2. The rotating brush of claim 1 wherein said pole further comprises a plurality of telescoping sections said plurality of telescoping sections comprising at least a first telescoping section and a second telescoping section configured to extend said length of said pole.

The rotating brush of claim 1 wherein said pole further comprises a plurality of sections said plurality of sections comprising a first section and a second section connectively attached by a first articulating joint configured to create a bend between said first section and said second section allowing said pole to bend along said length of said pole.
4. The rotating brush of claim 3 wherein said plurality of sections further comprises a plurality of telescoping sections said plurality of telescoping sections comprising at least a first telescoping section and a second telescoping section configured to extend said length of said pole.
5. The rotating brush of claim 3 further comprising a plurality of articulating joints said plurality of articulating joints comprising said first articulating joint and at least a second articulating joint.
6. The rotating brush of claim 3 wherein said first articulating joint further comprises a bend control device configured to position said first section and said second section allowing said pole to bend and remain fixed in a position along said length of said pole.

14. The rotating brush of claim 1 wherein said motor further comprises an electric connection configured for connection to an electrical power supply.
15. The rotating brush of claim 1 further comprising a hose and a liquid supply configured to spray a liquid and / or an insecticide in a direction parallel to said axis.
