The impeller (100) comprises an impeller disc (10), a plurality of blades (20) and end rings (30), wherein the plurality of blades (20) are arranged on the impeller disc (10) at intervals in the circumferential direction of the impeller disc (10); each end ring (30) is arranged at the end of the blades (20) away from the impeller disc (10); the end rings (30) protrude from the blades (20) in the radial direction of the impeller (100); and each end ring (30) comprises a base ring (31) and a protruding portion (32) protruding outward from the base ring (31) in the radial direction of the impeller (100), with the protruding portion (32) and the base ring (31) together forming a groove (33).
