Description

A cup holder aromatherapy

[0001] The present application is based on and claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202411228717.1, filed on September 3, 2024, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety. TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The present application belongs to the technical field of household or car aromatherapy, and specifically relates to a cup holder aromatherapy. BACKGROUND

[0003] Aromatherapy is a product used in indoor, in-vehicle, and other environments to improve air odor. With the improvement of living standards, more and more people accept and use aromatherapy products. In order to improve the air environment in private cars and indoors, people usually place solid incense, spray perfume, or place aromatherapy essential oil in the car or indoor space to make the space full of fragrance, eliminate the user's fatigue, and activate the atmosphere in the space. In addition, with soft music, the nose smells fresh and sweet flowers, penetrates the marrow, and improves the fun.

[0004] However, the existing aromatherapy products mainly have the following types. The first type is a natural volatile balm product. The second type is a cup holder aromatherapy that uses perfume to diffuse fragrance. The third type is a wind hole aromatherapy that is clamped in a wind hole. Among them, most of the cup holder aromatherapy products use diffusing cotton and liquid absorbing sticks to absorb and diffuse perfume. However, the diffusing cotton absorbs perfume and diffuses it. During the pouring of the aromatherapy or the vibration of the vehicle, the diffusing cotton is prone to liquid leakage and contamination of the inside of the shell. In addition, the diffusing cotton and the liquid absorbing stick are separate structures, and the contact between them is prone to poor contact due to processing or assembly errors, which affects the diffusion of the fragrance. SUMMARY

[0005] The present application aims to overcome the existing technical defects and provide a cup holder aromatherapy that has good fragrance diffusion and good leak-proof effects, and has a simple overall structure and good liquid conduction effect.

[0006] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present application provides a cup holder aromatherapy, which includes a bottle for containing a liquid matrix, a decorative cover fitted on the upper end of the bottle, and a liquid absorbing and diffusing assembly located above the bottle in the decorative cover. An elastic member is provided between the upper end of the liquid absorbing and diffusing assembly and the decorative cover. A plurality of fragrance diffusion holes are provided through the decorative cover. A sealing member for sealing and tearing is provided at the bottle opening of the bottle. A liquid absorbing stick is inserted into the inside of the sealing member. The liquid absorbing and diffusing assembly includes a fragrance diffusing member made of at least two liquid absorbing volatile membranes hot-pressed together and a liquid guiding member located in the fragrance diffusing member. The lower end of the liquid guiding member extends out of the fragrance diffusing member and is located above the sealing member.

[0007] Further, the fragrance releasing member is formed by hot pressing two pieces of volatile film, and the liquid guiding member is arranged in the middle of the fragrance releasing member; the outer periphery of the two pieces of volatile film is fixed by hot pressing, and at least one hot pressing point is arranged at the position adjacent to the two sides of the liquid guiding member.

[0008] Further, the fragrance releasing member is formed by hot pressing four pieces of volatile film which are overlapped in a cross shape, and the liquid guiding member is arranged at the cross center of the fragrance releasing member; each of the four pieces of volatile film is in a right angle shape, and the right angle vertexes of the four pieces of volatile film coincide at the cross center, so that the right angle edges of the four pieces of volatile film are overlapped and fixed by hot pressing; the outer periphery of the two pieces of volatile film which are adjacent and overlapped is fixed by hot pressing, and at least one hot pressing point is arranged at the position adjacent to the two sides of the liquid guiding member.

[0009] Further, four guide grooves in a cross shape are vertically arranged on the inner wall of the decorative cover, and the outer side end of the fragrance releasing member is slidingly arranged in the guide groove.

[0010] Further, the upper end of the liquid guiding member extends out of the upper end of the fragrance releasing member, and the inner side of the decorative cover is provided with a positioning column, the middle of the positioning column is provided with a positioning hole for inserting the upper end of the liquid guiding member, the size of the positioning hole is larger than the size of the liquid guiding member, and the elastic member is sleeved on the outside of the positioning column.

[0011] Further, the sealing member is provided with a stretching strip which is torn after stretching, a through hole is formed between the decorative cover and the bottle for the stretching strip to pass through, and the end of the stretching strip extends out of the decorative cover through the through hole.

[0012] Further, the lower end face of the liquid guiding member is a plane.

[0013] Further, the sealing member is an aluminum foil which is fixed on the bottle mouth of the bottle by heat sealing, one end of the stretching strip is fixedly connected with one end of the aluminum foil, and the other end of the stretching strip extends towards the other end of the aluminum foil and extends out of the decorative cover.

