An information processing system according to claim 1, further comprising a target action storage unit that stores, in association with the user, a target action which is the action targeted by the user, among the actions stored in the action storage unit, wherein the action suggestion unit, when the second degree is equal to or greater than the first degree, obtains from the action storage unit a target degree which is the first degree corresponding to the target action and an execution degree which is the first degree corresponding to the action performed by the user, and when the execution degree is higher than the target degree, suggests that the user perform the target action.

An information processing system according to claim 1, further comprising: a success action storage unit that stores the action taken by the user that reduced the degree of subjectivity; and a success action registration unit that registers the success action, which is the action taken by the user, in the success action storage unit when the second degree is lower than the first degree, wherein the action presentation unit obtains from the action storage unit a success degree, which is the first degree corresponding to the success action, and an execution degree, which is the first degree corresponding to the action taken by the user, and when the execution degree is higher than the success degree, it suggests that the target action may be reduced.

An information processing system according to claim 1, wherein the action suggestion unit, when the second degree is equal to or greater than the first degree, asks the user for relaxation to alleviate the physical tension performed and put the mind and body into a relaxed state; if the user has not performed the relaxation, suggests that the user perform the relaxation; and if the user has performed the relaxation, suggests that the user change the way the relaxation is performed or perform a different relaxation.
5. An information processing system according to claim 1, wherein the behavior presentation unit outputs a comment praising the user when the second degree is lower than the first degree.

An information processing system according to claim 1, further comprising a target action storage unit that stores, in association with the user, a target action which is the action that the user aims for, among the actions stored in the action storage unit, and the action presentation unit, when the second degree is lower than the first degree, obtains from the action storage unit a target degree which is the first degree corresponding to the target action and an execution degree which is the first degree corresponding to the action performed by the user, and when the execution degree is lower than the target degree, proposes the target action.

An information processing method characterized in that a computer performs the following steps: receiving from a user an action to be performed by the user and the degree of the user's subjectivity resulting from the action before the action is performed; storing the action, the user, and a first degree of subjectivity in association with each other in an action memory unit; suggesting that the user perform one of the actions stored in the action memory unit; receiving from the user an action performed by the user and a second degree of subjectivity at the time of the action after the action is performed; and comparing the first and second degrees by referring to the action memory unit to determine and suggest the next action to be performed.
