Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a mixed fuel of heavy oil and bio-oil and to a management system therefor. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a mixed fuel of heavy oil and bio-oil and a management system therefor, the apparatus being configured to mix relatively inexpensive bio-oil with heavy oil in a nanosized bubble-like state and to supply the mixed fuel directly to a marine engine for ignition, thereby improving thermal efficiency. The apparatus is configured to continuously mix heavy oil, water, and bio-oil that is dispersed and emulsified to form nanosized bubbles, and to supply the mixed fuel directly to a marine engine for ignition thereof, thereby significantly improving combustion efficiency and substantially reducing pollutant emissions.
