[0003] The invention relates to a multipurpose food carrier for ovens.

[0004] More specifically, the invention relates to a multipurpose food carrier which provides the user with both cooking with air circulation via a perforated base and cooking on a flat base, thanks to the flat configuration obtained by using the perforated and movable apparatus it contains.

[0005] State of the Art

[0006] Oven food carriers are among the basic kitchen tools used for cooking food. They are generally produced from metal materials resistant to high temperatures and are offered to users with different size, shape, and coating options. These food carriers, used to ensure efficient cooking in ovens, support the homogeneous cooking of food by distributing heat evenly. Fan systems and multiple cooking levels in modern ovens allow trays to achieve balanced cooking results even in different positions. Features such as non-stick coating and heat-resistant handles, in particular, increase the ease of use of the trays and provide safety when removing the tray from the oven during cooking.

[0007] Oven food carriers are produced with different shapes and base features according to cooking needs. Flat-based oven trays offer a large surface area to ensure food cooks evenly. In such trays, since the surface is flat, heat is distributed evenly, and the homogeneous cooking of food is supported. Flatbased trays are particularly preferred for cookies, cakes, and similar pastries, as these surfaces allow the dough to rise and take shape properly.

[0008] On the other hand, oven trays with a perforated or hollow base structure are preferred, especially for foods such as bread, pizza, and some pastries. These perforated structures increase air circulation, allowing heat to reach the bottom of the food more directly. Thus, the bottom of the food gains a crispier texture, while excess moisture is easily expelled. Perforated trays provide an advantage in achieving ideal results, especially when cooking foods with a crispy crust. Furthermore, such trays allow excess fat to drain away, which provides for healthier results in some cooking processes. However, perforated trays may not be suitable for watery or high-moisture foods, as liquids spreading on the tray during cooking can flow onto the oven floor. While both tray types offer their own unique advantages, the type of food to be used and the desired cooking results play an important role in determining which tray type should be preferred. [0013] Object and Brief Description of the Invention

[0014] An object of the invention is to set forth a configuration for ovens, which allows the user to cook both with air circulation, thanks to the perforated configuration, and on a flat base obtained by the use of a movable apparatus.

[0015] A multipurpose food carrier for ovens, placed on a rack in the cooking chamber and on which the products to be cooked are placed, to provide a user with both cooking with air circulation and cooking on a flat base together, comprising:

[0028] Detailed Description of the Invention

[0029] The present invention relates to a multipurpose food carrier (1) providing a user with both cooking with air circulation and cooking on a flat base (10) applications together, thanks to the flat configuration obtained by the use of the apertures (11) and movable apparatus (20) it contains.

[0030] The food carrier (1) consists of at least one base (10), at least four side walls (12), and at least one movable apparatus (20). The base (10) contains a plurality of apertures (11). The side walls (12) comprise at least one support (13) and at least one slot (14). The movable apparatus (20) has at least one handle (21).

[0031] The base (10) is a floor on which products to be cooked to be placed, and in the preferred embodiment of the invention, it is configured as a rectangular plate. The base (10) has a plurality of apertures (11), preferably in circular form, configured as voids or, in other words, gaps, allowing air circulation between the lower and upper parts of the base (10). In another embodiment of the invention, apertures (11) also have rectangular, square, or other geometric shapes, or a grid or grate type configuration. At least one of the side walls (12) has at least one slot (14) providing a gap such that the movable apparatus (20) be able to enter, formed by emptying a portion thereof, preferably in a rectangular shape, at a certain height from the base (10). The slot (14) has a configuration with a thickness and width through which the movable apparatus (20) passes. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the slot (14) is located on one of the side walls (12), and a support (13) is located on each of the other three side walls (12).

In this way, equal cooking of the products / foods from both the top and the bottom is ensured.

Thanks to this structure, a food carrier (1) with a flat base (10) is obtained, and there is no need for the user to use separate food carriers (1) for the flat and perforated (11) surface.

[0035] The present multipurpose food carrier (1) brings together both perforated (11) and flat base (10) features, offering a wide range of cooking advantages. The perforated (11) configuration of the food carrier (1) optimizes air flow and heat distribution, ensuring a crispy surface is obtained on foods. This section ensures that the bottom part of crusted foods such as bread and pizza cooks homogeneously and at ideal hardness, while making it possible to remove excess moisture. Claims

CLAIMS1. A multipurpose food carrier (1) for ovens, placed on a rack in the cooking chamber and on which the products to be cooked are placed, characterized in that, to provide a user with both cooking with air circulation and cooking on a flat base (10) together, it comprises:■ at least one food carrier (1) having at least one slot (14) positioned at a certain height from the base (10) on at least one of the side walls (12) of the food carrier (1); and having a plurality of apertures (11) allowing air circulation to occur from the bottom part of the products to be cooked, thereby ensuring better cooking of the bottom parts of the products; and■ at least one movable apparatus (20) that is attached to the food carrier (1) by passing through a slot (14) and that covers the apertures (11) in the base (10) to form a flat surface.

The multipurpose food carrier (1) for ovens according to Claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one support (13) configured as a protrusion on at least one of the side walls (12) and which ensures that the movable apparatus (20) remains suspended when attached to the food carrier (1).

3. The multipurpose food carrier (1) for ovens according to Claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one handle (21) positioned on the movable apparatus (20), which allows the user to insert and remove the movable apparatus (20) into and from the slot (14).

The multipurpose food carrier (1) for ovens according to Claim 3, characterized in that it comprises at least one handle (21) to enable the user to insert and remove the movable apparatus (20) into and from the slot (14); formed as a continuation of the movable apparatus (20), on the side of the movable apparatus (20) opposite the slot (14), from a bending point as one portion outward from the horizontal axis (X), another portion parallel to the horizontal axis (X), and a third portion as a bend towards the horizontal axis (X).

5. The multipurpose food carrier (1) for ovens according to Claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one base (10) configured as a rectangular plate, comprising a plurality of apertures (11) structured as circular voids that permit air circulation.

The multipurpose food carrier (1) for ovens according to Claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least four side walls (12) structured as bends from the edges of the base (10) configured as a rectangular plate, in an outward direction relative to the horizontal axis (X),which prevent the products to be cooked from spilling from the base (10) and which contain the slot (14) for the movable apparatus (20) to enter and exit.

The multipurpose food carrier (1) for ovens according to Claim 6, characterized in that it comprises at least one support (13) positioned on at least one of the side walls (12), on the surfaces facing the center of the food carrier (1), at a certain height from the base (10), and configured as a protrusion with a certain length and width towards the center of the food carrier (1), which allows the movable apparatus (20) to rest upon it and remain suspended above the base (10).
