Abstract

A method can include receiving, by a wireless device, configuration parameters, of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) of a cell, indicating a first periodicity value and a second periodicity value. The method can also include receiving a command indicating indicates a change from the first periodicity value to the second periodicity value for the SSBs. The method can further include performing, within a measurement period with a period length, based on receiving the command and in response to transitioning a cell measurement of the SSBs from the first periodicity value to the second periodicity value, the cell measurement over the SSBs of the cell. The period length is determined from a first measurement period corresponding to the SSBs transmitted with the first periodicity value. The period length is also determined from a second measurement period corresponding to the SSBs transmitted with the second periodicity value.
