The environmental parameters may include, but are not limited to, temperature levels, air quality levels, humidity levels, airflow levels, ventilation levels, concentration of various impurities in the atmosphere, light intensity, UV rays, noise levels, and the like.
[0039] In a further embodiment, the modular home management device 101 is configured to determine its proximity to the wearable device 105 to determine that the modular home management device 101 and the wearable device 105 are in the same vicinity or location. In an embodiment, the wearable device 105 monitors the vital parameter of the user.
[0040] Further, the modular home management device 101 may receive the vital parameters from the wearable device 105. In an embodiment, the vital parameters of the user may include, but are not limited to, heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation level, perspiration level, glucose level, palpitation rate, and the like.
[0041] As an example, the modular home management device 101 monitors a variety of environmental parameters and detects health metrics to enhance the well-being of the user. The modular home management device 101 tracks carbon dioxide (CO2) levels for air freshness, particulate matter (PM) for respiratory health, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from household items. Further, the modular home management device 101 monitors the temperature and humidity levels to maintain comfort, while light intensity aids in optimizing sleep and productivity.
