A system for mental health self-care, wherein an information processing terminal included in the system provides a user with information on a plurality of intervention treatments based on the core processes of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) registered in the system, which the user can select from on the screen of the information processing terminal, either sequentially or at any time, continuously for a certain period of time, and further provides the user with information on intervention treatments based on new core processes of ACT registered in the system, either sequentially or at any time, continuously for a certain period of time, thereby allowing the user to acquire ACT.
2. The system of claim 1, further providing the user with information on intervention treatments for improving symptoms of a specific disease, next time or at any time, continuously for a certain period of time.
3. The system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the information on the intervention process is associated with a matrix of buttons arranged on the screen of the information processing terminal.
