An information processing device comprising: a detection means for detecting that a reception machine is being used; an acquisition means for acquiring input data entered into the reception machine by a person using the reception machine and image data of the person; an estimation means for estimating the psychological state of the person based on at least one of the input data and the image data; and an output means for outputting a warning to a terminal of a person in charge of assisting in the operation of the reception machine if the psychological state of the person is estimated to be abnormal.
2. The information processing device according to claim 1, wherein said detection means detects that said person has operated said reception machine.
3. The information processing device according to claim 1, wherein said detection means detects that said person has been photographed by said reception machine.
4. An information processing device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the acquisition means acquires the input data including data of the person's passport or boarding pass read by the reception machine.
5. An information processing device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the acquisition means acquires the image data including a facial image of the person photographed by the reception machine.
