Abstract
Description
[0001] AN EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE EVALUATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0003] The invention relates to an employee experience evaluation system and method.
[0004] PRIOR ART
[0005] Human resources management has an important role in the business world, and managing employees' experiences is a critical factor for the success of companies. However, today, many companies have difficulty in accurately evaluating the emotional needs, corporate loyalty, working experience and in-house satisfaction of employees, and adequate studies cannot be conducted. This situation causes employees to not be evaluated correctly.
[0006] In recent years, the widespread use of the remote working system has caused employees to distance themselves from management and teammates and has brought communication problems within the company. Employees can usually only meet with the human resources department one-on-one when they have a serious problem within the company or in processes such as salary increases, promotions or dismissals. Therefore, the lack of communication and the difficulty of detecting the emotional state of the employee remotely cause an increase in internal resignations and lead to high costs due to the employer's loss of employee.
[0007] Today, in companies that have reached a sufficient level of institutionalization, human resources can send employee satisfaction surveys to employees. However, these surveys are carried out manually and are often conducted online. In this case, as the number of employees of companies increases, manual survey processes increase the amount of working time spent, and employees are reluctant to answer online surveys, forget or are concerned about the anonymity of the surveys. In addition, an accurate evaluation cannot be made because it is not taken into account that employees with different periods of experience have different attitudes, concerns and expectations. In the present art, patent application no. US2018365618A1 relates to a system that allows employees to determine their experience and emotional state in a workplace. In the system, employees are asked multiple questions on certain themes in order to evaluate their experiences and emotional states at work. However, in the patent application no. US2018365618A1 , there is no mention of a system that allows the emotional states of employees to be measured using an artificial intelligence method based on regular interviews held at certain time intervals and the notes taken during these interviews. Therefore, the evaluation of employees' experiences at the workplace may lead to an inability to accurately determine their satisfaction and level of commitment to the corporation.
[0008] As a result, all the above-mentioned problems have made it imperative to make an innovation in the relevant technical field.

In a possible embodiment of the invention, said first mathematical model is an artificial intelligence model. In this way, the employee's inhouse experience, and therefore satisfaction and corporate loyalty are evaluated in an objective and data-oriented manner. In addition, data-based analysis based on the responses of the employees provides more accurate and reliable results. In a possible embodiment of the invention, said score output is recorded in the memory unit (50). With the use of the artificial intelligence model, subjective evaluations are minimized and data-driven decisions are made.
[0031] The processor unit (40) ensures that a report is generated showing the employee experience and satisfaction status of the employee in the corporation as a result of comparing the score output with the average score outputs in the corporation. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the score output of the employee can be presented in a visual graph by comparison with the said average score outputs.
[0032] In a possible embodiment of the invention, the processor unit (40) ensures that said report is sent to the personnel interface (20). By seeing the employee experience and satisfaction status of the employee, evaluators have a more comprehensive understanding of the employee's situation and can make more informed decisions accordingly. In addition, evaluators can see the satisfaction trend of the employee using the score output and use the relevant data to determine future actions. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the score output can also be compared with the employee experience and satisfaction of other employees within the corporation and a report of corporate loyalty and satisfaction can be generated.
[0033] The processor unit (40) enables the application of a score output to a second mathematical model that is trained with the employee experience of the employee, and after taking said score output as input, determines a loyalty status output related to the corporate loyalty status of the employee according to the score output; and the obtaining of a loyalty status output indicating the corporate loyalty status of the employee according to the score output. In a possible embodiment of the invention, said second mathematical model is an artificial intelligence model.
[0034] In a possible embodiment of the invention, said loyalty status output may include at least one of the information about the satisfaction level of the employee in the corporation, the suitability to work within the corporation, the possibility of leaving the corporation, and the level of loyalty of the employee to the institution.
[0035] In a possible embodiment of the invention, the processor unit (40) provides various improvement recommendations in order to increase the level of employee satisfaction and the level of loyalty to the corporation according to the loyalty status output.
[0036] An example operation scenario of the invention is as follows;
[0037] Corporation X starts to use the employee experience evaluation system (10) it has developed to objectively measure employee experience, satisfaction, and loyalty of employees. Firstly, authorized users enter the work status data of each employee, such as working time and personal information, as an input through the personnel interface (20). Then, employee experience evaluation questions are determined to be asked to the employee according to the work status data and the questions are sent to the employee interface (30).
[0038] For example, since employees with different experience periods will have different attitudes, concerns and expectations, an employee with 0-6 months of experience is more likely to be asked questions about adaptation, training, work-life balance, etc., whereas an employee with a long experience in the same company is likely to be asked questions about leadership development, promotion, etc.
[0039] During the evaluation process, the evaluation questions determined for the employees are answered by the employees during the meetings held and the authorized users record these answers in the system through the employee interface (30). For example, the employee answers questions about the employee's motivation, teamwork, and task responsibility. The questions answered by the employee are analyzed by the processor unit (40) and applied to the artificial intelligence model, scoring the employee experience, satisfaction and loyalty of the employees in an objective way.
[0040] The obtained scores and employee experience data are viewed by the evaluator through the personnel interface (20) and an employee experience report can be generated by comparison with the average scores within the corporation. This provides evaluators with an important way to assess employee satisfaction trends, improve the employee experience and identify areas for improvement.
[0041] The processor unit (40) performs the following process steps;
[0042] - entering at least one work status data through the personnel interface (20),
[0043] - determining employee evaluation questions corresponding to the work status data entered through the personnel interface (20) in a question database containing a large number of questions categorized according to the work status data,
[0044] - sending the determined employee experience evaluation questions to the employee interface (30),
[0045] - recording employee responses to employee experience evaluation questions through the employee interface (30) in a memory unit (50),
[0046] - applying employee responses entered into the employee interface (30) to a first mathematical model that is trained with employee experience of the employee, and after taking as input employee responses to employee experience evaluation questions that are entered through an employee interface (30), determines a score output related to the employee experience of the employee according to said employee responses; and obtaining a score output indicating a corporate performance status according to said responses,
[0047] - applying a score output to a second mathematical model that is trained with the corporate loyalty status of the employee, and after taking said score output as input, determines a loyalty status output related to the corporate loyalty status of the employee according to the score output; and obtaining a loyalty status output indicating the corporate loyalty status of the employee according to the score output, generating a report showing the corporate loyalty and employee experience of the employee as a result of comparing said score output with the average score outputs in the corporation.
[0048] As a result, it saves time and labor by automating manual evaluation processes with the said employee experience evaluation system and method. In addition, objective evaluations can be made by proactively addressing critical issues such as employee experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.
