Abstract
A battery diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment of the present document comprises: a memory in which one or more instructions are stored; and a processor for executing the one or more instructions, wherein the processor can identify parameters related to a battery state related to a battery capacity, acquire a current value and a time value for matching the parameters to a designated value, and diagnosis the battery on the basis of charging or discharging the battery by using the current value and the time value.