[0014] Further, the sealing member is a pop-up cover or a silica gel cover which is fixed on the bottle mouth of the bottle by screw connection, an annular line is arranged near the edge of the cover face of the pop-up cover or the silica gel cover, the annular line forms a pop-up cover on the cover face which is convenient to open, and the inner end of the stretching strip is connected with one end or the middle of the pop-up cover.

[0015] Further, the volatile film is a dialysis membrane, and the liquid guiding member and the liquid sucking stick are both cotton sticks.

[0016] The present application has the following beneficial effects:

[0017] In the present application, first, at least two volatile membranes are fixed by hot pressing to form a scenting part, and a liquid guide is arranged between the two volatile membranes during hot pressing. In use, the sealing part is first torn off, and then the elastic part is used to apply a downward elastic force to move the liquid-absorbing and scenting assembly downward, so that the lower end of the liquid guide is inserted into the bottle mouth and contacts the liquid-absorbing rod, so that the perfume on the liquid-absorbing rod can be conducted upward to the liquid guide, and then conducted to the scenting part to be absorbed by the scenting part. After the scenting part absorbs the perfume, slow evaporation and scenting are performed. After the volatile membrane absorbs the liquid, it will only be slightly wet, and no liquid will flow out. Therefore, the volatile membrane scenting method will not have the problem of perfume overflow, thereby avoiding the problems of liquid leakage and shell contamination caused by perfume overflow, and having the characteristics of good scenting effect and good leakage prevention effect. The liquid guide and the volatile membrane are fixed and combined together by hot pressing to form an integrated assembly structure, the overall structure is simple, and the liquid conducting effect is good. The elastic part is also used to make the liquid guide and the liquid-absorbing rod in close contact, thereby avoiding the problem that the split structure between the liquid-absorbing rod and the scenting cotton sheet in the existing structure is prone to poor contact due to processing or assembly errors, thereby affecting the scenting.

[0018] Secondly, the volatile membranes are fixed by hot pressing around the periphery, that is, most of the area of the volatile membrane is not hot pressed. One is that the absorbed perfume can be better locked within the hot pressing edge to further avoid the problem of liquid overflow. Two is to avoid affecting the liquid conducting effect and scenting effect of the inside of the volatile membrane. At least one hot pressing point is arranged at the position between the two volatile membranes adjacent to the liquid guide in the extension direction of the liquid guide, so that the hot pressing point can better hold and fix the liquid guide between the two volatile membranes, and the area outside the hot pressing point can better conduct the perfume on the liquid guide to the volatile membrane.

[0019] In addition, the stretching strip extending out of the decorative cover is used to tear off the sealing part, so that the process of tearing off the sealing part is simple and convenient, and the decorative cover does not need to be detached first.

[0020] Additional aspects and advantages of the present application will be given in part in the following description, which will become apparent from the following description, or will be learned by practice of the present application. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0040] In order to more fully understand the technical content of the present application, the present application will be further introduced and described below in combination with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments; it should be noted that if there are "first", "second", etc. descriptions in the text, they are used to distinguish different components, etc., and do not represent the order of sequence, nor do "first" and "second" represent different types.

[0041] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below in combination with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application; obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, not all the embodiments; based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative labor are within the scope of protection of the present application.

