Abstract

The invention relates to radiomic signatures of solid cancer patients prior to immunotherapy initiation that are predictive of cancer outcome in treated patients. The invention also relates to a method of solid cancer prognosis using a multivariate predictive model that provides a prognostic score for patient stratification before immunotherapy initiation to facilitate therapeutic decisions.
