[0009] Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. Common or corresponding elements in each drawing are designated by the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof will be simplified or omitted. The configurations shown in the following embodiments are examples of the technical ideas of the present disclosure, and may be combined with other known technologies, or multiple technical ideas described in the present disclosure may be combined. Furthermore, it is also possible to omit or modify part of the configuration without departing from the gist of the present disclosure.

[0010] 1 and 2 are perspective views of a lifting device 1 for draining compressor oil according to embodiment 1. As shown in Fig. 1 and 2, the lifting device 1 for draining compressor oil according to this embodiment includes an upper compressor lifting unit 2 for lifting an upper portion of the compressor 10, a lower compressor lifting unit 3 for lifting a lower portion of the compressor 10, and a tower 4 for supporting the upper compressor lifting unit 2 and the lower compressor lifting unit 3.

[0011] The compressor upper lifting weight section 2 has a lifting weight connection section 5 that connects to the lifting weight section 11 at the top of the compressor 10. The compressor lower lifting weight section 3 has a base connection section 6 that connects to the base 12 of the compressor 10. In this embodiment, by providing the compressor upper lifting weight section 2 and the compressor lower lifting weight section 3, it is possible to tilt the compressor 10 and lift it. In the illustrated example, the lifting weight connection section 5 and the base connection section 6 are each a hook-shaped member.

[0012] The tower 4 comprises four pillars 7, four cross members 8, and three beam members 9. The four pillars 7 are arranged at the four corners of a rectangle in plan view. Each of the four cross members 8 connects the tops of two adjacent pillars 7 out of the four pillars 7. The four cross members 8 are arranged in the shape of a rectangular frame.

[0013] Each of the three beam members 9 leaves one side of the rectangle as an opening 13, and connects the lower parts of two adjacent columns 7 of the four columns 7 along the other three sides. In the illustrated example, the beam members 9 connect the lowest parts of the columns 7 and are grounded. This allows workers to enter the inside of the tower 4, facilitating the work of connecting the lifting part connection part 5 and the base connection part 6 to the lifting part 11 and base 12 of the compressor 10. The three beam members 9 are arranged in a U-shape.

[0014] Each of the support columns 7, cross members 8, and beam members 9 is made of a member with an L-shaped cross section. A large number of elongated holes are formed in each of the support columns 7, cross members 8, and beam members 9, which contributes to weight reduction.

[0015] The compressor upper lifting weight section 2 is supported by a cross member 8 above the opening 13. The compressor lower lifting weight section 3 is supported by a cross member 8 on the opposite side of the cross member 8 above the opening 13.

[0016] 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which the carriage 90 has been carried into the tower 4. In this embodiment, the provision of the opening 13 without the beam member 9 allows the carriage 90 to be carried into the tower 4, and therefore the compressor 10 can be placed on the carriage 90 and carried into the tower 4.

[0017] 4 is a perspective view showing the compressor 10 placed on a cart 90 and carried into the tower 4. FIG. 4 shows the state in which the lifting part connector 5 of the compressor upper lifting weight part 2 is connected to the lifting part 11 at the top of the compressor 10. The compressor 10 has a cylindrical body with its central axis parallel to the vertical line.

[0018] 5 is a perspective view showing the compressor 10 placed on a cart 90 and carried into the tower 4. FIG. 5 shows the state in which the base connection part 6 of the compressor lower lifting weight part 3 is connected to the base 12 at the bottom of the compressor 10.

[0019] Each of the compressor upper lift weight unit 2 and the compressor lower lift weight unit 3 has an operating unit. In the illustrated example, the compressor upper lift weight unit 2 and the compressor lower lift weight unit 3 are chain blocks, and the operating units are made of chains. The operating units of the compressor upper lift weight unit 2 and the compressor lower lift weight unit 3 are located above half the height of the support column 7. This allows an operator to easily operate the operating units of the compressor upper lift weight unit 2 and the compressor lower lift weight unit 3 while standing.

