An example of an information processing device according to the present disclosure generates first text data indicating features of a target person by processing a paper medium on which a portrait of the target person is drawn or image data indicating a portrait of the target person. In addition, the information processing device generates second text data indicating features of a reference person included in a reference photograph. The information processing device then collates the first text data with the second text data.
