Description

Suture device

[0001] The present invention relates to a suturing device that enables easy suturing, including surgical suturing of a body part opened for surgery as well as suturing after a procedure in which a lesion is directly removed or excised using an endoscope without opening the body.

[0002] Generally, suturing is a procedure performed on open abdominal or incision surgeries or incision wounds to reduce bleeding and help the incision sites close together quickly for healing.

[0003] In this suturing procedure, the practitioner penetrates the suture site using medical forceps or the like with a medical suture needle woven with medical suture thread, then forms several knots between the two ends of the suture thread and cuts them.

[0004] In order to solve these problems, various suturing devices have recently been disclosed as "surgical devices" in Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1306032 (registered September 3, 2013).

[0005] Such a surgical device comprises: a forceps unit including a pair of forceps portions for selectively grasping a suture, a forceps elastic coupling portion that elastically supports and connects the pair of forceps portions to open, a pair of forceps main body portions each supported so as to be rotatable, and a pair of link connecting portions that link-connect the pair of forceps main body portions so as to be spaced apart; a rotational unit having a forceps connecting portion formed to be inserted into and guided for movement by a forceps guide portion formed at one end of a forceps main body portion, a rotational portion formed protruding to be guided for rotation in the center, and a round portion formed at the other end to be linearly pressed; a rotational elastic support unit including a rotational elastic coupling portion that elastically supports the rotational unit toward the forceps unit and a rotational housing portion on which the rotational elastic coupling portion is seated; and a forceps trigger unit having a forceps trigger portion formed at one end to allow the forceps portion of the forceps unit to selectively grasp a suture, and the other end elastically supported toward the forceps unit in the longitudinal direction of the rotational unit. A forceps trigger elastic support unit installed at the other end of a forceps trigger unit to elastically support the forceps trigger unit; a rotating handle unit having a handle portion formed at one end that is selectively pressed and a rotating unit pressing portion formed at the other end that selectively presses the round portion of the rotating unit, wherein the handle portion and the pressing portion are joined by a handle hinge portion; a housing unit having a rotating guide portion formed into which the rotating portion of the rotating unit is inserted and which is rotated and guided, wherein the handle hinge portion of the rotating handle unit is rotatably fixed and guides the linear movement of the forceps trigger unit, and wherein the rotating elastic support unit and the forceps trigger elastic support unit are installed; and a trigger wire having one end fixed to a link connection portion of the forceps unit and the other end fixed to the other end of the forceps trigger unit.

[0006] Since the above-mentioned surgical device has a complex structure, it is difficult to manufacture, and there are many difficulties in operating it to perform actual suturing, as well as problems such as the excessive cost of producing the surgical device.

[0051] The suturing device according to the present invention will be described in detail as follows with reference to FIGS. 1 to 12.

[0052] The first embodiment according to the present invention comprises a suture knot portion (10), a front-rear advance tube (20), a front-rear movement guide tube portion (30), a front-rear binding guide bracket portion (40), and a suture needle portion (50).

[0053] The suture knot portion (10) is composed of a first loop (12) that extends from the starting portion (11) and is formed in one turn in a counterclockwise direction so as to be able to suture the incision wound area (a) with suture material.

[0054] It consists of a loop portion (16) that extends from the first loop (12), is formed in one turn counterclockwise, and is formed at a different position from the first loop (12).

[0055] It consists of a second loop (14) that extends from the above-mentioned loop portion (16) and rotates counterclockwise once to form a second loop (14) at the same position as the first loop (12).

[0056] It consists of a gap portion (17) that extends from the second loop (14) and is provided to interlock and connect the incision wound area (a).

[0057] The end portion (13) extended from the other end of the spare portion (17) is inserted into the second and first loops (14, 12) and formed into a preliminary knot portion (10a).

[0058] That is, in the present invention, the second and first loops (12, 14) of the preliminary knot section (10a), which is a component of the suture knot section (10), are sequentially inserted and installed in the front-rear movement guide tube section (30), and the front-rear binding guide bracket section (40) is inserted into the lower part of the second loop (14) so that the second loop (14) inserted into the front-rear movement guide tube section (30) is caught on the lower part of the front-rear binding guide bracket section (40), and the end section (13) is inserted into the interior of the suture needle section (50) to form the structure.

[0059] Meanwhile, the end portion (13) is pulled through the second and first loops (14, 12), and the slack portion (17) binds and sutures the incision wound area (a), and the loop portion (16), the first loop (12), and the second loop (14) form a first binding portion (18) and a second binding portion (19) by double twisting outside the suture location.

