[0026] The “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT IN A COLLAPSABLE DRUM WITH ANCHORING”, the subject of this Utility Model patent application, comprises a drum (1) with a collapsible body (2), made of cardboard or cellular plastic, closed by a rigid top lid (3) and a rigid bottom lid (4), the top lid having a nozzle (12) that allows filling and emptying of the contents, even with the packaging closed with the vertical tie straps (8) concentric to the openings (7, 15) that take place in the passage and anchoring guides (10) of the lids (2, 3) and in the longitudinal guides (10) of the collapsible body (2) of the drum (1).

[0027] More specifically, the claimed innovation concerns a “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT IN A COLLAPSABLE DRUM WITH ANCHORING” which deals with packaging that solves the storage and transport of volumes of granulated, liquid and pasty products in the range of 100 liters to 250 liters using a drum (1) with a collapsible body (2) made of cardboard or alveolar plastic with a top lid (3) and bottom lid (4), both made of rigid plastic, with octagonal contours for perfect fit to the body (2), wherein the top lid (3) is provided with an octagonal flap (5) on the side to contain the walls of the drum body (2) (1), in addition to a circular projection (6) on the surface with openings (7) to facilitate the passage and direction of vertical tie straps (8) and the fitting / locking for stacking one lid on top of another, facilitating the transport and reverse logistics of the lids.The top cover (3) also features four edges (9) that facilitate the ergonomic handling of the collapsible body drum (1) (2). The top cover (3) has guides (10), concentric to the openings (7) for the passage and anchoring of the vertical tie straps (8), which are fixed by means of a handle (A) and hook (11) at the ends after going around the top (1) of the collapsible body (2). It is worth noting that other variations in the design of the handle (A) and hook (11) are possible, without the need for welding or clamps for locking them together. The top cover (4) has a perforated circular nozzle (12), preferably off-center, which allows access, filling and emptying of the internal contents of the collapsible body drum (1), making it possible to leave the packages already tied in the pre-filling, which makes the operation faster.The bottom cover (4), like the top cover (3), has an octagonal flap (13) to contain the walls of the collapsible drum body (2), as well as a circular projection (14) on the surface, which allows tilting and facilitates movement of the collapsible drum body (2), with openings (15) to facilitate the passage and direction of the vertical tie straps (8). The bottom cover (4) also has guides (10), concentric to the openings (15) for the passage and anchoring of the vertical tie straps (8). Finally, the collapsible body (2) features longitudinal guides (10) for the passage and anchoring of the vertical tie straps (8), as well as optional guides (16) for the passage of horizontal tie straps.As illustrated in figure 12, with the drum feature (1) it is possible to pre-couple reusable vertical tie straps (8), allowing for reduced lid heights, thus decreasing transport costs and facilitating reverse logistics. As illustrated in figure 13, in a constructive variation, a raffia structure (17) with pockets (18) for receiving alveolar plastic sheets (19) can be used in the drum (10).
