[0030] ***Explanation of Operation*** Next, the operation of the evaluation support device 100 according to this embodiment will be described. The operation procedure of the evaluation support device 100 corresponds to an evaluation support method. Furthermore, a program that realizes the evaluation support processing, which is the operation of the evaluation support device 100, corresponds to an evaluation support program.

[0031] The evaluation support device 100 receives screen operation log data 31 transmitted from the worker terminal 200 held by each worker 201. Alternatively, the evaluation support device 100 receives screen operation log data 31 transmitted from the worker terminal 200 used by the worker 201 during incident response work. The screen operation log refers to log information of operations performed on the worker terminal 200. The screen operation log includes information such as the worker and the execution date and time in addition to the executed process. The screen operation log data 31 is a collection of multiple screen operation logs compiled into a single data set. The evaluation support device 100 receives the screen operation log data 31 as input at the operation log acquisition unit 110. Then, the input screen operation log data 31 is analyzed at the operation log analysis unit 120.

[0032] 3 is a flow diagram showing an example of the operation log analysis process of the evaluation support process according to this embodiment. Using FIG. 3, the operation log analysis unit 120 analyzes the screen operation log data 31 and extracts performed work information 53, which is information about the performed work. The performed work information 53 includes, for example, a work ID, a worker ID, a work start date and time, and a work end date and time.

[0033] <Operation Log Analysis Process> In the operation log analysis process, the operation log analysis unit 120 compares the screen operation log of the worker with each task definition log 52 that defines each task. The operation log analysis unit 120 determines whether each task has been performed for each worker, and generates performed task information 53 that includes the task start date and time and the task end date and time for each worker for each task as the status of the performance of each task. Specifically, this is as follows.

[0034] In step S301 , the operation log analysis unit 120 acquires the task list 51 from the storage unit 160 .

[0035] 4 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of a task list 51 according to this embodiment. Task IDs and task contents are set in the task list 51. The task list 51 is a list of task IDs in incident response work.

[0036] The processing from step S302 to step S310 is repeated for each task ID in the task list 51.

[0037] In step S303, the operation log analysis unit 120 sets one of the task IDs included in the task list 51 as the task ID to be processed. Here, the task ID to be processed is task n. The operation log analysis unit 120 acquires a group of screen operation logs, which is a combination of logs of operations that define task n, from each task definition log 52.

[0038] 5 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of each work definition log 52 according to this embodiment. Each work definition log 52 has a work ID and a group of screen operation logs, which are work definition logs, set therein.

[0039] In step S304, the operation log analysis unit 120 determines whether or not the screen operation log data 31 acquired as input contains a screen operation log group that defines task n. Note that a screen operation log group refers to a collection of multiple screen operation logs. If the determination result shows that the screen operation log group for task n is contained in the screen operation log data 31 (YES in step S305), the process proceeds to step S306. If the determination result shows that the screen operation log group for task n is not contained in the screen operation log data 31 (NO in step S305), the process proceeds to step S310, where, if there is a next task ID, the process is repeated for the next task ID. If there is no next task ID, the process ends.

[0040] In step S306, the operation log analysis unit 120 extracts the task start date and time from the first log in the corresponding screen operation log group. In step S307, the operation log analysis unit 120 extracts the task end date and time from the last log in the corresponding screen operation log group. In step S308, the operation log analysis unit 120 extracts the worker ID of task n from the corresponding screen operation log group. In step S309, the operation log analysis unit 120 stores information associating the task ID, worker ID, task start date and time, and task end date and time in the performed task information 53 stored in the storage unit 160. Note that the task start date and time and the task end date and time here refer to the execution date and time of the first or last process executed in the screen operation log group of task n, respectively.

[0041] 6 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the performed work information 53 according to this embodiment. The performed work information 53 includes a work ID, a worker ID, a work start date and time, and a work end date and time, which are set by the processes from step S302 to step S310.