[0060] The front and rear exit pipe section (20) is formed as a circular body and has an inlet / outlet opening (b) formed inside.

[0061] The outer circumference of the front-rear movement guide tube (30), formed as a circular tube to be described later, is inserted into the inner circumference of the inlet / outlet port (b), so that the inner circumference of the front-rear movement guide tube (20) is configured to move forward and backward along the outer circumference of the front-rear movement guide tube (30).

[0062] The forward and rearward advance section (20) is configured to be moved forward and backward by a forward and rearward movement means (not shown).

[0063] The front-rear movement guiding tube (30) is installed by inserting an outer circumference into the inner circumference of the front-rear exit tube (20), and is configured to guide the front-rear exit tube (20) to move forward and backward.

[0064] That is, the front and rear movement guide tube (30) is formed and configured as a circular tube.

[0065] Additionally, an insertion hole (b) is formed in the anterior-posterior movement guide tube (30) so that the lower horizontal tube (53) and the needle head (53-1) of the suture needle part (50), which will be described later, can be inserted and removed.

[0066] And the inlet / outlet hole (b) of the front / rear exit pipe (20) is inserted into the outer circumference of the front / rear movement guide pipe (30), and the inner circumference of the inlet / outlet hole (b) of the front / rear exit pipe (20), which moves back and forth by a front / rear movement means (not shown), is configured to move forward and backward by relying on the outer circumference of the front / rear movement guide pipe (30).

[0067] In addition, the outer circumference of the front-rear movement guide tube (30) is configured to guide the inner circumference of the inlet / outlet hole (b) to move forward and backward precisely and stably.

[0068] Accordingly, the second loop (14) and the first loop (12) are sequentially inserted and installed around the outer circumference of the front-rear movement guide tube (30).

[0069] These second loops (14) and first loops (12) are spaced apart from each other and are installed on the outer circumference of the front-rear movement guide tube (30).

[0070] The forward and backward connecting guide bracket part (40) is configured to move forward and backward.

[0071] In addition, the forward and backward binding guide bracket part (40) can be configured to be movable up and down.

[0072] That is, in the present invention, the forward and backward connecting guide bracket (40) can be configured to be moved forward and backward by a forward and backward moving means (not shown), and at the same time, to be raised and lowered by a lifting means (not shown).

[0073] Additionally, the forward and backward binding guide bracket (40) is configured to be installed spaced apart from the lower portions of the forward and backward advance pipe (20) and the forward and backward movement guide pipe (30).

[0074] In addition, a second loop (14) is inserted into the front outer circumference of the forward / backward binding guide bracket part (40).

[0075] That is, a forward / backward binding guide bracket part (40) is inserted into the lower part of the second loop (14), and the second loop (14) inserted into the forward / backward movement guide tube part (30) is installed to be caught in the lower part of the forward / backward binding guide bracket part (40).

[0076] Meanwhile, when the first binding part (18) is bound by pulling the starting part (11) connected to the first loop (15), the inner diameter of the second loop (14) connected to the first loop (12) and the loop part (16) is stably caught on the front outer circumference of the forward / backward binding guide bracket part (40), and at the same time, the lower outer circumference of the forward / backward binding guide bracket (40) strongly presses the inner diameter of the second loop (14) downwards while maintaining a state in which the inner diameter of the second loop (14) is completely pulled downwards by the forward / backward binding guide bracket (40) at once. Thus, the first binding part (18) is configured to be completed in a very strong and tight binding state at once with the second loop (14), the first loop (12) connected to the loop part (16), and the starting part (11) that are maintained in the above state.

[0077] Additionally, the inner diameter of the second loop (14) is strongly pressed downward by the lower outer circumference of the forward / backward binding guide bracket (40), and the inner diameter of the second loop (14) is maintained in a state where it is completely pulled downward by the forward / backward binding guide bracket (40) at once. By pulling the end portion (13) inserted into the second loop (14) maintained in the above state, the second binding portion (19) is stably completed in a very strong and tight binding state by binding the second loop (14) and the end portion (13), thereby forming a suture knot portion (10) that deviates from the shape of a slim knot.

[0078] Accordingly, the suture knot portion (10) of the present invention, which is strongly and tightly and completely bound as described above, is stably maintained in the shape of a square knot so that it is not completed in the shape of a slim knot conventionally used as a suture knot, and the suture knot portion (10) formed in a shape completely different from the shape of a slim knot is configured as a square knot.

[0079] And the horizontal length of the forward and backward binding guide bracket part (40) is formed to be longer than the horizontal length of the forward and backward movement guide tube part (30).

