Carbonylation reaction catalyst and method for preparing methyl methoxyacetate by means of methylal carbonylation
By using the silicate zeolite molecular sieve ZMQ-1 catalyst, the problems of insufficient stability and selectivity of existing catalysts were solved, and the efficient and stable production of methyl methoxyacetate by the carbonylation reaction of methyl acetal was achieved, reducing production costs and energy consumption.

Abstract
The present application belongs to the field of zeolite molecular sieves, and disclosed are a carbonylation reaction catalyst and a method for preparing methyl methoxyacetate by means of methylal carbonylation. The silicate zeolite molecular sieve ZMQ-1 of the present invention, owing to the new topological structure, unique pore system, high thermal and hydrothermal stability thereof, exhibits unique properties in the carbonylation reaction, especially in the reaction to prepare methyl methoxyacetate by means of methylal carbonylation. The reaction activity and stability can both be significantly improved while maintaining a high carbonylation selectivity.
