[0063] FIG. 7 schematically illustrates a partial three-dimensional view of the adjustment device 20 in an assembled state. For the sake of clearly illustrating the internal structure, the second adjustment portion has been removed. The driving bolt 26 comprises a threaded segment 260 and an operating knob 262. The threaded segment 260 is arranged in the middle of a shaft of the driving bolt 26, and the operating knob 262 is constructed as a rotary knob expanding with respect to one end of the shaft. The drive bolt 26 is rotatably supported in the bracket 222 of the first adjustment portion 22 in the case that its shaft passes through the perforations 222a of the brackets 222. In addition, an unthreaded end of the driving bolt 26 is rotatably retained in the bracket 222 by the bolt plug 226 and the bracket 222 is closed by the cover plate 228. The slider threaded hole 240a of the slider main body 240 is cooperatively connected to the threaded segment 260 of the driving bolt 26, and the pin 242 of the slider 24 is embedded in the slideway 220. Thus, when the operating knob 262 is manually turned, the  driving bolt 26 cannot move in the direction of the rotation axis a due to a restriction of its both ends by the brackets 222, but can only rotate. In this case, the slider 24 correspondingly connected to the threaded segment 260 is also unable to co-rotate with the threaded segment 260 due to the embedding of its pin 242 in the slideway 220, but can only slide along the slideway 220 extending helically, wherein the slider 24 is angularly deflected about the rotational axis a while moving in the direction of the rotational axis a.

[0064] As shown in FIGS. 6, 7, and 8, the sliding channel 280 of the second adjustment portion 28 has a cross-section adapted to an outer contour of the slider main body 240 of the slider 24, and the elongate slot 280a extends longitudinally parallel to the rotation axis a of the driving bolt 26. The slider main body 240 of the slider 24 is slidably arranged in the sliding channel 280 and the pin 242 protrudes outwardly through the elongate slot 280a. Thus, the slider 24 is rotation-resistant coupled to the second adjustment portion 28. When the slider 24 is angularly deflected about the rotation axis a, the second adjustment portion 28 is deflected about the rotation axis a at a same angle. n this way, the first adjustment portion 22 is pivoted relative to the second adjustment portion 28, which in turn realizes the pivoting of the subsection 122 connected to the earcup 10 relative to the connecting section 124, thereby realizing the angular adjustment of the earcup 10.

[0065] In order to avoid excessive angular adjustment of the earcups 10, the adjustment device 20 further comprises a stopping portion. According to the embodiment, the stopping portion comprises a first stopping edge 224 provided on the side of the slideway 220 of the first adjustment portion 22 and a second stopping edge 282 provided on the second adjustment portion 28. In the assembled state, the first stopping edge 224 and the second stopping edge 284 are opposed to each other. As the angle at which the first adjustment portion 22 and the second adjustment portion 28 pivot towards each other increases, the first stopping edge 224 and the second stopping edge 284 move closer and eventually abut against each other to prevent the two from pivoting further. According to the embodiment, the first adjustment portion 22 and the second adjustment portion 28 are able to pivot towards each other at an angle of maximum 15°.

[0066] FIG. 9 to FIG. 12 schematically illustrate an adjustment device 20’ of the headphone according to an optional embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0067] The adjustment device 20’ comprises a first adjustment portion 22, a second adjustment portion 28 and a driving bolt 26 having a rotation axis a. The driving bolt 26 passes through the first adjustment portion 22 and the second adjustment portion 28, wherein by means of the driving bolt 26 a pivoting about the rotation axis between the first adjustment portion 22 and the second adjustment portion 28 is realized.

[0068] FIG. 10 schematically illustrates an enlarged view of region B shown in FIG. 9. As shown in FIG. 10, the adjustment device 20’ further comprises a locking nut 30 constructed for threaded connection with the driving bolt 26. The locking nut 30 comprises a threaded hole 30a for threaded connection to the driving bolt 26 and at least one protrusion 302, preferably two protrusions 302 opposed to each other, as shown in FIG. 10.

[0069] As shown in FIG. 9 and 10, the first adjustment portion 22 is fixedly connected to the second end of the subsection 122. The first adjustment portion 22 comprises two mutually spaced brackets 222, one of which has a perforation 222a to be passed through by the driving bolt 26, and the other bracket 222 has a recess 222b for shape fitting accommodating the locking nut 30.

[0070] The second adjustment portion 28 is fixedly connected to an end of the connecting section 124. The second adjustment portion 28 is constructed substantially cylindrical and includes a bolt channel 282.

[0071] FIG. 11 schematically illustrates a partial three-dimensional view of the adjustment device 20’ in an assembled state. For the sake of clearly illustrating the internal structure, the second adjustment portion 28 has been sectioned. The driving bolt 26 comprises a threaded segment 260 and an operating knob 262. The threaded segment 260 is at least arranged in a region of the shaft of the driving bolt 26 remote from the operating knob 262, and the operating knob 262 is constructed as a rotary knob expanding with respect to one end of the shaft. The threaded hole 30a of the locking nut 30 is threaded connected to the threaded segment 260 of the driving bolt 26, wherein the locking nut 30 is able to shape fitting embedded in the recess 222b of the bracket 222. In the assembled state, the driving bolt 26 passes through the perforation 222a of one bracket 222 on one hand, and is retained in the recess 222b of the other bracket 222 with the aid of the locking nut 30 on the other hand. In addition, the shaft of the driving bolt 26 passes through the bolt channel 282, whereby the second adjustment portion  28 is arranged between the two brackets 222 of the first adjustment portion 22. When the operating knob 262 is manually turned, the driving bolt 26 and the locking nut 30 rotate relative to each other under the threaded connection, and the locking nut 30 cannot rotate relative to the first adjustment portion 22 due to the locking nut 30 being shape-fitting embedded in the recess 222b, thereby moving the driving bolt 26 in the direction of the rotation axis a, and thus the bracket 222 of the first adjustment portion 22 and the second adjustment portion 28 are loosening or clamping. When the first adjustment portion 22 is clamped with the second adjustment portion 28, a relative rotation between the first adjustment portion 22 and the second adjustment portion 28 is prevented; and when the first adjustment portion 22 is loosened from the second adjustment portion 28, the relative rotation between the first adjustment portion 22 and the second adjustment portion 28 is allowed, wherein the user may manually operate to adjust the first adjustment portion 22 and the second adjustment portion 28 so that the two form a suitable angle, and then clamp the two together to lock the angle.

[0072] In order to avoid excessive angular adjustment of the earcups 10, the adjustment device 20’ also comprises a stopping portion. According to the embodiment, the stopping portion comprises a first edge 224 provided on a bulge between the brackets 222 and a second edge 284 provided in a groove in the middle of the second adjustment portion 28.

[0073] To indicate the angle between the first adjustment portion 22 and the second adjustment portion 28, the adjustment device 20, 20' further comprises marking. As shown in FIG. 13, a reticle 42 is provided on the bracket 222 of the first adjustment portion 22 and tick marks 44 arranged sequentially are provided on the second adjustment portion 28 correspondingly. Through the correspondence of the reticle 42 with the tick marks 44, it is possible to indicate at what angle the first adjustment portion 22 and the second adjustment portion 28 have pivoted towards each other.