[0080] The configuration as described above is achieved by first detaching from the front-rear movement guide tube section (30) and passing through the end section (13) of the second loop (14) and hanging it in front of the front-rear movement binding guide bracket section (40), which is formed to be longer than the horizontal length of the front-rear movement guide tube section (30).

[0081] After the first loop (12), through which the end portion (13) passes, is secondarily detached from the outer circumference of the front-rear movement guide tube (30), the start portion (11) is pulled to form the first binding portion (18) formed by the first loop (12) more stably and easily.

[0082] Additionally, when the first binding part (18) is completed by the first loop (12), the forward and backward binding guide bracket part (40) that supports the second loop (14) is moved backward, and then the end part (13) is pulled to complete the second binding part (19) by the second loop (14).

[0083] The suture needle portion (50) is configured to be installed so as to be movable forward and backward, spaced apart from the upper portion of the front and rear advancement tube portion (20) and the front and rear movement guidance tube portion (30).

[0084] That is, the suture needle part (50) is configured to move back and forth by a forward and backward movement means (not shown).

[0085] Additionally, the suture needle portion (50) is formed with one end bent inward to face the front of the anterior-posterior movement guide tube portion (30), and the end portion (13) of the second loop (14) is inserted inside.

[0086] That is, one end of the suture needle portion (50) and the front of the anterior-posterior movement guide tube portion (30) are configured to be spaced apart from each other by a certain distance.

[0087] Meanwhile, the suture needle part (50) is composed of a horizontal tube (51).

[0088] It consists of an inclined tube (52) formed by bending one side of the horizontal tube (51) downward and inclined toward the other side.

[0089] In addition, it consists of a lower horizontal tube (53) that extends to the other side of the inclined tube (52).

[0090] A sharp needle head (53-1) in the shape of a bevel is formed at the rear of the lower horizontal tube (53) to easily penetrate the wound incision site (a).

[0091] This needle head (53-1) is installed spaced apart from the front of the front-rear movement guide tube (30), and at the same time, together with the lower horizontal tube (53), the needle head (53-1) is configured to penetrate the front and rear (a1, a2) of the wound incision site (a) and be inserted into and removed from the inner circumference of the insertion hole (b) of the front-rear movement guide tube (30).

[0092] Additionally, after one end of the end portion (13) is sequentially inserted into the interiors of the horizontal tube (51), the inclined tube (52), and the lower horizontal tube (53), the rear outer circumference of the end portion (13) is configured to be caught on the front upper and rear lower portions of the inclined tube (52).

[0093] The above configuration is such that the end portion (13), which is stably installed with one side caught on the inner front upper and rear lower portions of the inclined tube (52), is configured so that when the rear portion of the lower horizontal plate (53) is inserted and coupled into the insertion hole (b) of the front-rear movement guide tube portion (30), it does not detach from the inside of the inclined tube (52) and the lower horizontal tube (53) and is stably inserted into the second and first loops (14, 12).

[0099] Then, after the starting part (11) of the first loop (12) installed in the front-rear movement guide tube (30) is pulled out of the body, when the second binding part (19) of the suture knot part (10) of the present invention is completed at the incision site of the internal organ of the body using the suturing device of the present invention, the detached suture (15d) exposed to the outside of the body by being compressed and coupled to the inner side of the loop (15b) of the coupling detachment knot part (15) located inside the body is pulled so that the detached suture (15d) is detached from within the loop (15b), the coupling detachment knot part (15) having the loop (15b) returns to the organ suture part due to the elasticity characteristic of the suture material, thereby easily completing the second binding part (19) by the second loop (14).

[0100] The purpose is to facilitate the use of the suturing device of the present invention in laparoscopic or endoscopic procedures by pulling and cutting the starting part (11) exposed to the outside of the body to complete the first loop (12) connected to the starting part (11) as the first binding part (18), thereby finally completing the suture knot part (10) at the organ incision site inside the body more easily.

[0101] Meanwhile, the main body (60) is composed of a first forward / backward movement hole (c1) formed on the upper part, into which the rear end of the suture needle part (50) is inserted and can move back and forth.

[0102] In this first forward and backward movement hole (c1), the horizontal tube (51) of the suture needle part (50) is configured to move back and forth by means of a forward and backward movement means (not shown).

[0103] In addition, a second forward / backward movement hole (c2) is formed and configured at the lower part of the first forward / backward movement hole (c1) of the main body (60).

[0129] That is, one end of the suture needle portion (50) and the front of the anterior-posterior movement guide tube portion (30) are configured to be spaced apart from each other by a certain distance.

[0130] Meanwhile, the suture needle part (50) is composed of a horizontal tube (51).

