Abstract
Description
[0001] STADIUM ROOF CONSTRUCTION
[0002] The invention relates to building structures and can be used as a roof for a stadium with large spans.
[0003] The closest analogue in technical essence to the claimed invention is a cable-stayed retractable roof installed over a section to be covered by a roof, including tower supports on opposite sides of the section to be covered by a roof; a roof frame consisting of elongated elements separated by intervals, extending from the tower supports on opposite sides and transverse elements separated by intervals, extending between adjacent elongated elements, wherein the elongated elements extending from opposite sides are aligned and meet in the central section of the roof; a row of cables extending to each elongated element of the roof from one or more tower supports for supporting the element;a fixed roof supporting structure installed between the extended roof elements in the lateral direction and outward of the central roof section to create closed side roof sections that are fixed and an open central roof section that is divided into spans by the extended roof frame elements;a supporting structure of a retractable roof, including longitudinally moving panel roof structures, located above the elongated and transverse members of the roof frame and supported by the elongated members when moving between positions for closing the open central portion of the roof and positions located above the lateral portions of the roof for opening the open central portion, movable panel roof structures, each of which spans the space between adjacent elongated members, whereby each such panel structure spans the space between adjacent elongated members, and the panel structures provide space therebetween for cables in order to allow the panel structures to move longitudinally along the elongated members;supports on rollers between the supporting structure of the retractable roof and the elongated elements in order to facilitate the sliding movement of the supporting structure of the retractable roof over the open central section / RU 2172806 C1, published 27.08.2001 / ;
[0004] The disadvantages of this analogue include insufficient characteristics regarding the reliability and stability of the stadium roof structure.
[0005] The objective of the invention is to create a new, improved stadium roof design with improved technical characteristics.
[0006] The technical result is the creation of a large span over an existing or new sports stadium or arena or other structure, ensuring the reliability and stability of the structure, and the possibility of extending the structure.
[0007] This is achieved by the fact that the stadium roof structure, including support posts connected to metal beams and trusses, according to the invention, contains support posts located on opposite end sides of the structure and connected to each other by means of transverse metal beams and metal cables, and the metal trusses are made in an arc-shaped or rectangular shape, located along the structure, and connected to the metal cables by means of metal arc-shaped fasteners.
[0008] The arched metal fastenings have three holes for metal cables.
[0009] Figures 1-2 show illustrative diagrams of the stadium roof structure with trusses in arched and rectangular shapes, on which the following positions are indicated: 1 - support posts; 2 - transverse metal beams; 3 - metal trusses in arched or rectangular shapes; 4 - metal cables; 5 - metal arched fasteners.
[0010] Figure 3 shows a visual diagram of the connection of a metal arched mount with metal cables.
[0011] The stadium roof structure contains concrete or metal support posts (I), located on opposite end sides of the structure, and connected to each other by means of transverse metal beams (2) and metal cables (4), and metal trusses (3) are made in an arched or rectangular shape, located along the structure, and connected to the metal cables (4) by means of metal arched fasteners (5).
[0012] The metal arched fastenings (5) have three holes for metal cables (4).
[0013] The invention is carried out as follows.
[0014] Example.
[0015] The stadium roof structure is designed so that all structural elements ensure reliability and stability. Cross metal beams connect opposing end support posts of the structure. Additionally, metal cables are installed between the opposing end concrete or metal support posts, further enhancing the structure's reliability and stability. Arched or rectangular metal trusses are connected to the metal cables via arched metal fasteners, strengthening the structure. The arched metal fasteners have three holes through which the metal cables pass.
