Abstract

The present invention relates to a dome lid with a mouthpiece for drinking beverages (L) directly with one's mouth, said dome lid having a convex surface (Ta) and a concave surface (Tb). The dome lid is characterised in that it comprises at least one mouthpiece (B) projecting towards the convex surface (Ta) and designed to make it easier for the user to suck beverages (L) into their mouth, for which purpose the mouthpiece is a protrusion forming a right angle, comprising a vertical side (Ba) and a horizontal side (Bb) provided with a hole (Bc) through which the beverage (L) can be sucked.

[0004] The present invention relates to the technical field of Mechanics and Manufacturing technology, because it provides a dome-shaped lid with a nozzle for ingesting beverages directly with the mouth of a user.

[0005] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0006] Dome-shaped lids, widely used to cover containers of cold drinks, are designed only to cover the containers, not for drinking directly by mouth. Therefore, the beverage must always be sipped through a straw. These dome-shaped lids have only one central hole, usually large, through which the straw passes.

[0007] Therefore, it is not possible to drink directly through the central perforation with the mouth because it is too large and does not have an ergonomic configuration that fits the user's lips.

[0008] Furthermore, due to the design of conventional straws, it is not possible to suck the entire beverage, even worse when the straw has one end shaped like a blade or spoon; therefore, many times to drink the entire beverage, the dome-shaped cap must be removed, which is inconvenient for the user.

A round connection opening is provided radially to the lower inner end surface of the horizontal ring, creating a plurality of cylindrical grooves on the axial lower surface of this connection opening.The lid plate is made of transparent material and is inserted on top of the main plate. It gradually connects a conical ring and an intermediate element on the outer terminal surface of the main plate, establishing a plurality of dome-shaped posts on the upper surface of the intermediate element. The lid plate is positioned at the connection point of the opening via the intermediate element and a plurality of dome-shaped compartments in a cylindrical groove beneath, connecting to the horizontal ring. The lid plate and all contact surfaces of the lid are sealed using a hot-melt sealing method. This dual-color container lid addresses the problem that most container lids are unsuitable for drinking.While it is true that this lid proposes the use of a spout to facilitate drinking, it is a flat lid, which limits the volume of the container and also limits the use of a utensil to handle the substances contained in the container.

[0039] The present invention relates to a dome-shaped lid with a spout, which, in addition to covering a beverage container, also facilitates the direct consumption of beverages (L) by a user or consumer. The dome-shaped lid has a convex surface (Ta) and a concave surface (Tb), and is characterized in that it comprises: at least one spout (B) projecting towards the convex surface (Ta) and designed to facilitate the suction of beverages by a user's mouth, said spout being an L-shaped projection comprising at least one vertical side (Ba) and one horizontal side (Bb) in which a perforation (Be) is provided for the suction of the beverage (L).

Claims

CLAIMS 1. A dome-shaped lid with a spout for ingesting beverages (L) directly with the mouth, wherein the dome-shaped lid is of the type having a convex surface (Ta) and a concave surface (Tb); said dome-shaped lid is characterized in that it comprises: at least, a spout (B) projecting towards the convex surface (Ta) and made to facilitate the suction of beverages (L) with the mouth of a user, said spout (B) being a right-angled projection comprising, at least, a vertical side (Ba) and a horizontal side (Bb) in which a perforation (Be) is provided for the suction of the beverage (L).

2. The dome-shaped cap of claim 1, wherein the nozzle (B) is located towards the sides of the dome-shaped cap to facilitate its insertion into the user's mouth.

3. The dome-shaped lid according to claim 1, wherein the perforation (Be) of the nozzle (B) has dimensions and / or a configuration sufficient to allow the introduction of a longitudinal utensil (Sa or Sb) to handle the beverage (L), and at the same time allow the suction of the same.

4. The dome-shaped lid of claim 3, wherein the longitudinal utensil is externally smooth (Sa), toothed and / or a smooth-toothed combination (Sb).
