Abstract
Description
[0001] Inventor: Daniel Korbela
[0002] Address: Z. Nejedleho 53, 93405 Levice, Slovakia
[0003] Name of invention: Multi-armed and multispiral 3D printer - XL COMPOSITE
[0004] Field of invention:
[0005] Device relates to 3D printers for large scale printing objects.
[0006] Background:
[0007] 3D printers normaly use one nozzle to print layer and after finish layer move up to make another layer. This proces take a lot of time and energy. Presented device solve this problem using continual spiral movement of each nozzle, which allows to make multispiral movement of all nozzles at ones so spirals are bonded and supported to each other.
[0008] Description:
[0009] Printing nozzles (1) are connected to arms (2) which are fixed to toothed wheel (3). Wheel (3) lay on support platforms (4) which are moving up by motors with toothed gears (5) and rack (6) and rotating by other set of motors with toothed gears (7) and toothed wheel (3). This provide spiral movement. Platforms (3) are connected to supporting pipes (8) with ball bearing rings (9) which allows movement up and down.
Claims
Inventor: Daniel KorbelaAddress: Z. Nejedleho 53, 93405 Levice, SlovakiaName of invention: Multi-armed and multispiral 3D printer - XL COMPOSITEClaims:
1. 3d printer use rotating multispiral printing due to radial shift of starting point each nozzle, so every printed spiral makes layer which support and bond spiral of nozzle on next arm.
2. 3d printer use rotating multi-armed printing, which allows using distance interval for nozzles on arm, for printing many inner objects at once without collision of printing layers.
