[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0002] This application claims priority to Chinese patent application number 202410403733.3, filed on April 3, 2024, entitled “Information reporting method, equipment, device and storage medium”, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. Technical Field
[0003] The present disclosure relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular to an information reporting method, device, apparatus, and storage medium. Background Art
[0004] In coherent joint transmission (CJT), there may be delay differences, frequency differences, phase differences, etc. between the transmitting receiving points (TRPs) of the coordinated transmission, which may affect the performance of the CJT transmission. For example, there are time synchronization errors between the TRPs of the coordinated transmission, and there may be propagation delay differences from different coordinated TRPs to the terminal (or user equipment, UE) (in the case of non-co-site); the non-ideal characteristics of the crystal oscillators and phase-locked loops of different TRPs will cause frequency drift and frequency synchronization errors, and the speed of the UE may cause Doppler frequency deviation on different propagation paths; in the time division duplex (TDD) scenario, the asymmetric characteristics of the transceiver links of different TRPs and the transmission and reception time synchronization errors will lead to non-ideal reciprocity of the uplink and downlink equivalent channels, resulting in phase offset. The delay differences, frequency differences, and phase differences between the above-mentioned TRPs will all reduce the performance of CJT transmission. Therefore, it is necessary to measure and report the above errors by the UE to reduce the damage to CJT performance. Summary of the Invention

Furthermore, the objects distinguished by "first" and "second" are generally of the same type, and do not limit the number of objects. For example, the first object can be one or more.
[0258] The following will be combined with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the embodiments described are only part of the embodiments of the present disclosure and not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without making any creative efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
[0259] FIG1 is a flow chart of an information reporting method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method is applied to a terminal. As shown in FIG1 , the method includes the following steps:
[0260] Step 100: Determine a reference measurement resource or resource set from N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured for the terminal, where N1 is an integer greater than 1.
[0261] Specifically, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to realize the reporting of synchronization errors (or offsets) such as time, frequency, and phase between TRPs in CJT transmission, it is necessary to first determine the reference measurement resources or reference measurement resource sets, which are referred to as reference measurement resources or resource sets in this disclosure.
[0262] The benefits of introducing reference measurement resources or resource sets are: 1) It can reduce one reporting amount. The time, frequency, phase, etc. offsets of the reference measurement resources or resource sets are 0 and therefore do not need to be reported. 2) For time offset and frequency offset reporting, the introduction of reference measurement resources or resource sets can control the quantization interval, which may reduce the load of uplink control information (UCI) reporting.
[0263] In CJT transmission, the network side configures N1 measurement resources or resource sets for the terminal, for example, configures N1 measurement resources or configures N1 measurement resource sets (each measurement resource set includes one or more measurement resources). The terminal determines a reference measurement resource or resource set from the configured N1 measurement resources or N1 measurement resource sets. There are multiple ways to determine the reference measurement resource or resource set, which will be described in detail later.
[0264] In some embodiments, the value of N1 is consistent with the number of TRPs participating in the collaborative transmission.
[0265] In some embodiments, the configured measurement resources may be Channel State Information-Reference Signal (CSI-RS) resources or Tracking Reference Signal (TRS) resources.
[0266] Step 101: For other measurement resources or resource sets except the reference measurement resource or resource set, determine at least one measurement offset reporting amount associated with the other measurement resources or resource sets based on the other measurement resources or resource sets and the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0267] Specifically, if the measurement offset reporting amount of the reference measurement resource or resource set is 0, no reporting is required. For measurement resources or resource sets other than the reference measurement resource or resource set, at least one measurement offset reporting amount may be determined relative to the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0268] For example, the terminal is configured with three measurement resources. Assuming that the first measurement resource is a reference measurement resource, for the second measurement resource, at least one measurement offset reporting amount associated with the second measurement resource can be determined based on the second measurement resource and the first measurement resource; for the third measurement resource, at least one measurement offset reporting amount associated with the third measurement resource can be determined based on the third measurement resource and the first measurement resource.
[0269] In some embodiments, the measurement offset reported amount may be at least one of a time difference, a frequency difference, and a phase difference.
[0270] Step 102: Determine N2 measurement offset reporting amounts from the measurement offset reporting amounts associated with all other measurement resources or resource sets, and report the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts to the network device through a channel state information CSI report, where N2 is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
[0271] Specifically, all measurement offset reporting amounts associated with all other measurement resources or resource sets do not necessarily need to be reported to the network. N2 measurement offset reporting amounts can be selected for reporting. There are multiple ways to select the measurement offset reporting amounts, which will be described in detail later.
[0272] After determining the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts that need to be reported, the terminal reports these N2 measurement offset reporting amounts to the network through the Channel State Information (CSI) report, so that the network can determine the synchronization error information such as time, frequency, and phase between TRPs in CJT transmission based on the measurement offset reporting amounts reported by the terminal, and improve the performance of CJT transmission by pre-compensating the transmitted signal.
[0273] The information reporting method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure determines a reference measurement resource or resource set, and then determines the measurement offset reporting amount associated with other measurement resources or resource sets other than the reference measurement resource or resource set based on the reference measurement resource or resource set, and determines N2 measurement offset reporting amounts from the measurement offset reporting amounts associated with all other measurement resources or resource sets and reports them to the network, thereby solving the problem of reporting various synchronization errors in CJT transmission and helping to improve the performance of CJT transmission.
[0274] In some embodiments, determining a reference measurement resource or resource set includes:
[0275] Identify a reference measurement resource or set of resources based on one or more of the following:
[0276] (1) Rules predefined by the protocol.
[0277] The reference measurement resource or resource set is predefined in the protocol. For example, the protocol stipulates that among N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured to the terminal via higher layer signaling, the first measurement resource or resource set is used as the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0278] (2) The identifier or serial number of the reference measurement resource or resource set configured on the network side.
[0279] The network side determines the reference measurement resource or resource set. For example, the network side configures the resource ID of the reference measurement resource of the terminal as x and / or the resource set ID of the reference measurement resource set as y through high-layer signaling. For another example, the network side configures the internal sequence number of the reference measurement resource or resource set of the terminal among the configured N1 measurement resources or resource sets through high-layer signaling (for example, the network notifies the terminal through high-layer signaling that the second measurement resource or resource set among the configured N1 measurement resources or resource sets is used as the reference measurement resource or resource set).
[0280] In some implementations, the network side may configure the reference measurement resource or resource set to the terminal through Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling, Downlink Control Information (DCI) signaling, or Media Access Control Control Element (MAC CE) signaling.
[0281] (3) The terminal selects a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0282] The reference measurement resource or resource set is selected by the terminal, and the specific selection method is not limited here. For example, if the terminal determines in the measurement that the signal quality corresponding to the second measurement resource or resource set among the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the base station is better (for example, a higher layer 1 reference signal received power (Layer 1 Reference Signal Receiving Power, L1-RSRP), or layer 1 signal to interference plus noise ratio (Layer 1 Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio, L1-SINR) or channel quality indicator (CQI) value), it can be used as the reference measurement resource or resource set. For another example, if the terminal determines in the measurement that the delay value corresponding to the second measurement resource or resource set among the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the base station is the smallest, it can be used as the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0283] In some embodiments, the terminal selects a reference measurement resource or resource set, including:
[0284] The terminal selects a reference measurement resource or resource set based on one or more of the following:
[0285] (1) Measuring the time domain location of a resource or resource set.
[0286] For example, the terminal selects the measurement resource or resource set with the earliest time domain location among the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the base station as the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0287] (2) Measure the frequency domain location of a resource or resource set.
