Claims
1. An information processing device comprising: a management unit that manages whether or not annotations for each user on the drawing data can be created, edited, and viewed based on the authority set for each user who can access the digitized drawing data of a specified drawing; and a reception unit that receives instructions related to the annotations permitted by the management unit.
2. The information processing device according to claim 1, wherein the management unit permits a user to whom creation authority is set as the authority to create the annotation and to edit the annotation in accordance with the creation authority.
3. An information processing device according to claim 2, further comprising an input unit that enables creation and editing of the annotations for the drawing data by at least one of keyboard operation and touch operation on a display unit on which the drawing data is displayed.
4. The information processing device of claim 1, wherein the management unit permits a user for whom viewing authority has been set as the authority to view a specified annotation in accordance with the viewing authority, and includes a control unit that obtains annotation data for the specified annotation from a first table in which annotation data including the position on the drawing data where the operation related to creating the annotation was performed and the content of the annotation is stored in association with the drawing data, and displays the content of the specified annotation in an arrangement corresponding to the position on the drawing data where the operation related to creating the specified annotation was performed.
5. The information processing device of claim 4, wherein, when predetermined caution points are included in the drawing data as a result of analyzing the characters, figures, and symbols shown in the drawing data, the control unit obtains predetermined caution content corresponding to the predetermined caution points based on the analysis results from a second table in which caution content corresponding to each predetermined caution point is stored, and displays the predetermined caution content within a predetermined range from the predetermined caution point on the drawing data.
6. The information processing device according to claim 5, wherein the control unit, when it is determined that a margin of a predetermined range or more is within the predetermined range, causes the predetermined warning content to be displayed in the margin.
7. The information processing device according to claim 6, wherein, if the predetermined notice content does not fit within the margin, the control unit adjusts the display mode of the predetermined notice content so that it fits within the margin.
8. The information processing device according to claim 5, wherein the management unit prohibits operations relating to editing of the caution content displayed on the drawing data.
9. An information processing program that causes a computer to execute a process that manages whether or not annotations for each user on a specified drawing can be created, edited, and viewed based on the authority set for each user who can access the digitized drawing data, and accepts instructions related to the permitted annotations.

An information processing method in which a computer executes the process of managing whether or not annotations for each user on a specified drawing can be created, edited, and viewed based on the authority set for each user who can access the digitized drawing data, and accepting instructions related to the permitted annotations.
