Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a method, an apparatus and a system for predicting stroke prognosis and cerebral infarction expansion by using an artificial intelligence model, and, more particularly, the method may comprise the steps of: receiving a diffusion image from an image acquisition unit; receiving a lesion mask image generated on the basis of the received diffusion image; and inputting the diffusion image and the lesion mask image into an artificial intelligence model so as to calculate an END occurrence probability and a cerebral infarction expansion probability.
