Abstract

A request acquisition unit 31 acquires an improvement request regarding road usage from a user terminal 10 via a communication network 2, said request having been input to the user terminal 10 by a user who desires the improvement regarding the road usage. A rule type identification unit 32 identifies a type of traffic-related rule to be generated by a generative AI, on the basis of the improvement request acquired by the request acquisition unit 31.　A related information acquisition unit 33 acquires related information related to the improvement request acquired by the request acquisition unit 31.　A prompt creation unit 34 creates a prompt that instructs a generative AI system 20 to generate a rule related to the road usage, on the basis of the improvement request acquired by the request acquisition unit 31 and the related information acquired by the related information acquisition unit 33. A prompt input unit 35 inputs the prompt created by the prompt creation unit 34 into the generative AI system 20. An output result acquisition unit 36 acquires an output result generated by the generative AI system 20 in response to the input prompt. A presentation unit 37 uses the output result acquisition unit 36 to present the output result to the user by transmitting the output result to the user terminal 10 for display, etc.

Claims

1. An information processing device comprising: a request acquisition unit that acquires an improvement request that includes at least a road identifier and information regarding traffic conditions on the road; a related information acquisition unit that acquires related information related to the acquired improvement request; and a prompt creation unit that creates a prompt instructing an artificial intelligence (AI) to generate rules regarding the use of the road based on the acquired improvement request and the acquired related information.

The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, comprising a rule type identification unit that identifies the type of rule to be generated by the generating AI based on the acquired improvement request, wherein the prompt creation unit creates a prompt that instructs the generation of the type of rule identified by the rule type identification unit.

The information processing apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the rule type identification unit performs natural language analysis on the acquired improvement request and classifies the meaning of the improvement request obtained into one of a plurality of pre-defined categories, and identifies the type of rule that is pre-associated with the classified category.

4. The information processing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the improvement request includes information regarding the time of traffic on the road.

5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the related information acquisition unit acquires map information related to the improvement request as related information from a database including map information.

The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the related information acquisition unit acquires the person flow information related to the improvement request as related information from a database containing person flow information indicating the movement status of people.

The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the related information acquisition unit acquires historical information related to the improvement request as related information from a database containing historical information of rules concerning the use of the road that have been established in the past.

The information processing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the related information acquisition unit acquires the rule information related to the improvement request as the related information from a database containing rule information indicating laws, ordinances, or regulations concerning the use of roads.

The information processing apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the prompt generation unit takes the acquired improvement request as input information and generates a prompt on the condition that it generates the rule taking into consideration the related information according to the type of rule identified.

The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the prompt generation unit generates a prompt that instructs the generation of information regarding the possibility of the rule being implemented or the effects of the rule being implemented, in addition to the rule itself.
