Abstract

A manufacturing equipment management apparatus of the present invention comprises: an interface unit for receiving manufacturing data related to a manufacturing process of a product from a plurality of pieces of manufacturing equipment; a storage unit for storing format information indicating protocols of the manufacturing data, and conversion reference information for mutual conversion among a plurality of types of protocols; and a processor for identifying, on the basis of the format information, each of the protocols of the manufacturing data received from the plurality of pieces of manufacturing equipment, selecting one integrated protocol from among the plurality of types of protocols on the basis of the conversion reference information, converting the manufacturing data such that the manufacturing data of each identified protocol corresponds to the selected integrated protocol, and performing an operation related to quality management of manufacturing equipment on the basis of the converted manufacturing data.