[0042] The above process is repeated for the number of task IDs obtained from the task list 51. As described above, in this embodiment, the performed task is identified and task information is extracted. Normally, task information cannot be extracted for tasks that do not have a procedure manual or tasks that do not involve state transitions. However, in this embodiment, it is possible to extract all tasks in the system incident response work performed on the worker terminal used by the worker.

[0043] 7 is a flow diagram showing an example of the work information update process of the evaluation support process according to this embodiment. The process in which the work information update unit 130 acquires work information from the performed work information 53 and updates the work information 54 will be described with reference to FIG.

[0044] In step S401, the work information update unit 130 acquires the performed work information 53 stored in the storage unit 160. The processes from step S402 to step S408 are repeated for the number of works in the performed work information 53, i.e., for the number of rows in the performed work information 53.

[0045] In step S403, the work information updating unit 130 calculates the difference between the work start date and time and the work end date and time as the work time for each worker for each work. Specifically, the work information updating unit 130 calculates the difference between the work start date and time and the work end date and time as the work time for the work ID in the row being processed. The work information updating unit 130 acquires information on the work ID, worker ID, work time, and work date and time for the row being processed. Through the processing of the following steps S404 to S407, the work information updating unit 130 updates the work information 54 stored in the storage unit 160 using the information on the work ID, worker ID, work time, and work date and time for the row being processed.

[0046] 8 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the work information 54 according to the present embodiment. The work information 54 includes, for each work ID, information on the worker ID, work time, and work date and time. Specifically, the work information 54 is updated as follows.

[0047] In step S404, the work information update unit 130 references the work information 54 stored in the storage unit 160. In step S405, the work information update unit 130 determines whether or not there is a row in the work information 54 that has the same work ID and worker ID as the work ID and worker ID in the row to be processed. If there is a row in the work information 54 that has the same work ID and worker ID as the row to be processed, the process proceeds to step S406. If there is no row in the work information 54 that has the same work ID and worker ID as the row to be processed, the process proceeds to step S407.

[0048] If the task information 54 contains a row with the same task ID and worker ID, then in step S406 the task information update unit 130 overwrites the task time and task date and time of the row with the task time and task date and time of the row being processed over the task time and task date and time of the row with the same task ID and worker ID in the task information 54. If the task information 54 does not contain a row with the same task ID and worker ID, then in step S407 the task information update unit 130 newly stores the task ID, worker ID, task time, and task date and time information in the task information 54. Note that the task date and time here refers to the task start date and time of each task.

[0049] After the above process has been completed for all task IDs stored in the performed task information 53, the task information update unit 130 deletes all information stored in the performed task information 53 in step S409.

[0050] FIG. 9 is a flow diagram illustrating an example of evaluation support generation processing of the evaluation support processing according to this embodiment. Using FIG. 9 , an example of evaluation support generation processing will be described, in which evaluation support information 56 used to evaluate the personal characteristics of each task is generated and output to a manager. In the evaluation support generation processing, the evaluation support generation unit 140 calculates the correlation between attribute information, including years of service information, held qualification information, and training history set in the worker information managing the worker, and working time. The evaluation support generation unit 140 may also generate analysis information by analyzing the attribute information that is a factor in variation in working time using the correlation between the attribute information and working time. The evaluation support generation unit 140 generates the evaluation support information 56 by including the correlation between the attribute information and working time and the analysis information.

[0051] In step S501, upon receiving the evaluation support information request 32, the evaluation support generation unit 140 acquires the task list 51 from the storage unit 160. The evaluation support generation unit 140 receives a request for evaluation support information 56 for supporting the evaluation of personal attributes from the manager terminal 300 operated by the manager 301 as the evaluation support information request 32. The processing from step S502 to step S506 is repeated for the number of task IDs in the task list 51. Based on the task information 54 and worker information 55, the evaluation support generation unit 140 generates and outputs the evaluation support information 56, which is information for evaluating the personal attributes of each task, to the manager 301.

[0052] 10 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of worker information 55 according to this embodiment. The worker information 55 includes a worker ID for identifying the worker, and worker attribute information such as years of service, qualifications held, and training history. Other attribute information may also be set.