[0288] For example, the terminal selects the measurement resource or resource set with the lowest frequency domain position among the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the base station as the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0289] (3) The size of the measurement quantity associated with the measurement resource or resource set.
[0290] The measurement quantity may be a measurement quantity such as time delay, frequency, or phase.
[0291] For example, when the terminal determines during measurement that the second measurement resource or resource set among the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the base station has the smallest delay value, it may use it as a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0292] For example, when the terminal determines during measurement that the frequency value corresponding to the second measurement resource or resource set among the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the base station is the smallest, it may use it as the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0293] For example, when the terminal determines during measurement that the second measurement resource or resource set among the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the base station has the smallest phase value, it may use it as the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0294] (4) Selection constraints of reference measurement resources or resource sets configured on the network side.
[0295] In this case, the reference measurement resource or resource set is jointly determined by the network side and the terminal. The network side configures the selection restriction conditions of the reference measurement resource or resource set for the terminal, and then the terminal selects the reference measurement resource or resource set according to the selection restriction conditions. For example, the selection restriction conditions of the reference measurement resource or resource set configured by the network side are that the signal (or channel) quality (for example, L1-RSRP, or L1-SINR or CQI value) associated with the reference measurement resource or resource set must be greater than a certain threshold value X th The threshold can be predefined by the protocol or configured by the network side, or a combination of predefined by the protocol and configured by the network side. The terminal determines the channel quality associated with the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the base station during measurement, and calculates the channel quality based on the threshold value X. th For example, the selection restriction condition of the reference measurement resource or resource set configured on the network side is that the measurement offset reported by at least one other measurement resource or resource set relative to the reference measurement resource or resource set is less than a certain threshold Y.th , the terminal is based on the above threshold value Y th The reference measurement resource or resource set is selected based on the restriction (for example, at least one other measurement resource or resource set has a time offset relative to the selected reference measurement resource or resource set that is less than a cyclic prefix (CP) length).
[0296] In some implementations, the network side may configure the selection restriction condition of the reference measurement resource or resource set to the terminal through RRC signaling, DCI signaling, or MAC-CE signaling.
[0297] In some embodiments, the configuration of the selection restriction condition for the reference measurement resource or resource set includes:
[0298] Configure one or more of the following thresholds for selecting a reference measurement resource or resource set:
[0299] (1) Minimum threshold value of signal quality.
[0300] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value of the signal (or channel) quality (for example, L1-RSRP, or L1-SINR or CQI value) associated with the reference measurement resource or resource set for the terminal. Only measurement resources or resource sets with associated signal quality higher than or equal to the minimum threshold value may be selected as reference measurement resources or resource sets.
[0301] (2) The minimum and / or maximum threshold values of the measured quantity.
[0302] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value of a measurement quantity (e.g., delay, frequency, phase, etc.) associated with a reference measurement resource or resource set for the terminal. Only measurement resources or resource sets whose associated measurement quantities are higher than or equal to the minimum threshold value may be selected as reference measurement resources or resource sets.
[0303] For example, the network side configures a maximum threshold value of a measurement quantity (e.g., delay, frequency, phase, etc.) associated with a reference measurement resource or resource set for the terminal. Only measurement resources or resource sets whose associated measurement quantities are lower than or equal to the maximum threshold value may be selected as reference measurement resources or resource sets.
[0304] For example, the network side configures the terminal with a minimum threshold value and a maximum threshold value of a measurement quantity (for example, delay, frequency, phase, etc.) associated with a reference measurement resource or resource set. Only measurement resources or resource sets with associated measurement quantities between the minimum threshold value and the maximum threshold value may be selected as reference measurement resources or resource sets.
[0305] (3) The minimum threshold and / or maximum threshold of the measurement offset reporting amount.
[0306] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value for the measurement offset reporting amount (for example, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.) for the terminal. If the measurement offset reporting amount of at least one other measurement resource or resource set relative to the selected measurement resource or resource set is higher than or equal to the minimum threshold value, the selected measurement resource or resource set may be used as a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0307] For example, the network side configures the terminal with a maximum threshold value for the measurement offset reporting amount (for example, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.). If the measurement offset reporting amount of at least one other measurement resource or resource set relative to the selected measurement resource or resource set is lower than or equal to the minimum threshold value, the selected measurement resource or resource set may be used as a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0308] For example, the network side configures the minimum threshold value and the maximum threshold value of the measurement offset reporting amount (for example, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.) for the terminal. If there is at least one other measurement resource or resource set whose measurement offset reporting amount relative to the selected measurement resource or resource set is between the minimum threshold value and the maximum threshold value, the selected measurement resource or resource set may be used as a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0309] (4) The minimum threshold value of the accuracy of the measured quantity.
[0310] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value for the accuracy of measurement quantities (e.g., delay, frequency, phase, etc.) associated with a reference measurement resource or resource set for the terminal. Only measurement resources or resource sets whose accuracy of the associated measurement quantities is higher than or equal to the minimum threshold value may be selected as reference measurement resources or resource sets.
[0311] (5) The minimum threshold value for the accuracy of the reported measurement offset.
[0312] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value for the accuracy of the measurement offset reporting amount (for example, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.) for the terminal. If the accuracy of the measurement offset reporting amount of at least one other measurement resource or resource set relative to the selected measurement resource or resource set is higher than or equal to the minimum threshold value, the selected measurement resource or resource set may be used as a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0313] (6) The minimum and / or maximum threshold values of the measurement range of the measured quantity.
[0314] The measurement range of a measured quantity can be understood as the value range of the measured quantity.
[0315] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value of a measurement range of a measurement quantity (e.g., delay, frequency, phase, etc.) associated with a reference measurement resource or resource set for the terminal. Only measurement resources or resource sets whose associated measurement quantities meet the minimum threshold value of the measurement range may be selected as reference measurement resources or resource sets.
[0316] For example, the network side configures the terminal with a maximum threshold value of a measurement range of a measurement quantity (e.g., delay, frequency, phase, etc.) associated with a reference measurement resource or resource set. Only measurement resources or resource sets whose associated measurement quantities meet the maximum threshold value of the measurement range may be selected as reference measurement resources or resource sets.
[0317] For example, the network side configures the terminal with the minimum threshold value and the maximum threshold value of the measurement range of the measurement quantity (for example, delay, frequency, phase, etc.) associated with the reference measurement resource or resource set. Only the measurement resources or resource sets whose associated measurement quantities meet the minimum threshold value and the maximum threshold value of the measurement range may be selected as the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0318] (7) The minimum threshold value and / or maximum threshold value of the measurement range of the measurement offset reporting quantity.
[0319] The measurement range of the measurement offset reporting amount can be understood as the value range of the measurement offset reporting amount.
[0320] For example, the network side configures the terminal with a minimum threshold value of the measurement range of the measurement offset reporting amount (for example, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.). If at least one other measurement resource or resource set meets the minimum threshold value of the measurement range relative to the selected measurement resource or resource set, the selected measurement resource or resource set may be used as a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0321] For example, the network side configures the terminal with a maximum threshold value of the measurement range of the measurement offset reporting amount (for example, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.). If at least one other measurement resource or resource set meets the maximum threshold value of the measurement range relative to the selected measurement resource or resource set, the selected measurement resource or resource set may be used as a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0322] For example, the network side configures the minimum threshold value and the maximum threshold value of the measurement range of the measurement offset reporting amount (for example, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.) for the terminal. If the measurement range of the measurement offset reporting amount of at least one other measurement resource or resource set relative to the selected measurement resource or resource set meets the minimum threshold value and the maximum threshold value of the measurement range, the selected measurement resource or resource set may be used as a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0323] In some embodiments, the CSI report also carries indication information for indicating a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0324] For example, in the case where the terminal selects a reference measurement resource or resource set, the terminal and the network side need to reach a consistent understanding of the reference measurement resource or resource set. To this end, the terminal can also carry indication information for indicating the reference measurement resource or resource set in the CSI report reporting the measurement offset reporting amount.