[0131] It consists of an inclined tube (52) formed by bending one side of the horizontal tube (51) downward and inclined toward the other side.

[0132] In addition, it consists of a lower horizontal tube (53) that extends to the other side of the inclined tube (52).

[0133] A sharp needle head (53-1) in the shape of a bevel is formed at the rear of the lower horizontal tube (53) to easily penetrate the wound incision site (a).

[0138] This joint release knot portion (15) is composed of a loop (15b) formed by connecting one end of the exposed portion (13-1) to the other end of the exposed portion (13-1) multiple times.

[0139] Additionally, the suture (15c) is bent to form a two-strand detachment suture (15d), which is then inserted into the loop (15b). Afterward, the inner diameter of the loop (15b) is constricted by the binding portions (15a), thereby fixing the detachment suture (15d) inside the loop (15b).

[0140] As described above, extending the exposed portion (13-1) to the end portion (13) and forming a coupling detachment knot portion (15) on the exposed portion (13-1) is

[0141] When performing an abdominal or endoscopic procedure to join and suture internal organs rather than a wound incision site (a) formed on the outside of the body, one end of the detachment suture thread (15d) of the connection detachment knot part (15) installed on the extended exposed part (13-1) and the end part (13) installed inside the horizontal tube (51), inclined tube (52), and lower horizontal tube (53) of the suture needle part (50) located inside the body is installed exposed on the outside of the body.

[0142] Then, after the starting part (11) of the first loop (12) installed in the front-rear movement guide tube (30) is pulled out of the body, when the second binding part (19) of the suture knot part (10) of the present invention is completed at the incision site of an internal organ of the body using the suturing device of the present invention, when the detached suture (15d) exposed to the outside of the body by being compressed and coupled to the inner side of the loop (15b) which is the component of the detached knot part (15) located inside the body is pulled and the detached suture (15d) is detached from within the loop (15b), the detached knot part (15) having the loop (15b) returns to the organ suturing part due to the elasticity characteristic of the suture material, thereby easily completing the second binding part (19) by the second loop (14).

[0143] The purpose is to facilitate the use of the suturing device of the present invention in laparoscopic or endoscopic procedures by pulling and cutting the starting part (11) exposed to the outside of the body to complete the first loop (12) connected to the starting part (11) as the first binding part (18), thereby finally completing the suture knot part (10) at the organ incision site inside the body more easily.

[0144] Meanwhile, the main body (60) is composed of a first forward / backward movement hole (c1) formed on the upper part, into which the rear end of the suture needle part (50) is inserted and can move back and forth.

[0148]

[0149] Accordingly, due to the first and second embodiments of the suturing device according to the present invention, the present invention is simply configured such that the second and first loops (14, 12) of the preliminary knot portion (10a) of the suture knot portion (10) are sequentially inserted and installed, and the front-rear movement guide tube (30) has a front-rear exit tube portion (20) inserted at the rear, the front-rear binding guide bracket portion (40) has the second loop (14) of the preliminary knot portion (10a) inserted and installed, and the suture needle portion (30) is installed on the upper part of the front-rear exit tube (20) and the front-rear movement guide tube (30) and contains a termination portion (13) extended from the second loop (14), thereby minimizing the manufacturing cost of the suturing device, and this simple configuration operates organically to quickly and easily form a suture knot portion (10) having a two-stage binding portion in the wound incision portion, thereby the incision wound portion (a) The purpose is to facilitate quick and easy suturing to alleviate patient pain during the procedure, and to enable easy suturing not only for surgical closures of body parts opened for operation but also for closures following procedures where lesions are directly removed or excised using laparoscopic methods or internal procedures without opening the body.

[0150]

[0151] The operation of the present invention is described as follows.

[0152] After the suture needle portion (50), which is retracted by a forward / backward movement means (not shown), penetrates from the front (a1) to the rear (a2) of the incision wound area (a) and is inserted into the front of the forward / backward movement guide tube portion (30), the forward / backward movement guide tube portion (20) advances by a forward / backward movement means (not shown) to detach the second and first loops (14, 12) inserted into the forward / backward movement guide tube portion (30) from the outer circumference of the forward / backward movement guide tube portion (30) forward, thereby causing the first loop (12) to detach while the second loop (14) is finally caught in the front of the forward / backward binding guide bracket portion (40).

[0153] As described above, the second loop (14) is attached to the front of the forward / backward binding guide bracket (40), and the end portion (13) contained in the suture needle portion (50) is sequentially inserted into the second loop (14) and the first loop (12), passing through the first loop (12) and being exposed to the outside of the first loop (12).