[0042] Embodiment 1

[0043] As shown in Figs. 1-7, the cup holder fragrance of the present embodiment comprises a bottle 20 for containing liquid base (such as fragrance, perfume), a decorative cover 30 which is sleeved on the upper end of the bottle by clamping, and a liquid absorbing and fragrance diffusing assembly 10 which is arranged in the decorative cover 30 and above the bottle 20. A resilient member 40 is arranged between the upper end of the liquid absorbing and fragrance diffusing assembly 10 and the inner top surface of the decorative cover 30, so as to exert a downward force on the liquid absorbing and fragrance diffusing assembly 10 by the resilient member 40. A plurality of fragrance diffusing holes 34 are arranged through the decorative cover 30, so as to allow air to flow in and out and diffuse fragrance. A sealing member 21 which can be torn is arranged at the bottle opening of the bottle 20. A liquid absorbing rod 50 is arranged at the inner side of the sealing member 21 and inserted into the bottle, with the lower end of the liquid absorbing rod 50 extending to the bottom of the bottle and the upper end of the liquid absorbing rod 50 arranged adjacent to the sealing member 21, so as to absorb the perfume in the bottle and conduct it upward. The liquid absorbing and fragrance diffusing assembly 10 comprises a fragrance diffusing member 1 which is laminated and hot-pressed by two pieces of liquid absorbing and volatile film, and a liquid guiding member 2 arranged in the fragrance diffusing member 1. The fragrance diffusing member 1 is flat as a whole, and the lower end of the liquid guiding member 2 extends out of the fragrance diffusing member 1 and is arranged above the sealing member 21, so as to support the liquid absorbing and fragrance diffusing assembly 10 by the sealing member 21 and make the resilient member 40 initially in a state of elastic compression. In this structure, the sealing member 21 is first torn off during use, and then the liquid absorbing and fragrance diffusing assembly 10 is moved downward by the elastic force exerted by the resilient member 40, so as to make the lower end of the liquid guiding member 2 inserted into the bottle opening and in contact with the liquid absorbing rod 50, so that the perfume on the liquid absorbing rod can be conducted upward to the liquid guiding member and then to the fragrance diffusing member. After absorbing the perfume, the liquid absorbing and volatile film is only slightly wet and no liquid will flow out, so that the problem of perfume overflow will not occur in the way of fragrance diffusion by the liquid absorbing and volatile film, thereby avoiding the problems of liquid leakage and contamination of the shell caused by perfume overflow, and having the characteristics of good fragrance diffusion effect and good leakage prevention effect. Moreover, the liquid guiding member and the liquid absorbing and volatile film are fixed and combined together by hot pressing, forming an integrated assembly structure, which is simple in overall structure and has good liquid conducting effect. Furthermore, the liquid guiding member is in close contact with the liquid absorbing rod by the resilient member, thereby avoiding the problem that the contact between the liquid absorbing rod and the fragrance diffusing cotton sheet is easily affected by the processing or assembly error in the split structure, and affecting the fragrance diffusion.

[0044] Preferably, the liquid guiding member 2 is arranged in the middle of the fragrance diffusing member 1. Of course, the liquid guiding member can also be arranged at one end of the fragrance diffusing member, but compared with the way that the liquid guiding member is arranged at one end of the fragrance diffusing member, the way that the liquid guiding member 2 is arranged in the middle of the fragrance diffusing member 1 can better conduct liquid to both ends of the fragrance diffusing member 1 at the same time, and can more quickly conduct liquid on the whole fragrance diffusing member, so as to provide better liquid conducting and fragrance diffusion effects.

[0045] In an embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6-7, the outer periphery of the two volatile films is fixed by heat pressing to form a heat-pressed edge 11, and the area inside the heat-pressed edge 11 is not heat-pressed, which can better lock the absorbed perfume inside the heat-pressed edge to further avoid the problem of liquid overflow, and also avoid affecting the liquid conduction effect and fragrance diffusion effect inside the volatile film; and one or two heat-pressed points 12 are provided at the positions adjacent to the two sides of the liquid guide 2, i.e., the area of the contact position between the volatile film and the liquid guide except the heat-pressed points 12 is not heat-pressed, so that the heat-pressed points can better hold and fix the liquid guide between the two volatile films, and the area not heat-pressed outside the heat-pressed points can better conduct the perfume on the liquid guide into the volatile film.

[0046] In an embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2-5, the decorative cover 30 is preferably a square structure with four equal sides, and four guide grooves 31 in a cross shape are vertically provided on the inner wall of the decorative cover 30, which are arranged at the four corners of the decorative cover 30, and the left and right outer ends of the fragrance diffusing member 1 are respectively and slidingly arranged in any two diagonally arranged guide grooves 31 to realize the assembly and positioning between the decorative cover and the liquid absorbing and fragrance diffusing assembly, and avoid the problems of falling off and deflection of the liquid absorbing and fragrance diffusing assembly.

[0047] In an embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2-5, the upper end of the liquid guide 2 also extends out of the upper end of the fragrance diffusing member 1, and a positioning column 32 is protrusively arranged in the middle of the inner top surface of the decorative cover 30, and a positioning hole 33 for inserting the upper end of the liquid guide 2 is arranged in the middle of the positioning column 32, in order to realize the up-and-down sliding of the liquid guide 2, the size of the positioning hole 33 is larger than that of the liquid guide 2, and the elastic member 40 is sleeved outside the positioning column 32; here, the cooperation of the positioning column and the liquid guide can further prevent the problems of deflection of the liquid absorbing and fragrance diffusing assembly and falling off of the elastic member.

[0048] In an embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1-5, the sealing member 21 is provided with a stretching strip 22 which is torn after stretching, and a via hole 23 for the stretching strip 22 to pass through is formed between the decorative cover and the bottle, and the end of the stretching strip 23 extends out of the decorative cover 30 through the via hole 23, so that the stretching strip extending out of the decorative cover is used to tear the sealing member, which makes the process of tearing the sealing member simple and convenient without the need to first disassemble the decorative cover.