[0325] In some embodiments, the indication information used to indicate the reference measurement resource or resource set includes any of the following:
[0326] (1) A bitmap used to indicate a reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0327] For example, the terminal is configured with 1 measurement resource set, which includes N1 measurement resources, each measurement resource corresponds to 1 TRP, and uses an N1-bit bitmap, where the low-order (LeastSignificant Bit, LSB) to the high-order (MostSignificant Bit, MSB) bits refer to the measurement resources associated with TRP 1, ..., TRP N1, respectively. When the measurement resource associated with TRP i is selected as the reference measurement resource, the bit in the bitmap is set to 1 and the other bits are set to 0.
[0328] For another example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, each measurement resource set contains multiple measurement resources. If the reference measurement resource or resource set needs to indicate one or more measurement resources in a measurement resource set, a two-level indication method can be used. An N1-bit bitmap is used to first indicate the selection of the reference measurement resource set, and then a second bitmap is used to indicate the selection of the reference measurement resource.
[0329] (2) Identifier (ID) of the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0330] For example, the terminal is configured with one measurement resource set including N1 measurement resources, where the second measurement resource is a reference measurement resource. The terminal may carry the identifier of the second measurement resource in the CSI report as indication information of the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0331] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, wherein the second measurement resource set is a reference measurement resource set. The terminal may carry the identifier of the second measurement resource set in the CSI report as indication information of the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0332] (3) The serial number of the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0333] For example, the terminal is configured with one measurement resource set, which includes N1 measurement resources, where the second measurement resource is a reference measurement resource. The terminal can carry the internal sequence number of the second measurement resource in the configured multiple measurement resources (i.e., 2) in the CSI report as indication information of the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0334] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, where the second measurement resource set is a reference measurement resource set. The terminal can carry the internal sequence number of the second measurement resource set in the configured multiple measurement resource sets (i.e., 2) in the CSI report as indication information of the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0335] (4) The identifier or serial number of the resource set in which the reference measurement resource is located, and the serial number of the reference measurement resource in the resource set.
[0336] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, each measurement resource set contains multiple measurement resources. If the reference measurement resource or resource set needs to indicate one or more measurement resources in a measurement resource set, the terminal can carry in the CSI report: the identifier or sequence number of the measurement resource set where the reference measurement resource is located (for example, the measurement resource set ID or the internal sequence number in the configured multiple measurement resource sets) + the internal sequence number of the reference measurement resource (that is, the one or more measurement resources) in the measurement resource set.
[0337] In some embodiments, determining at least one measurement offset reporting amount associated with the other measurement resource or resource set based on the other measurement resource or resource set and the reference measurement resource or resource set includes:
[0338] (1) When the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resources, a measurement offset reporting amount associated with the other measurement resources is determined based on the relative relationship in time domain or frequency domain between the other measurement resources and the reference measurement resource.
[0339] For example, the terminal is configured with one measurement resource set including N1 measurement resources. Assuming that the second measurement resource is determined to be a reference measurement resource, for measurement resources other than the reference measurement resource, taking the first measurement resource as an example, a measurement offset reporting amount associated with the first measurement resource can be determined based on the relative relationship between the time domain position of the first measurement resource and the time domain position of the reference measurement resource.
[0340] For example, the terminal is configured with one measurement resource set including N1 measurement resources. Assuming that the second measurement resource is determined to be a reference measurement resource, for measurement resources other than the reference measurement resource, taking the first measurement resource as an example, a measurement offset reporting amount associated with the first measurement resource can be determined based on the relative relationship between the frequency domain position of the first measurement resource and the frequency domain position of the reference measurement resource.
[0341] In some embodiments, 1 or K measurement offset reporting amounts refers to 1 or K of each type. For example, the TRP sends a measurement reference signal, and the terminal determines a measurement offset reporting amount (time difference) associated with the first measurement resource based on the reception time difference between the measurement reference signal corresponding to the first measurement resource and the measurement reference signal corresponding to the reference measurement resource. For another example, the TRP sends a measurement reference signal, and the terminal determines a measurement offset reporting amount (frequency difference) associated with the first measurement resource based on the reception frequency deviation between the measurement reference signal corresponding to the first measurement resource and the measurement reference signal corresponding to the reference measurement resource.
[0342] (2) When the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resources, based on the relative relationship between the measurement quantities associated with the other measurement resources and the measurement quantities associated with the reference measurement resource, a measurement offset reporting quantity associated with the other measurement resources is determined.
[0343] For example, the terminal is configured with one measurement resource set including N1 measurement resources. Assuming that the second measurement resource is determined to be the reference measurement resource, for measurement resources other than the reference measurement resource, taking the first measurement resource as an example, a measurement offset reporting amount associated with the first measurement resource can be determined based on a relative relationship between a measurement amount associated with the first measurement resource and a measurement amount associated with the reference measurement resource, such as a delay difference between a delay associated with the first measurement resource and a delay associated with the reference measurement resource.
[0344] (3) When the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, a measurement offset reporting amount associated with the other measurement resource sets is determined based on a relative time domain position relationship or a relative frequency domain position relationship between a measurement resource in the other measurement resource sets and a measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set.
[0345] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, each measurement resource set includes at least one measurement resource. Assume that the second measurement resource set is determined as the reference measurement resource set (or a measurement resource in the second measurement resource set is determined as the reference measurement resource). For measurement resource sets other than the reference measurement resource set, taking the first measurement resource set as an example, a measurement offset reporting amount associated with the first measurement resource can be determined based on a relative relationship between a time domain position of a measurement resource in the first measurement resource set and a time domain position of a measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set.
[0346] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, each measurement resource set includes at least one measurement resource. Assume that the second measurement resource set is determined as the reference measurement resource set (or a measurement resource in the second measurement resource set is determined as the reference measurement resource). For measurement resource sets other than the reference measurement resource set, taking the first measurement resource set as an example, a measurement offset reporting amount associated with the first measurement resource can be determined based on a relative relationship between a frequency domain position of a measurement resource in the first measurement resource set and a frequency domain position of a measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set.
[0347] The one measurement resource in the other measurement resource set (e.g., a measurement resource in the first measurement resource set described above) may be predefined by the protocol, configured by the network, selected by the terminal, or determined in a combination of these ways. In some embodiments, the "one measurement resource in the other measurement resource set" used in determining the measurement offset reporting amount may be indicated to the network via a CSI report.
[0348] The one measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set can be predefined by the protocol, configured by the network, selected by the terminal, or determined by a combination of these methods. Alternatively, the one measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set is a previously determined reference measurement resource. In some embodiments, the "one measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set" used in determining the measurement offset reporting amount can be indicated to the network via a CSI report.
[0349] (4) When the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, based on the relative relationship between the measurement quantity associated with one measurement resource in the other measurement resource sets and the measurement quantity associated with one measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set, determine one measurement offset reporting quantity associated with the other measurement resource sets.
[0350] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, each measurement resource set includes at least one measurement resource. Assume that the second measurement resource set is determined as the reference measurement resource set (or a measurement resource in the second measurement resource set is determined as the reference measurement resource). For measurement resource sets other than the reference measurement resource set, taking the first measurement resource set as an example, a measurement offset reporting amount associated with the first measurement resource can be determined based on a relative relationship between a measurement amount of a measurement resource in the first measurement resource set and a measurement amount of a measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set.
