[0002] Nowadays, there is a zipper bag producing apparatus having main components including a melted plastic import section, a film blowing section, a film rolling section, and a section for cutting and welding edges of a zipper bag. The melted plastic is fed into the zipper bag producing apparatus through the melted plastic import section, and then blown through a blowing head of the film blowing section to form a cylindrical film sheet with zipper structures molded on the film sheet. The cylindrical film sheet is then sent to the film rolling section and rolled into a flat sheet by a plurality of rollers. After that, it is then taken through a process of cutting the zipper bag apart and welding the side edges of a zipper bag, leaving only an opening on one side, at the section for cutting and welding edges of a zipper bag. Normally, the zipper bag obtained from the above zipper bag producing apparatus is a zipper bag having smooth surface. If there is a need to create patterns on the surface of the zipper bag, for beauty and uniqueness, to be differentiated from any other manufacturers’ zipper bags on the market, it is necessary to process the zipper bag through an additional pattern-making process. The easiest and most economical process is to create colourful patterns on the surface of the zipper bag by colour printing.

A zipper bag producing apparatus comprising:a melted plastic import section being an entrance to the zipper bag producing apparatus for melted plastic;a film blowing section located next to the melted plastic import section comprising a blowing head with a zipper forming part inside, where melted plastic being blown through the blowing head to form a cylindrical film sheet with a zipper structure molded on the film;a film rolling section located next to the film blowing section and having a plurality of rollers serving to roll the cylindrical film sheet into a flat sheet while a plastic sheet being conveyed through the rollers, anda section for cutting and welding edges of a zipper bag located next to the film rolling section serving to weld edges of the zipper bag to leave an opening on only one side, and then cut the zipper bag apart,characterized in that,the film rolling section has an embossing apparatus comprising:an embossing roller connected to a power transmission motor and assembled into a frame of the embossing apparatus rotatably around the axis, wherein the embossing roller comprises a rod heater attached to a shaft of the embossing roller inside the embossing roller and a plurality of ridges molded on a surface of the embossing roller;a silicone embossing roller, assembled into the frame of the embossing apparatus rotatably around the axis, being arranged close to the embossing roller with a separate shaft, wherein the silicone embossing roller has a smooth surface;a film stringing roller being a roller receiving the film sheet from the film blowing section and positioning it between the embossing roller and the silicone embossing roller;a film cooling roller being a roller receiving the film sheet that has been embossed by the embossing roller and the silicone embossing roller serving to stabilize patterns before conveying the film sheet to the section for cutting and welding edges of the zipper bag.The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the embossing apparatus further comprises a cooling roller located after the embossing roller and the silicone embossing roller.The apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the embossing apparatus further comprises a silicone embossing roller adjustment kit connected to the silicone embossing roller, in a manner that the silicone embossing roller can be adjusted to move closer or further away from the embossing roller.The apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the embossing apparatus further comprises a temperature control unit controlling the power supply to the rod heater of the embossing roller.The apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the embossing apparatus further comprises a speed control unit controlling the power supply to the power transmission motor of the embossing roller.A method for producing embossed zipper bag comprising:conveying the film sheet from the film blowing section through the film stringing roller and positioning the film sheet between the embossing roller and the silicone embossing roller;conveying the film sheet between the silicone embossing roller and the embossing roller having a heating apparatus inside and having a plurality of ridges molded on the surface;heating and compressing of the film sheet by the silicone embossing roller and the embossing roller both rotating around the axis, the film sheet being heated by the heating apparatus inside the embossing roller while the silicone embossing roller pressing the film sheet against the surface of the embossing roller, andcooling the film sheet by conveying the embossed film sheet by the embossing roller and the silicone embossing roller to the film cooling roller in order to stabilize the film sheet, the film sheet then being conveyed to the section for cutting and welding edges of the zipper bag to produce the zipper bag.
