An information processing device comprising: an acquisition unit that acquires a panoramic image including an object that is a cube or a rectangular prism; a detection unit that detects the object from the panoramic image; and a determination unit that, when the four corners of the object are detected, determines whether or not a circle passing through the four points corresponding to the four corners can be calculated, and if a circle passing through the four points can be calculated, determines that the accuracy of the four corners is high.

2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a search unit, wherein the acquisition unit acquires an image to confirm the accuracy of the corner when one corner of the object is detected, the determination unit determines the accuracy of the corner using the image, and the search unit performs processing to detect the remaining three corners if the corner is accurate.

3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a search unit, wherein the acquisition unit acquires a plurality of images to confirm the accuracy of the two corners when two corners of the object are detected, the determination unit determines the accuracy of the two corners using the plurality of images, and the search unit performs a process to detect the remaining two corners if the two corners are accurate.

4. The information processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising an adjustment unit that adjusts the four points so that a circle passing through the four points can be calculated if it is not possible to calculate a circle passing through the four points.

5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a search unit, wherein the acquisition unit acquires a plurality of images to confirm the accuracy of the three corners of an object when the three corners of the object are detected, the determination unit determines the accuracy of the three corners using the plurality of images, and the search unit searches for the remaining corner based on a circle passing through three points corresponding to the three corners if the three corners are accurate.

6. An information processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising: a generation unit that generates a distortion-free image using the four corners; and an output unit that outputs the distortion-free image.

7. The information processing apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a tilt calculation unit that calculates the tilt of the object using the panoramic image, wherein the generation unit, when it is detected that the object is panning based on the tilt of the object, generates a distortion-free image taking into account the tilt of the object.

8. The information processing apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, further comprising an image transformation unit that determines whether all image regions of the undistorted image represent the object, and if none of the image regions represent the object, generates an image in which all image regions represent the object using the undistorted image and homography transformation.

9. An information processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising an image processing unit that detects the edges at both ends of the object, calculates a first angle which is the angle between the rightmost edge and the vertical axis, calculates a second angle which is the angle between the leftmost edge and the vertical axis, detects that the object is tilted if the first angle and the second angle are the same and have different signs, calculates the inclination of the object using the panoramic image if the object is tilted, and corrects the panoramic image using the angle indicated by the inclination to generate a panoramic image that includes the object in a vertical state.

10. An information processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising an image processing unit that detects the edge of the object, calculates the angle between the edge and the vertical axis based on the edge and the vertical axis, and, if it is detected that the object is rolling based on the angle, corrects the panoramic image using the angle to generate a panoramic image that includes the object in a vertical state.

11. The information processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, further comprising an image correction unit that determines whether or not the object is located at or near the center of the panoramic image, calculates the centroid coordinates or incenter coordinates of the object if the object is not located at or near the center of the panoramic image, and corrects the panoramic image using the centroid coordinates or incenter coordinates to generate a panoramic image in which the object is located at or near the center.

12. An information processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 11, further comprising an output unit, wherein the determination unit determines whether or not the four corners have been detected, and the output unit outputs information indicating that the four corners have not been detected if the four corners have not been detected.

13. An information processing device comprising: a display; an acquisition unit for acquiring a panoramic image including an object that is a cube or rectangular prism; an output unit for outputting the panoramic image to the display; and a determination unit, wherein the acquisition unit acquires positional information of the four corners of the object pressed by the user after the panoramic image has been output; and the determination unit determines whether or not it is possible to calculate a circle passing through the four points corresponding to the four corners, and if it is possible to calculate a circle passing through the four points, it determines that the accuracy of the four corners is high.

14. The information processing apparatus according to claim 13, further comprising an adjustment unit that adjusts the four points so that a circle passing through the four points can be calculated if it is not possible to calculate a circle passing through the four points.

15. A control method comprising: an information processing device acquiring a panoramic image containing an object that is a cube or rectangular prism; detecting the object from the panoramic image; determining whether a circle passing through the four points corresponding to the four corners of the object can be calculated if the four corners of the object are detected; and determining that the accuracy of the four corners is high if a circle passing through the four points can be calculated.