[0351] The one measurement resource in the other measurement resource set (e.g., a measurement resource in the first measurement resource set described above) may be predefined by the protocol, configured by the network, selected by the terminal, or determined in a combination of these ways. In some embodiments, the "one measurement resource in the other measurement resource set" used in determining the measurement offset reporting amount may be indicated to the network via a CSI report.
[0352] The one measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set can be predefined by the protocol, configured by the network, selected by the terminal, or determined by a combination of these methods. Alternatively, the one measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set is a previously determined reference measurement resource. In some embodiments, the "one measurement resource in the reference measurement resource set" used in determining the measurement offset reporting amount can be indicated to the network via a CSI report.
[0353] (5) When the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, based on the relative relationship between the measurement quantities associated with K measurement resources in the other measurement resource sets and the measurement quantities associated with K reference measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set, determine one measurement offset reporting quantity associated with the other measurement resource sets; K is an integer greater than 1.
[0354] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, each measurement resource set includes multiple measurement resources. Assume that the second measurement resource set is determined as the reference measurement resource set (or K measurement resources in the second measurement resource set are determined as the reference measurement resources). For measurement resource sets other than the reference measurement resource set, taking the first measurement resource set as an example, a measurement offset reporting amount associated with the first measurement resource can be determined based on a relative relationship between the measurement amounts of the K measurement resources in the first measurement resource set and the measurement amounts of the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set.
[0355] For example, the K measurement resources in the first measurement resource set are x1,…,x K , the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set are r1,…,r K, the measurement values of these two groups of K measurement resources can be processed by taking the difference (such as taking the average, taking the weighted average, taking the maximum / minimum value, etc.). Taking the average as an example, the difference between the measurement values of x1 and r1 is used to obtain an intermediate value, ..., x K With r K The difference of the measured quantities is taken to obtain an intermediate quantity, and the average of these K intermediate quantities is then taken to obtain a measurement offset reporting quantity associated with the first measurement resource.
[0356] For example, the K measurement resources in the first measurement resource set are x1,…,x K , the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set are r1,…,r K An intermediate quantity can be determined based on the K measurement resources in the first measurement resource set (for example, the measurement quantities of the K measurement resources are averaged, weighted averaged, or processed to obtain the intermediate quantity). Another intermediate quantity can be determined based on the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set (for example, the measurement quantities of the K measurement resources are averaged, weighted averaged, or processed to obtain the intermediate quantity). The difference between these two intermediate quantities is the measurement offset reporting quantity associated with the first measurement resource.
[0357] The K measurement resources in the other measurement resource set (e.g., the K measurement resources in the first measurement resource set described above) may be predefined by the protocol, configured by the network, selected by the terminal, or determined in a combination of these ways. In some embodiments, the "K measurement resources in the other measurement resource set" used in determining the measurement offset reporting amount may be indicated to the network via a CSI report.
[0358] The K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set may be predefined by the protocol, configured by the network, selected by the terminal, or determined by a combination of these methods. Alternatively, the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set may be already determined reference measurement resources. In some embodiments, the "K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set" used in determining the measurement offset reporting amount may be indicated to the network via a CSI report.
[0359] In some embodiments, the K measurement resources in the other measurement resource set and the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set may be measurement resources corresponding to different subbands. For example, the intermediate values are calculated for each of the K subbands, and then processed to obtain a wideband (or multi-subband average, weighted average, maximum / minimum value, etc.) measurement offset reporting value. The subband may also be replaced with other frequency domain units, which is not limited here.
[0360] In some embodiments, the K measurement resources in the other measurement resource set and the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set may be measurement resources corresponding to different time slots. For example, intermediate quantities are calculated for each of the K time slots, and then processed to obtain a multi-time slot average (or weighted average, maximum / minimum value, etc.) measurement offset reporting quantity. The time slot may also be replaced with other time domain units, which is not limited here.
[0361] In some embodiments, when a terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, one measurement offset reporting amount associated with the other measurement resource sets is determined based on the relative relationship in time domain between the K measurement resources in the other measurement resource sets and the K reference measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set. Alternatively, when a terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, one measurement offset reporting amount associated with the other measurement resource sets is determined based on the relative relationship in frequency domain between the K measurement resources in the other measurement resource sets and the K reference measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set. This section can be referred to above and will not be repeated here.
[0362] (6) When the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, based on the relative relationship between the measurement quantities associated with the K measurement resources in the other measurement resource sets and the measurement quantities associated with the K reference measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set, determine the K measurement offset reporting quantities associated with the other measurement resource sets; K is an integer greater than 1.
[0363] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, each measurement resource set includes multiple measurement resources. Assume that the second measurement resource set is determined as the reference measurement resource set (or K measurement resources in the second measurement resource set are determined as the reference measurement resources). For measurement resource sets other than the reference measurement resource set, taking the first measurement resource set as an example, the K measurement offset reporting amounts associated with the first measurement resource can be determined based on a relative relationship between the measurement amounts of the K measurement resources in the first measurement resource set and the measurement amounts of the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set.
[0364] For example, the K measurement resources in the first measurement resource set are x1,…,x K , the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set are r1,…,r K , the measurement values of these two groups of K measurement resources can be subtracted to obtain K measurement offset reporting values. For example, the difference between the measurement values of x1 and r1 is used to obtain a measurement offset reporting value, ..., x K With r K The difference of the measurement amounts is taken to obtain a measurement offset reporting amount, and the K measurement offset reporting amounts are the K measurement offset reporting amounts associated with the first measurement resource.
[0365] The K measurement resources in the other measurement resource set (e.g., the K measurement resources in the first measurement resource set described above) may be predefined by the protocol, configured by the network, selected by the terminal, or determined in a combination of these ways. In some embodiments, the "K measurement resources in the other measurement resource set" used in determining the measurement offset reporting amount may be indicated to the network via a CSI report.
[0366] The K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set may be predefined by the protocol, configured by the network, selected by the terminal, or determined by a combination of these methods. Alternatively, the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set may be already determined reference measurement resources. In some embodiments, the "K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set" used in determining the measurement offset reporting amount may be indicated to the network via a CSI report.
[0367] In some embodiments, the K measurement resources in the other measurement resource set and the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set may be measurement resources corresponding to different subbands. For example, the measurement offset reporting amounts are calculated for each of the K subbands, and then the measurement offset reporting amounts corresponding to the K subbands are reported.
[0368] In some embodiments, the K measurement resources in the other measurement resource set and the K measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set may be measurement resources corresponding to different time slots. For example, the measurement offset reporting amounts are calculated for each of the K time slots, and then the measurement offset reporting amounts corresponding to the K time slots are reported.
[0369] In some embodiments, when a terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, K measurement offset reporting amounts associated with the other measurement resource sets are determined based on the relative relationship in time domain between the K measurement resources in the other measurement resource sets and the K reference measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set. Alternatively, when a terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, K measurement offset reporting amounts associated with the other measurement resource sets are determined based on the relative relationship in frequency domain between the K measurement resources in the other measurement resource sets and the K reference measurement resources in the reference measurement resource set. This section can be referred to above and will not be repeated here.
[0370] The following uses an example of a specific application scenario to illustrate the process of calculating the measurement offset reporting amount.
[0371] Example 1: The UE is configured by higher layer signaling (RRC) with one non-zero-power (NZP) CSI-RS resource set, consisting of N1 NZP CSI-RS resources, each of which is associated with a TRP. The UE selects a reference NZP CSI-RS resource nref and indicates it to the network in the CSI report (using a bitmap or an NZP CSI-RS resource ID (e.g., a CSI-RS resource indicator (CRI)) or an internal sequence number (e.g., the nrefth) among the N1 NZP CSI-RS resources configured by the network). The UE calculates the measurement offset reporting amount between TRP n and TRP nref based on the NZP CSI-RS resource n associated with TRP n and the NZP CSI-RS resource nref associated with the reference TRP nref.
