Systems and methods for enhanced DCI operations can include a UE receiving, from a network node device, a first downlink control information part of a downlink control information. The first downlink control information part can include a first set of information and a second set of information. Separate encoding can be applied to the first and second sets of information. The UE can receive, from the network device, a second downlink control information part of the downlink control information.
