (Fig. 4(c)).

[0066] In order to return to the first use mode (Fig. 4(a)) from the second use mode (Fig. 4(b)), the angle between the seat support (42) and the waist support (46) is slightly widened so that the foldable seat frame (40) can be transferred from the second use mode (Fig. 4(b)) to the third use mode (Fig. 4(c)) and then folded back to the first use mode (Fig. 4(a)) after being in an unlocked state. At this time, an external force is applied to the cover member (150), and the rotation control member (130) moves together with the locking member (120), and the fixing projection (114) moves from the main fixing groove (124) to the sub fixing groove (126), and at the same time, the rotation control member (130) and the locking member (120) move away from the fixing support member (110) by the difference in depth between the main fixing groove (124) and the sub fixing groove (126), so that the unlocked state can be achieved.

[0067] In order to return to the first use mode (Fig. 4(a)) from this unlocked state, the rotation control member (130) can be rotated in another direction without interference with the locking member (120) or the fixed support member (110), so that the folding sheet frame (40) can be returned from the third use mode (Fig. 4(c)) to the first use mode (Fig. 4(a))). After the return to the first use mode is completed, the fixing protrusion (114) of the fixed support member (110) returns from the sub-fixing groove (126) of the locking member (120) back to the main fixing groove (124), and at the same time, the rotation control member (130) is pushed back in the direction of the rotation axis by the elastic member (140), and the fixing protrusion (114) can be inserted into the main fixing groove (124) to enter a locked state.

[0068] According to the embodiment of the present invention as described above, the hip seat (20) is configured to be foldable, making it easy to carry and store, and the angle of the support part that supports the infant can be adjusted, so that convenience can be improved compared to conventional hip seats.