[0372] Example 2: The UE is configured with one NZP CSI-RS resource set by higher-layer signaling (RRC), which includes N1 NZP CSI-RS resources, and each NZP CSI-RS resource is associated with one TRP. The network side configures the selection rules for the reference NZP CSI-RS resource / resource set through RRC signaling. For example, the reference NZP CSI-RS resource / resource set is the NZP CSI-RS resource / resource set with the minimum / maximum time (or frequency / phase measurement value) associated with it. The UE selects the reference NZP CSI-RS resource / resource set based on the restriction conditions and reports the reference NZP CSI-RS resource / resource set in the CSI report using a bitmap or NZP CSI-RS resource ID (e.g., CRI) or the internal sequence number (e.g., nrefth) of the network-configured NZP CSI-RS resources. The UE calculates at least one offset reporting amount between TRP n and TRP nref based on the NZP CSI-RS resource n associated with TRP n and the NZP CSI-RS resource nref associated with the reference TRP nref.
[0373] Example 3: The UE is configured by higher-layer signaling (RRC) with one NZP CSI-RS resource set, consisting of N1 NZP CSI-RS resources, each associated with a TRP. The network configures reference NZP CSI-RS resource selection restrictions (e.g., RSRP / SINR must be greater than a certain threshold to ensure the accuracy of time / frequency / phase estimation based on the reference NZP CSI-RS resource / resource set) via RRC signaling. The UE selects a reference NZP CSI-RS resource based on the selection restrictions and reports the reference NZP CSI-RS resource nref in the CSI report using a bitmap / NZP CSI-RS resource ID / internal sequence number within the network-configured NZP CSI-RS resources. The UE calculates at least one reported offset between TRP n and TRP nref based on NZP CSI-RS resource n associated with TRP n and NZP CSI-RS resource nref associated with reference TRP nref.
[0374] Example 4: The UE is configured with N1 NZP CSI-RS resource sets by higher layer signaling (RRC), each NZP CSI-RS resource set contains at least one NZP CSI-RS resource, and each NZP CSI-RS resource set is associated with one TRP. The UE selects a reference NZP CSI-RS resource set nref_trp and / or at least one NZP CSI-RS resource nref_rsc, and indicates this to the network in the CSI report (using a bitmap or an NZP CSI-RS resource ID (e.g., CRI) or an internal sequence number among the N1 NZP CSI-RS resources configured by the network (e.g., the nref_rcs-th resource in the nref-th resource set)). The UE selects at least one measurement NZP CSI-RS resource n_rcs from the NZP CSI-RS resource set associated with the n-th TRP. The UE calculates at least one offset reporting amount between TRP n and TRP nref_trp based on the NZP CSI-RS resource n_rcs associated with TRP n and the NZP CSI-RS resource set nref_trp associated with the reference TRP nref_trp and / or at least one NZP CSI-RS resource nref_rsc.
[0375] Example 5: The UE is configured with N1 NZP CSI-RS resource sets by higher layer signaling (RRC), each NZP CSI-RS resource set contains at least K NZP CSI-RS resources, and each NZP CSI-RS resource set is associated with one TRP. The network side configures the selection restriction conditions of the reference NZP CSI-RS resource / resource set through RRC signaling (for example, the RSRP / SINR must be greater than a certain threshold to ensure the accuracy of the time / frequency / phase estimated based on the reference NZP CSI-RS resource / resource set). The UE selects the reference NZP CSI-RS resource set nref_trp and / or at least K (K>1) NZP CSI-RS resources nref_rsc according to the restriction conditions, and indicates them to the network in the CSI report (using a bit map or an NZP CSI-RS resource ID (for example, CRI) or an internal sequence number among the N1 NZP CSI-RS resources configured by the network (for example, only sending the sequence number of the reference CSI-RS resource in the resource set, or sending the resource set identifier (for example, ID or sequence numbers in multiple resource sets) + the sequence number of the reference CSI-RS resource in the resource set, for example, the nref_rcs-th resource in the nref-th resource set)). The UE selects at least K measurement NZP CSI-RS resources n_rcs from the NZP CSI-RS resource set associated with the nth TRP (the selection may be made by the UE, or by a restrictive condition configured by the network side and then selected by the UE based on the condition, similar to the selection of the reference measurement resource or resource set mentioned above). The UE calculates at least K offset reporting amounts between TRP n and TRP nref_trp based on the at least K NZP CSI-RS resources n_rcs associated with TRP n and the NZP CSI-RS resource set nref_trp and / or at least K NZP CSI-RS resources nref_rsc associated with the reference TRP nref_trp.
[0376] Example 6: The UE is configured with N1 NZP CSI-RS resource sets by higher layer signaling (RRC), each NZP CSI-RS resource set contains at least K NZP CSI-RS resources, and each NZP CSI-RS resource set is associated with one TRP. The UE selects at least K measurement NZP CSI-RS resources n_rcs from the NZP CSI-RS resource set associated with the nth TRP (the selection may be selected by the UE, or the network side may configure a restrictive condition and then the UE selects according to the condition, similar to the selection of the reference measurement resource or resource set mentioned above). The UE calculates at least K intermediate offset reporting amounts between TRP n and TRP nref_trp based on the at least K NZP CSI-RS resources n_rcs associated with TRP n and the NZP CSI-RS resource set nref_trp and / or at least K NZP CSI-RS resources nref_rsc associated with the reference TRP nref_trp. The UE processes the at least K intermediate offset reporting amounts (for example, taking an average, or for example, weighted averaging, where the weighting coefficient is the measurement accuracy of the intermediate offset reporting amount) to obtain at least 1 offset reporting amount between TRP n and TRP nref_trp.
[0377] For the above examples, the configured NZP CSI-RS resource set may also replace the TRS resource set. The overall process is similar and will not be described in detail here.
[0378] In some embodiments, the value of N2 is predefined by the protocol, or configured on the network side, or determined by the terminal.
[0379] For example, the protocol predefines that the terminal reports the measurement offset reporting amount associated with N1-1 measurement resources or resource sets excluding the reference measurement resource or resource set among the N1 measurement resources or resource sets. Alternatively, the protocol predefines that N2 is equal to N1.
[0380] For example, the network side configures the terminal to report the number N2 of measurement offset reporting amounts through high-layer signaling according to the limitation of feedback overhead.
[0381] In some embodiments, the terminal may determine the number of measurement offset reports to be reported, or the terminal may determine the number of measurement offset reports to be reported based on the configuration of the network. For example, the terminal may select the number of measurement offset reports to be reported based on the numerical value of each measurement offset report.
[0382] In some embodiments, the value of N2 is determined by the terminal, including:
[0383] The value of N2 is selected by the terminal from the optional set of measurement offset reporting values configured on the network side; or
[0384] The value of N2 is determined by the terminal according to the maximum allowed number of measurement offset reports configured on the network side.
[0385] For example, the network side configures an optional set {n1, n2, n3} of the number of measurement offset reporting amounts to be reported for the terminal according to the feedback overhead limitation, and then the terminal determines the number of measurement offset reporting amounts to be reported therefrom.
[0386] For example, the network side configures a maximum allowed number n4 of measurement offset reporting amounts for the terminal, and then the terminal selects N2 measurement offset reporting amounts to report, where N2 is less than or equal to n4.
[0387] In some embodiments, determining N2 measurement offset reporting amounts includes:
[0388] The N2 measurement offset reporting amounts are determined based on one or more of the following:
[0389] Rules predefined by the protocol; or,
[0390] The numerical relationship between the measurement offset reporting amounts associated with each other measurement resource or resource set; or
[0391] The selection restrictions for the measurement offset reporting configured on the network side.
