Claims

1. An information processing device comprising: a memory unit that stores photography-prohibited area information regarding photography-prohibited areas; a first acquisition unit that acquires self-location information regarding the self-location of a terminal equipped with a camera from the terminal; a first determination unit that determines whether the self-location is within a photography-prohibited area based on the photography-prohibited area information stored in the memory unit and the self-location information acquired by the first acquisition unit; and an operation control unit that controls the terminal to perform a predetermined operation when the first determination unit determines that the self-location is within a photography-prohibited area.

2. The information processing device according to claim 1, wherein the first determination unit estimates the location of the terminal based on an SRS (Sounding Reference Signal) when communicating with the terminal, and determines whether the terminal is within a photography-prohibited area based on the estimated location and its own location based on self-location information acquired by the first acquisition unit.

3. An information processing device as described in claim 1, comprising: a second acquisition unit that acquires image information generated by capturing an image using the camera when the device cannot acquire its own location; and a second determination unit that determines whether the image captured by the camera was captured in a photography-prohibited area based on an image of the photography-prohibited area recorded in photography-prohibited area information stored in the memory unit and the image information acquired by the second acquisition unit, wherein the operation control unit controls the device to perform a predetermined operation when the second determination unit determines that the image capturing position is within a photography-prohibited area.

An information processing device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the operation control unit deletes images stored in the terminal that have been taken within a photography-prohibited area and prohibits the activation of the camera, as part of controlling a predetermined operation of the terminal.

The information processing device according to claim 4, wherein the operation control unit controls a predetermined operation of the terminal, and when an image captured in a photography-prohibited area and stored in the terminal is deleted, the operation control unit causes the terminal to output a notification that the image will be deleted.

6. The information processing device according to claim 1, wherein the storage unit stores, as the photography-prohibited area information, information on the closed area indicated by the coordinates of the photography-prohibited area and the time when photography is prohibited.

The information processing device according to claim 3, wherein the operation control unit controls the device to grasp the image capturing behavior of the device and output a warning when the first determination unit determines that the device's own position is within a photography-prohibited area, or when the second determination unit determines that the image capturing position is within a photography-prohibited area.

8. The information processing device according to claim 7, wherein the operation control unit controls to output a history of warnings.

9. An information processing method in which a computer having a memory unit that stores photography-prohibited area information regarding photography-prohibited areas achieves the following: a first acquisition step in which a computer acquires self-location information regarding the self-location of a terminal equipped with a camera from the terminal; a first determination step in which a computer determines whether the self-location is within a photography-prohibited area based on the photography-prohibited area information stored in the memory unit and the self-location information acquired by the first acquisition step; and an operation control step in which a computer controls the terminal to perform a predetermined operation if the computer determines by the first determination step that the self-location is within a photography-prohibited area.

An information processing program that implements, in a computer having a memory unit that stores photography-prohibited area information regarding photography-prohibited areas, the following: a first acquisition function that acquires self-location information regarding the self-location of a terminal equipped with a camera from the terminal; a first determination function that determines whether the self-location is within a photography-prohibited area based on the photography-prohibited area information stored in the memory unit and the self-location information acquired by the first acquisition function; and an operation control function that controls the terminal to perform a predetermined operation when the first determination function determines that the self-location is within a photography-prohibited area.
