The inventor has recognized that the usability problems with the current approaches such as plastic foil tend to cover too large areas of the body, which through perspiration and tightness causes discomfort and lack of stability in positioning. By applying a localized sealing layer onto a base layer that can breathe, the affected part of the body can be covered efficiently, without the above problems. The base layer can be attached by traditional means or be formed as a tube, sock, or the like to be adapted to the body, thus avoiding the use of adhesives, which can be a problem for several conditions such as psoriasis.

[0045] The base layer is a layer that is comfortable in use over extended periods of time. Typically, it breathes, and can be woven, knitted or be in a similar form of textile. The material should be compatible to skin exposure, such as cotton or bamboo. This sealing layer has to seal against the cream used and the material has to be chosen accordingly. It is well known that certain polymers such as latex will work well with water-based materials but will dissolve in oil. It has been found that polyurethane works well. It is preferred that the material is flexible so that the sealing layer fits conforming to the skin, which may cover a body part of complex geometry such as arms. It is also preferrable that the material also is elastic, especially if the base layer also is elastic. This can assist in providing a fit against the skin that stays tight.

[0050] Presently, the use of a polyurethane sealing layer on a base layer of bamboo fabric is considered a well working combination.
[0051] While the base layer is suitable for attachment and fixing the sealing layer into position over the cream by traditional means, it is considered that making the base layer in the form of tubes or socks is particularly convenient, for instance by sewing or weaving or knitting to shape.

The surface texture can hold more cream and form a limited reservoir and provide cream application for an extended period of time compared to a smooth surface. The surface should be adapted to the use, for instance it is strongly preferred that in the case of psoriasis the surface is not abrasive. A smooth surface 130 is easier in production and is easier to clean between uses.

Claims1 . A cover skin wrap (100), to cover cream (20) on skin (10), wherein the cover skin wrap comprises: a base layer (110), and a sealing layer (120) applied on a first surface of the base layer (110), characterised in that the sealing layer (120) has a surface (130) for facing the skin to be treated.
2. The cover skin wrap (100) according to claim 1 , wherein the base layer (110) is made of bamboo.
3. The cover skin wrap (100) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the sealing layer (120) is made of polyurethane.
4. The cover skin wrap (100) according to one of claims 1 - 3, wherein the sealing layer (120) is provided with a material having a texture to increase the size of an effective surface layer.
5. The cover skin wrap (100) according to one of claims 1 - 4, wherein the cover skin wrap (100) is pre-coated with cream.
6. The cover skin wrap (100) according to one of claims 1 - 5, wherein the sealing layer (120) is provided with a material having an open cell structure (122) to increase an effective carrying capacity of the cream.
7. The cover skin wrap (100) according to claim 6, wherein the open cell structure (122) is pre-filled with cream.