[0392] Specifically, select the measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported according to the number N2 of the measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported as needed. It is necessary to determine the number of TRPs associated with the measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported, the reporting number of the measurement offset reporting quantities associated with each TRP, and specifically which measurement offset reporting quantities to report. For example, if the number of measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported is N2, one of the measurement offset reporting quantities associated with each of the N2 TRPs is selected for the N2 measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported, or the N2 measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported are associated with N3 < N2 TRPs, and m measurement offset reporting quantities associated with TRP idx i (i = 1,..N3) are each selected i m, satisfying:
[0393] There can be multiple ways to determine specifically which measurement offset reporting quantities need to be reported.
[0394] In some embodiments, the terminal selects the measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported based on rules predefined by the protocol. For example, when the terminal is configured with 1 measurement resource set by high-layer signaling (RRC), which includes N1 measurement resources, and each measurement resource is associated with one TRP. When the reference measurement resource nref is determined and there is the same understanding of nref on both the network and terminal sides, the measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported can be determined according to the number N2 of the measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported and the fixed rules predefined by the protocol. For example, when the number N2 of the measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported is N2 = N1 - 1, according to the above measurement resource configuration, the measurement offset reporting quantities to be reported are the measurement offset reporting quantities jointly determined by the measurement resources n (n ≠ nref) associated with all TRPs and the reference measurement resource nref. At this time, both the terminal side and the network side can reach a consistent understanding on the selection of reporting the measurement offset reporting quantities according to the predefined / fixed selection rules in the protocol, without additional signaling indication.
[0395] In some embodiments, the reported measurement offset reporting quantities are selected by the terminal based on its own implementation rules. For example, the terminal selects the first N2 measurement offset reporting quantities of all measurement offset reporting quantities according to the numerical values of each measurement offset reporting quantity (for example, if the measurement offset reporting quantity is the time difference between TRPs, the terminal arranges the time differences from small to large and selects the first N2 measurement offset reporting quantities less than the CP to report).
[0396] In some embodiments, the reported measurement offset reporting amount is jointly determined by the network side and the terminal. The network side configures a selection restriction condition for the measurement offset reporting amount for the terminal, and then the terminal selects the measurement offset reporting amount based on the selection restriction condition. For example, the selection restriction condition for the measurement offset reporting amount configured by the network side for the terminal is that the reported measurement offset reporting amount needs to be less than a certain threshold (for example, the delay offset is less than a certain threshold), and the terminal selects the first N2 measurement offset reporting amounts for reporting according to the order of the measurement offset reporting amounts from small to large.
[0397] In some implementations, the network side may configure the selection restriction condition of the measurement offset reporting amount to the terminal through RRC signaling, DCI signaling, or MAC-CE signaling.
[0398] In some embodiments, the configuration of the selection restriction condition for the measurement offset reporting amount includes:
[0399] Configure one or more of the following thresholds for measuring offset reporting:
[0400] (1) Minimum threshold value of signal quality.
[0401] For example, the network side configures the terminal with a minimum threshold value for the signal (or channel) quality (for example, L1-RSRP, or L1-SINR or CQI value) selected for the measurement offset reporting amount. Only the measurement resources or resource sets with signal quality higher than or equal to the minimum threshold value can have their associated measurement offset reporting amount reported.
[0402] (2) The minimum and / or maximum threshold values of the measured quantity.
[0403] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value for the measurement quantity (for example, delay, frequency, phase, etc.) used for selecting the measurement offset reporting amount for the terminal. Only the measurement resource or resource set with a measurement quantity higher than or equal to the minimum threshold value can have its associated measurement offset reporting amount reported.
[0404] For example, the network side configures a maximum threshold value for the measurement quantity (for example, delay, frequency, phase, etc.) used for the selection of the measurement offset reporting value for the terminal. Only the measurement resource or resource set with a measurement value lower than or equal to the maximum threshold value can have its associated measurement offset reporting value reported.
[0405] For example, the network side configures the terminal with a minimum threshold value and a maximum threshold value of the measurement quantity (for example, delay, frequency, phase, etc.) for selection of the measurement offset reporting quantity. Only the measurement resources or resource sets with measurement quantities between the minimum threshold value and the maximum threshold value can have their associated measurement offset reporting quantities reported.
[0406] (3) The minimum threshold and / or maximum threshold of the measurement offset reporting amount.
[0407] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value of the measurement offset reporting amount (eg, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.) for the terminal, and only the measurement offset reporting amount higher than or equal to the minimum threshold value can be reported.
[0408] For example, the network side configures a maximum threshold value of the measurement offset reporting amount (eg, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.) for the terminal, and only the measurement offset reporting amount lower than or equal to the maximum threshold value can be reported.
[0409] For example, the network side configures the minimum threshold and maximum threshold of the measurement offset reporting amount (for example, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.) for the terminal, and only the measurement offset reporting amount between the minimum threshold and the maximum threshold can be reported.
[0410] (4) The minimum threshold value of the accuracy of the measured quantity.
[0411] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value for the accuracy of the measurement quantity (for example, delay, frequency, phase, etc.) selected for the measurement offset reporting amount for the terminal. Only the measurement resource or resource set with an accuracy higher than or equal to the minimum threshold value can have its associated measurement offset reporting amount reported.
[0412] (5) The minimum threshold value for the accuracy of the reported measurement offset.
[0413] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value for the accuracy of measurement quantities (eg, delay, frequency, phase, etc.) for the terminal, and only measurement offset reporting quantities with an accuracy higher than or equal to the minimum threshold value can be reported.
[0414] (6) The minimum and / or maximum threshold values of the measurement range of the measured quantity.
[0415] For example, the network side configures the terminal with a minimum threshold value of the measurement range of the measurement quantity (for example, delay, frequency, phase, etc.) for selection of the measurement offset reporting quantity. Only the measurement resource or resource set whose measurement quantity meets the minimum threshold value of the measurement range can have its associated measurement offset reporting quantity reported.
[0416] For example, the network side configures the terminal with a maximum threshold value of a measurement range of a measurement quantity (for example, delay, frequency, phase, etc.) for selection of a measurement offset reporting quantity. Only a measurement resource or resource set whose measurement quantity meets the maximum threshold value of the measurement range can have its associated measurement offset reporting quantity reported.
[0417] For example, the network side configures the terminal with a minimum threshold value and a maximum threshold value of a measurement range of a measurement quantity (for example, delay, frequency, phase, etc.) for selection of a measurement offset reporting quantity. Only a measurement resource or resource set whose measurement quantity satisfies the minimum threshold value and the maximum threshold value of the measurement range can have its associated measurement offset reporting quantity reported.
[0418] (7) The minimum threshold value and / or maximum threshold value of the measurement range of the measurement offset reporting quantity.
[0419] For example, the network side configures a minimum threshold value of the measurement range of the measurement offset reporting amount (eg, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.) for the terminal, and only the measurement offset reporting amount that meets the minimum threshold value can be reported.
[0420] For example, the network side configures a maximum threshold value of the measurement range of the measurement offset reporting amount (eg, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.) for the terminal, and only the measurement offset reporting amount that meets the maximum threshold value can be reported.
[0421] For example, the network side configures the minimum threshold and maximum threshold of the measurement range of the measurement offset reporting amount (for example, time difference, frequency difference, phase difference, etc.) for the terminal. Only the measurement offset reporting amount that meets the minimum threshold and maximum threshold can be reported.