[0020] 6, 7, and 8 are perspective views showing the compressor 10 being lifted by the compressor upper lifting unit 2 and the compressor lower lifting unit 3 so that the compressor 10 is tilted with its port facing downward. As shown in these figures, the compressor oil draining lifting device 1 is equipped with an oil receiving unit 14 for receiving oil flowing out of the ports of the compressor 10 and a splash prevention unit 15. The oil receiving unit 14 is disposed inside the space formed by the four support columns 7 of the tower 4. The splash prevention unit 15 is disposed between the floor and the oil receiving unit 14. The splash prevention unit 15 prevents the floor from being stained with oil. The splash prevention unit 15 may be, for example, cardboard. The oil receiving unit 14 in the illustrated example is an oil pan. The oil receiving unit 14 is not limited to the illustrated example, and may be a funnel-shaped member connected to a pipe.

[0021] The compressor oil draining method of this embodiment includes the steps of loading the compressor 10 onto a cart 90 and transporting it in, attaching the lifting part connection part 5 of the compressor upper lifting part 2 to the lifting part 11 at the top of the compressor 10, attaching the base connection part 6 of the compressor lower lifting part 3 to the base 12 at the bottom of the compressor 10, lifting the compressor 10 with the compressor upper lifting part 2 and the compressor lower lifting part 3 so that the compressor 10 is tilted with the port of the compressor 10 facing downwards, and receiving the oil flowing out from the port of the compressor 10 in the oil receiving part 14.

[0022] According to this embodiment, the refrigeration oil can be easily and safely drained from the compressor 10. Furthermore, the work can be performed by one person.

[0023] As shown in Figure 8, the distance L1 between the support column 7 connected to the cross member 8 supporting the compressor upper lifting weight section 2 and the support column 7 connected to the cross member 8 supporting the compressor lower lifting weight section 3 is preferably greater than the height of the compressor 10. This allows the compressor 10 to be lifted more stably.

[0024] It is desirable that the distance L2 (see FIG. 1) between the support columns 7 in the direction perpendicular to the distance L1 be larger than the distance L1, thereby making it possible to more reliably secure a space for the carriage 90 to enter.

[0025] As shown in Fig. 1, the tower 4 in this embodiment is provided with outrigger portions 16 that protrude from both ends of the side opposite the opening 13 toward the opposite side of the opening 13. This improves stability when the compressor 10 is lifted.

[0026] Furthermore, the tower 4 in this embodiment is provided with a brace portion 17 provided between the cross member 8 above the opening 13 and the support column 7 connected to the cross member 8. This makes it possible to more reliably maintain the distance between the support columns 7 located at both ends of the opening 13 where there are no beam members 9.

[0027] The base connection part 6 connected to the base 12 of the compressor 10 may be a part that supports the base 12 at two points. If the base connection part 6 supports the base 12 at two points, the port of the compressor 10 faces more directly downward, which is more advantageous in terms of discharging the refrigeration oil without leaving any residue.

[0028] 9 is a perspective view showing the compressor oil draining lifting device 1 when not in use. As shown in FIG. 9, when the compressor oil draining lifting device 1 is not in use, objects can be placed inside the tower 4, which has the advantage that the compressor oil draining lifting device 1 does not take up much space.

[0029] Although the embodiment has been described above, the compressor oil draining lifting tool of the present disclosure is not limited to the illustrated example. For example, in the illustrated example, the four support posts 7 are arranged at the four corners of a rectangle in plan view, but this is not limiting, and the four support posts 7 may be arranged at the four corners of a trapezoid in plan view.

[0030] The compressor oil draining lifting tool of the present disclosure may also include a heating device that warms the compressor 10. By warming the compressor 10, the viscosity of the refrigerating machine oil decreases, allowing the refrigerating machine oil to be drained in a short time.

[0031] In addition, the lifting tool for removing compressor oil of the present disclosure may be equipped with an automatic lifting device that automatically lifts the compressor 10 so that the inclination angle and lifting height of the compressor 10 are appropriate.
