Abstract

A mobile management method, a terminal, a network device, a communication system, a medium and a computer program product. The mobile management method, which is executed by a terminal, comprises: sending capability information to a network device, wherein the capability information indicates whether a terminal supports inter-network mobile management, the inter-network mobile management refers to executing a mobile process between a first network and a second network, and the first network and the second network correspond to different operators. Thus, the synchronization of capability information between a network device and a terminal is facilitated, such that network service performance is improved, thereby ensuring better user experience and service continuity.
