Abstract

A command processing method and apparatus, a baseboard management controller, a program product, and a medium. The command processing method is applied to a first operating system in the baseboard management controller, the baseboard management controller further comprises a second operating system, and the response speed of the first operating system is higher than that of the second operating system. The method comprises: when the baseboard management controller triggers a starting operation, executing a system initialization operation, and establishing an inter-core communication channel with the second operating system, wherein the starting operation is used for triggering both the first operating system and the second operating system to execute the system initialization operation; upon determining that self initialization is completed, receiving and responding to a server out-of-band management command; using the inter-core communication channel to determine whether the second operating system has completed initialization; and upon determining that the second operating system has completed initialization, transferring to the second operating system a right to receive and respond to the server out-of-band management command, such that the second operating system receives and responds to the server out-of-band management command.
