Coating apparatus

Abstract

The present application relates to a coating apparatus, comprising: a coating module, a motion platform and a calibration module. The motion platform is movably arranged relative to the coating module, and the motion platform is used for carrying an object to be coated. The motion stroke of the motion platform at least comprises a first motion stroke and a second motion stroke; the motion platform is configured to: move to an initial relative position within the first motion stroke, and convey said object to a position matching the coating module within the second motion stroke. The calibration module is used for acquiring relative position information of the coating module in the coating apparatus.