[0053] 11 is a diagram showing an example of a GUI screen for request transmission on the evaluation support information screen 321 according to this embodiment. GUI is an abbreviation for Graphical User Interface. The evaluation support generation unit 140 displays the evaluation support information screen 321 on the administrator terminal 300 and accepts an evaluation support information request 32 via the evaluation support information screen 321 displayed on the administrator terminal 300. FIG. 11 shows an example of a GUI screen for request transmission on the evaluation support information screen 321, which allows the administrator 301 to transmit the evaluation support information request 32.

[0054] The administrator 301 sends a request for evaluation support information 56 from the administrator terminal 300 by operating the screen GUI of the evaluation support information screen 321 shown in FIG. 11 . On the evaluation support information screen 321, the administrator 301 selects an output format, which is the format of the information to be output, and the format of each data, which is the format of the information to be output. The output content includes information such as the variation in work time between workers for each task, or the correlation between the attribute information of each worker and the work time. Information such as the variation in work time between workers for each task, or the correlation between the attribute information of each worker and the work time, is output as evaluation support information 56 in a format specified by the administrator. The attribute information of each worker includes attributes such as years of service, worker qualifications, and training history.

[0055] An example of the output when screen output is selected is shown below. Fig. 11 shows the evaluation support information screen 321 where screen output has been selected. Note that the output format can be selected by checking the check box for screen output.

[0056] 12 is a diagram showing an example of a screen GUI for outputting evaluation support information on the evaluation support information screen 321 according to this embodiment. Fig. 12 shows the output result when the administrator 301 selects screen output. By selecting the task ID tab on the screen as shown in Fig. 12, it is possible to refer to the evaluation support information 56 for each task in the incident response work.

[0057] In step S503, the evaluation support generating unit 140 acquires the worker ID, the work time, and the work date and time of the corresponding work ID from the work information 54.

[0058] In step S504, the evaluation support generation unit 140 calculates the variation in task time (coefficient of variation CV). Regarding the variation in task time between workers among the output contents, the evaluation support generation unit 140 calculates the coefficient of variation CV as the variation in task time between workers for each task. CV is an abbreviation for Coefficient of Variation. CV is the magnitude of standard deviation relative to the mean value. Note that variance may also be used to evaluate the variation in task time. However, the variation in a data group tends to be greater for data groups with larger mean values. Therefore, in this embodiment, the coefficient of variation CV is used to evaluate the variation in task time, thereby calculating the variation in the data group taking the mean value into consideration.

[0059] In step S505, the evaluation support generation unit 140 generates a correlation between the worker's attribute information (years of service, qualifications, and training history) and work time. In step S507, the evaluation support generation unit 140 generates and outputs output data in the format selected when the request was sent. Figure 12 shows an example of an output method for the relationship between years of service and work time as an output example of the correlation between work time and the worker's attribute information. One example of an output method for the relationship between each worker's years of service and the time required for work is output as a distribution chart. In this case, a graph is generated with the work time required by each worker on the vertical axis and the worker's years of service on the horizontal axis. The correlation coefficient between each worker's years of service and work time is also calculated and output. The administrator can select one of several options when sending the request to change the output method. The evaluation support generation unit 140 may also generate analysis information by analyzing the attribute information that contributes to the variability in work time using the correlation between the attribute information and work time. The evaluation support generation unit 140 identifies which attribute information is considered to have the highest dependency based on the relationship between each attribute information and task time used to create the graph, and outputs the identified attribute information as analysis information. In Figure 12, analysis information such as "Participants in training γ tend to spend less time on this task" is output.

[0060] As described above, the evaluation support generation unit 140 outputs the variation in work time between workers and the correlation between worker attribute information and work time for each task that occurs during incident response work. This enables the manager 301 to evaluate the personal nature of each task on the manager terminal 300. Furthermore, the manager 301 can identify tasks that are personal in incident response work and take measures such as improving work procedure manuals or educating workers.
