The present disclosure relates to an electrode assembly inspection apparatus comprising: a winding roll around which a sheet-shaped first electrode, a sheet-shaped second electrode, and a separator are wound together; a sensing unit sensing a virtual sensing area located at an end of the winding roll; and a control unit measuring a distance between one end of the first electrode and one end of the second electrode in a winding direction on the basis of the sensing area.