[0422] In some embodiments, the CSI report also carries indication information for indicating the association between the measurement offset reporting amount and the measurement resource or resource set.
[0423] For example, in the case where the terminal chooses which measurement offset reporting quantities to report, the terminal and the network side need to reach a consistent understanding of the association between the reported measurement offset reporting quantities and the measurement resources or resource sets. To this end, the terminal can also carry indication information for indicating the association between the measurement offset reporting quantities and the measurement resources or resource sets in the CSI report reporting the measurement offset reporting quantities.
[0424] In some embodiments, the indication information used to indicate the association between the measurement offset reporting amount and the measurement resource or resource set includes any of the following:
[0425] (1) A bitmap used to indicate the association between the measurement offset reporting amount and the measurement resource or resource set.
[0426] For example, the terminal is configured with 1 measurement resource set, including N1 measurement resources, and uses an N1-bit bitmap. When the measurement offset reporting amount associated with a measurement resource is reported in the CSI report, the bit in the bitmap is set to 1 and the other bits are set to 0.
[0427] For another example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, each measurement resource set contains multiple measurement resources. If it is necessary to indicate that one or more measurement resources in a measurement resource set have reported the corresponding measurement offset reporting amount, a two-level indication method can be used. An N1-bit bitmap is used to first indicate the associated measurement resource set, and then a second bitmap is used to indicate the associated measurement resource.
[0428] (2) The identifier of the measurement resource or resource set associated with the measurement offset reporting amount.
[0429] For example, the terminal is configured with one measurement resource set including N1 measurement resources, and when the measurement offset reporting amount associated with the second measurement resource is reported in the CSI report, the terminal may carry the identifier of the second measurement resource as indication information in the CSI report.
[0430] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, and when the measurement offset reporting amount associated with the second measurement resource set is reported in the CSI report, the terminal may carry the identifier of the second measurement resource set as indication information in the CSI report.
[0431] (3) The sequence number of the measurement resource or resource set associated with the measurement offset reporting amount.
[0432] For example, the terminal is configured with 1 measurement resource set, which includes N1 measurement resources. When the measurement offset reporting amount associated with the second measurement resource is reported in the CSI report, the terminal can carry the internal sequence number of the second measurement resource in the configured multiple measurement resources (i.e., 2) as indication information in the CSI report.
[0433] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, where the measurement offset reporting amount associated with the second measurement resource set is reported in the CSI report. The terminal can carry the internal sequence number of the second measurement resource set in the configured multiple measurement resource sets (i.e., 2) as indication information in the CSI report.
[0434] (4) The identifier or serial number of the resource set in which the measurement resource associated with the measurement offset reporting amount is located, and the serial number of the measurement resource associated with the measurement offset reporting amount in the resource set.
[0435] For example, the terminal is configured with N1 measurement resource sets, each measurement resource set contains multiple measurement resources. If it is necessary to indicate that one or more measurement resources in a measurement resource set have reported the corresponding measurement offset reporting amount, the terminal can carry in the CSI report: the identifier or sequence number of the measurement resource set where the measurement resource associated with the measurement offset reporting amount is located (for example, the measurement resource set ID or the internal sequence number in the configured multiple measurement resource sets) + the measurement resource associated with the measurement offset reporting amount (that is, the one or more measurement resources) in the measurement resource set. Internal sequence number.
[0436] In some embodiments, the reporting order of the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts in the CSI report is determined based on any one of the following:
[0437] The order of the identifiers of the measurement resources or resource sets associated with the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts; or, the order of the sequence numbers of the measurement resources or resource sets associated with the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts; or,
[0438] Indication information used to indicate the association between the measurement offset reporting amount and the measurement resource or resource set.
[0439] Specifically, when multiple measurement offset reporting amounts need to be reported in the CSI report, the terminal and the network side need to reach a consistent understanding on the reporting order of the multiple measurement offset reporting amounts.
[0440] For example, the terminal is configured with one measurement resource set by high-layer signaling (RRC), which includes N1 measurement resources, and each measurement resource is associated with one TRP. When the reference measurement resource nref is determined and the number of measurement offset reporting amounts to be reported is N1-1, according to the above-mentioned measurement resource configuration, the measurement offset reporting amount to be reported is the offset reporting amount jointly determined by the measurement resource n associated with all TRPs n (n≠nref) and the reference measurement resource nref. At this time, the order of multiple measurement offset reporting amounts can be reported based on the order of measurement resource / resource set IDs, or based on the order of internal sequence numbers in the N1 resources / resource sets configured by the base station.
[0441] For another example, the terminal indicates the measurement offset reporting amount that needs to be reported in the CSI report (i.e., the indication information used to indicate the association relationship between the measurement offset reporting amount and the measurement resource or resource set). In this case, when reporting multiple measurement offset reporting amounts, the terminal and the network side can report the measurement offset reporting amounts in the order of the measurement resources associated with the offset reporting amounts that need to be reported indicated in the indication information.
[0442] The following describes the process of reporting the measurement offset reporting amount using an example of a specific application scenario.
[0443] Example 7: The UE is configured by higher-layer signaling (RRC) with one NZP CSI-RS resource set, which includes N1 NZP CSI-RS resources, each of which is associated with one TRP. The number of measurement offset reporting quantities that need to be reported is N1 -1, which is predefined by the protocol. That is, all measurement offset reporting quantities determined by the NZP CSI-RS resources associated with TRP nref for all TRP n (n≠nref) will be reported. A CSI report includes N1 -1 measurement offset reporting quantities. In this case, the order of multiple measurement offset reporting quantities can be based on the order of the NZP CSI-RS resource / resource set IDs, or based on the order of the internal sequence numbers (e.g., 1, 2, ..., N1) in the N1 resources / resource sets configured by the base station.
[0444] Example 8: The UE is configured with 1 NZP CSI-RS resource set by higher layer signaling (RRC), which contains N1 NZP CSI-RS resources, and each NZP CSI-RS resource is associated with a TRP. The number of measurement offset reporting amounts N2 that need to be reported is selected by the UE and indicated by the CSI report, that is, the UE indicates TRP idx in the CSI report i (idx i ≠nref, i = 1, ..., N2) The measurement offset reporting amount determined by the NZP CSI-RS resource associated with TRP nref is reported. The above-mentioned measurement offset reporting amount indication can be indicated by a bitmap, or a resource / resource set ID, or an internal sequence number within a resource / resource set. Therefore, when a CSI report contains multiple measurement offset reporting amounts, the measurement offset reporting amounts are reported in the order indicated by the UE in the CSI report.
[0445] Example 9: The UE is configured with one NZP CSI-RS resource set by higher-layer signaling (RRC), which contains N1 NZP CSI-RS resources, and each NZP CSI-RS resource is associated with one TRP. The number of measurement offset reporting amounts N2 that needs to be reported is configured by the network to the UE, and the UE selects (or the network also configures restrictive conditions for the measurement offset reporting amount, and the UE selects the measurement offset reporting amount according to the restrictive conditions) and indicates TRP idx in the CSI report i (idx i ≠nref, i = 1, ..., N2) The measurement offset reporting amount determined by the NZP CSI-RS resource associated with TRP nref is reported.