[0154] As described above, when the end portion (13) is exposed to the outside of the first loop (12), the suture needle portion (50) is moved backward from the forward-backward movement guide portion (30) using a forward-backward movement means (not shown) so that it is moved backward from the rear (a2) to the front (a1) of the incision wound area (a).

[0155] In this way, when the suture needle portion (50) is detached from the incision site (a), the clearance portion (17) formed by rotating counterclockwise in the second loop (14) is prepared to temporarily connect the front (a1) and rear (a2) of the incision site (a).

[0156] When the spare part (17) is joined to the front (a1) and rear (a2) of the wound incision site (a),

[0157] When the first binding part (18) is bound by pulling the starting part (11) connected to the first loop (15), the inner diameter of the second loop (14) connected to the first loop (12) and the loop part (16) is stably caught on the front outer circumference of the forward / backward binding guide bracket part (40), and at the same time, the lower outer circumference of the forward / backward binding guide bracket (40) strongly presses the inner diameter of the second loop (14) downwards, thereby maintaining a state in which the inner diameter of the second loop (14) is completely pulled downwards by the forward / backward binding guide bracket (40) at once. This ensures that the first binding part (18) is completed in a very strong and tight binding state at once through the second loop (14), the first loop (12) connected to the loop part (16), and the starting part (11) connected to the second loop (14) and the loop part (16).

[0158] In addition, the inner diameter of the second loop (14) is strongly pressed downward by the lower outer circumference of the forward / backward binding guide bracket (40), and the inner diameter of the second loop (14) is maintained in a state where it is completely pulled downward by the forward / backward binding guide bracket (40) at once. By pulling the end portion (13) inserted into the second loop (14) maintained in the above state, the second binding portion (19) is stably completed in a very strong and tight binding state by binding the second loop (14) and the end portion (13).

[0159] As described above, the end portion (13) is pulled to form a second binding portion (19) in a very strong and tight binding state, and at the same time, the forward and backward binding guide bracket portion (40) is detached from the second loop (14) using a forward and backward movement means (not shown) to finally complete the second binding portion (19) into a suture knot portion (square knot) (10).

[0160] When the second binding part (19) is completed, the front and rear advancement tube part (20), the front and rear movement guidance tube part (30), and the front and rear binding guide bracket part (40) are moved backward by their respective front and rear movement means (not shown) so that the suture knot part (10) is finally completed and the incision wound (a) is sutured with this suture knot part (10).

[0161] As described above, the suture knot portion (10) completed to allow the incision wound portion (a) to be sutured enables the incision wound portion (a) to be sutured stably.

[0162] The above-described process is performed multiple times on the incision site (a) to quickly, stably, and easily suture the incision site (a), thereby relieving the patient's fear of the suturing procedure and minimizing the pain caused by the suturing process.

In Paragraph 8, A suturing device characterized by the fact that, after one end of the end portion (13) is sequentially inserted into the interior of the horizontal tube (51), the inclined tube (52), and the lower horizontal tube (53), the end of the end portion (13) is returned to the interior front of the lower horizontal tube (53) to form an exposed portion (13-1) exposed on the outside of the lower horizontal tube (53), and a coupling detachment knot portion (15) is formed on the exposed portion (13-1).

11. In Paragraph 10, A suture device characterized by a loop (15b) formed by binding parts (15a) formed by binding one end of an exposed part (13-1) to the other end of an exposed part (13-1) multiple times, and a detachment suture (15d) formed into two strands by bending a suture thread (15c) and inserting it into the loop (15b), after which the inner diameter of the loop (15b) is constricted by the binding parts (15a) so that the detachment suture (15d) is fixed inside the loop (15b).

12. In Paragraph 7, The suture knot portion (10) is formed by a first loop (12) extending from a starting portion (11) and rotating counterclockwise once to allow the incision wound area (a) to be sutured with suture material, a loop portion (16) extending from the first loop (12) and rotating counterclockwise once to form a position different from the first loop (12), a second loop (14) extending from the loop portion (16) and rotating counterclockwise once to form a position identical to the first loop (12), a slack portion (17) extending from the second loop (14) and provided to interlock and connect the incision wound area (a), and a termination portion (13) extending from the other end of the slack portion (17) is inserted into the second and first loops (14, 12) to form a preliminary knot portion (10a); A suturing device characterized by the fact that the end portion (13), which is extended from the other end of the leeway portion (17), is pulled through the second and first loops (14, 12), thereby binding and suturing the incision wound area (a) of the leeway portion (17), and the loop portion (16), the first loop (12), and the second loop (14) form a first binding portion (18) and a second binding portion (19) by double twisting outside the suturing position.
