Abstract

Provided are: a heat-resistant coating agent which has a glass transition temperature of 110ºC to 200ºC and contain a carboxyl group-containing (meth)acrylic resin (A); a coated article; a laminate and a packaging material which have a coated layer of said heat-resistant coating agent on a base material film and / or a sealant film; and a recycling method having a step for immersing said laminate and / or packaging material in an alkaline solution so as to separate the coated layer of the heat-resistant coating material from the base material film and / or sealant film, and a step for recovering the separated film and / or coated layer.

Claims

1. A heat-resistant coating agent characterized by containing a (meth)acrylic resin (A) having a glass transition temperature of 110°C or higher and 200°C or lower, and having a carboxyl group.

2. The heat-resistant coating agent according to claim 1, wherein the acid value of the (meth)acrylic resin (A) is 10 mg KOH / g or more and 650 mg KOH / g or less.

3. The heat-resistant coating agent according to claim 1, comprising a resin (B) having a glass transition temperature of -80°C or higher and 40°C or lower.

4. The heat-resistant coating agent according to claim 1, which contains a plasticizer (C).

5. The heat-resistant coating agent according to claim 1, comprising silica (D), amide wax (E), and / or polyethylene wax (F).

6. A coated article coated with the heat-resistant coating agent described in any one of claims 1 to 5.

7. A laminate having a coating layer of the heat-resistant coating agent described in any one of claims 1 to 5 on a base film and / or sealant film.

8. The laminate according to claim 7, wherein the base film and / or sealant film is an olefin-based film.

9. A packaging material comprising a laminate having a coating layer of a heat-resistant coating agent according to any one of claims 1 to 5 on a base film and / or sealant film.

10. The packaging material according to claim 9, wherein the base film and / or sealant film is an olefin-based film.

11. A recycling method comprising the steps of: immersing a laminate and / or packaging material having a coating layer of a heat-resistant coating agent containing a (meth)acrylic resin (A) having a glass transition temperature of 110°C or more and 200°C or less and having carboxyl groups, on a base film and / or sealant film in an alkaline solution to separate the base film and / or sealant film from the coating layer of the heat-resistant coating agent; and recovering the separated film and / or coating layer.