[0446] Example 10: The UE is configured with N1 NZP CSI-RS resource sets by higher layer signaling (RRC), each NZP CSI-RS resource set contains at least 1 NZP CSI-RS resource, and each NZP CSI-RS resource set is associated with a TRP. The number of measurement offset reporting amounts N2 that need to be reported is selected by the UE and is associated with the TRP idx through the CSI report indication. i (idx i ≠nref, i=1,…,N2) and the measurement offset reporting amount determined by the NZP CSI-RS resource associated with TRP nref will be reported. At the same time, the UE will report the measurement offset from the idx i The NZP CSI-RS resource set associated with each TRP selects at least one measurement NZP CSI-RS resource n_rcs (the network may also configure a restrictive condition for the measurement offset reporting amount, and the UE selects the measurement offset reporting amount according to the restrictive condition) and indicates it to the network in the CSI report (using a bitmap or an NZP CSI-RS resource ID (such as CRI) or an internal sequence number (such as idx) in the N1 NZP CSI-RS resources configured by the network i Therefore, when one CSI report includes multiple measurement offset reporting amounts, the order of the measurement offset reporting amounts selected by the UE in the CSI report is adopted.
[0447] Example 11: The UE is configured with N1 NZP CSI-RS resource sets by higher layer signaling (RRC), each NZP CSI-RS resource set contains at least K NZP CSI-RS resources, and each NZP CSI-RS resource set is associated with a TRP. The number of measurement offset reporting amounts N2 that need to be reported is selected by the UE and is indicated by the CSI report and the TRP idx i (idx i ≠nref, i=1,…,N2) and the measurement offset reporting amount determined by the NZP CSI-RS resource associated with TRP nref will be reported. At the same time, the UE will report the measurement offset from the idx i At least K measurement NZP CSI-RS resources n_rcs are selected from the NZP CSI-RS resource set associated with each TRP (the network may also configure a restrictive condition for the measurement offset reporting amount, and the UE selects the measurement offset reporting amount according to the restrictive condition) and indicated to the network in the CSI report (using a bitmap or NZP CSI-RS resource ID (e.g., CRI) or an internal sequence number (e.g., idx) among the N1 NZP CSI-RS resources configured by the network iTherefore, when one CSI report includes multiple measurement offset reporting amounts, the order of the measurement offset reporting amounts selected by the UE in the CSI report is adopted.
[0448] FIG2 is a second flow diagram of an information reporting method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method is applied to a network device. As shown in FIG2 , the method includes the following steps:
[0449] Step 200: Receive N2 measurement offset reporting amounts reported by the terminal through the CSI report, where N2 is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
[0450] Step 201: Determine reference measurement resources or resource sets corresponding to N2 measurement offset reporting amounts, and determine measurement resources or resource sets associated with the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts.
[0451] Specifically, the terminal determines a reference measurement resource or resource set from the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the terminal through the method described in the previous embodiment, and then, for other measurement resources or resource sets other than the reference measurement resource or resource set, the terminal determines at least one measurement offset reporting amount associated with the other measurement resource or resource set based on the reference measurement resource or resource set, and then determines N2 measurement offset reporting amounts from the measurement offset reporting amounts associated with all other measurement resources or resource sets, and reports the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts to the network device through the CSI report.
[0452] When a network device receives N2 measurement offset reports from a terminal via a CSI report, it needs to determine the reference measurement resource or resource set corresponding to each of the N2 measurement offset reports, i.e., the reference measurement resource or resource set based on which each of the N2 measurement offset reports is obtained, and determine the measurement resource or resource set associated with each of the N2 measurement offset reports. This allows the network to determine information about synchronization errors, such as time, frequency, and phase, between TRPs in CJT transmission based on the measurement offset reports reported by the terminal, and improve CJT transmission performance by pre-compensating the transmitted signal.
[0453] The information reporting method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is that after the network device receives N2 measurement offset reporting amounts reported by the terminal through the CSI report, it determines the reference measurement resources or resource sets corresponding to the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts, and determines the measurement resources or resource sets associated with the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts, so that the synchronization error information such as time, frequency, and phase between TRPs in CJT transmission can be determined according to the measurement offset reporting amounts reported by the terminal, which helps to improve the performance of CJT transmission.
[0454] In some embodiments, determining the reference measurement resource or resource set corresponding to the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts includes:
[0455] Identify a reference measurement resource or set of resources based on one or more of the following:
[0456] (1) Protocol predefined rules. The network and the terminal should have a consistent understanding of the reference measurement resource or resource set. For example, the reference measurement resource or resource set is predefined by the protocol, and both the network and the terminal use the same protocol predefined rules to determine the reference measurement resource or resource set.
[0457] (2) The identifier or serial number of the reference measurement resource or resource set configured by the network for the terminal. The network can determine the reference measurement resource or resource set based on the identifier or serial number of the reference measurement resource or resource set configured for the terminal, thereby ensuring a consistent understanding of the reference measurement resource or resource set with the terminal.
[0458] (3) Indication information carried in the CSI report for indicating the reference measurement resource or resource set. The network side can determine the reference measurement resource or resource set based on the indication information carried in the CSI report by the terminal, thereby ensuring a consistent understanding of the reference measurement resource or resource set with the terminal.
[0459] In some embodiments, the indication information used to indicate the reference measurement resource or resource set includes any of the following:
[0460] A bitmap used to indicate a reference measurement resource or resource set; or,
[0461] the identification of the reference measurement resource or set of resources; or,
[0462] The ordinal number of the referenced measurement resource or resource set; or,
[0463] The identifier or serial number of the resource set in which the reference measurement resource is located, and the serial number of the reference measurement resource in the resource set.
[0464] In some embodiments, determining the measurement resources or resource sets associated with the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts includes:
[0465] The measurement resource or resource set associated with the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts is determined based on one or more of the following:
[0466] (1) Protocol predefined rules. The network and the terminal should have a consistent understanding of the measurement resources or resource sets associated with the measurement offset reporting amount. For example, the reporting rules for the measurement offset reporting amount are predefined by the protocol. The network and the terminal both use the same protocol predefined rules to determine the measurement resources or resource sets associated with the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts.
[0467] (2) The identifiers or serial numbers of the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the network side for the terminal. The network side can determine the measurement resources or resource sets associated with the N2 measurement offset reporting amounts based on the identifiers or serial numbers of the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured for the terminal, thereby ensuring that it and the terminal have a consistent understanding of the reference measurement resources or resource sets. For example, when the number of measurement offset reporting amounts to be reported N2 = N1 -1, based on the identifiers or serial numbers of the N1 measurement resources or resource sets configured by the network side, the reported measurement offset reporting amount is the measurement offset reporting amount determined jointly by the measurement resource n associated with all TRPs n (n≠nref) and the reference measurement resource nref. At this point, the terminal side and the network side can reach a consistent understanding of the measurement resources or resource sets associated with the reported measurement offset reporting amounts.
[0468] (3) Indication information carried in the CSI report that indicates the association between the measurement offset reported amount and the measurement resource or resource set. The network side can determine the measurement resource or resource set associated with the measurement offset reported amount based on the indication information carried by the terminal in the CSI report, thereby ensuring a consistent understanding of the measurement resource or resource set associated with the measurement offset reported amount with the terminal.
[0469] In some embodiments, the indication information used to indicate the association between the measurement offset reporting amount and the measurement resource or resource set includes any of the following:
[0470] A bitmap used to indicate the association between the measurement offset reporting amount and the measurement resource or resource set; or
[0471] The identifier of the measurement resource or resource set associated with the measurement offset reporting amount; or

[0473] The identifier or sequence number of the resource set in which the measurement resource associated with the measurement offset reporting amount is located, and the sequence number of the measurement resource associated with the measurement offset reporting amount in the resource set.

[0480] The maximum number of measurement offset reports allowed; or

[0484] The minimum threshold value of signal quality; or,

[0489] the lower and / or upper threshold values of the measurement range of the measured quantity; or,
[0490] The minimum and / or maximum threshold values of the measurement range of the measurement offset reporting value.
[0491] In some embodiments, the configuration of the selection restriction condition for the measurement offset reporting amount includes:
