Description

Vehicle Structure

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle structure.

[0002] Patent Document 1 discloses the structure of a mount portion that supports a cabin on a frame of a vehicle body. In this structure, a bolt is inserted from above into a substantially cylindrical collar member fixed above a cabin-side bolt hole, and this bolt is fastened to the frame.

[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2019-162892

[0004] By the way, external forces such as loads and impacts are input from the frame to the cabin side at the mount portion that supports the cabin on the frame. In particular, when the frame is twisted, the external force input to the mount portion increases due to this twist, and there is a risk that components on the cabin side may be distorted or cracked. In addition, at the mount portion at the rear of the vehicle having a tailgate with a large opening, it is required to enhance the strength of the mount portion.

[0005] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle structure in which the strength of the mount portion is sufficiently ensured.

[0006] The present invention has the following configuration. A vehicle structure in which a cabin is supported by a mount portion with respect to a frame of a vehicle body, the cabin includes a base member attached to the frame at the mount portion, a first reinforcing member is provided in the vicinity of the mount portion in the base member, and the first reinforcing member is attached so as to straddle the base member in the vehicle longitudinal direction. Vehicle structure.

[0007] According to the present invention, a vehicle structure in which the strength of the mount portion is sufficiently ensured can be provided.

[0008] Fig. 1 is a rear view of a vehicle to which the vehicle structure according to the present embodiment is applied. Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of part A in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the periphery of the mount portion in the cabin. Fig. 4 is a top view of the periphery of the mount portion in the cabin. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line V-V in Fig. 4. Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VI-VI in Fig. 4.

[0009] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings, the symbol FR indicates the front of the vehicle, the symbol UP indicates the top of the vehicle, and the symbol LH indicates the left side in the vehicle width direction (left side in the direction of travel). The opposite direction of symbol FR is the rear of the vehicle, the opposite direction of symbol UP is the bottom of the vehicle, and the opposite direction of symbol LH is the right side in the vehicle width direction (right side in the direction of travel). Hereinafter, these directions may simply be referred to as front, rear, top, bottom, left side, and right side.

[0010] Figure 1 is a rear view of a vehicle 10 to which the vehicle structure according to this embodiment is applied. Figure 2 is an enlarged view of section A in Figure 1. Figure 3 is a perspective view of the area around the mounting section 15 in the cabin 11. Figure 4 is a top view of the area around the mounting section 15 in the cabin 11. Figure 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line V-V in Figure 4. Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VI-VI in Figure 4. Note that the pillar back 43 shown in Figure 5 is omitted from Figures 1 to 4.

[0011] (Overall Configuration) As shown in Figures 1 to 6, the vehicle structure according to this embodiment is applied to the structural parts of a vehicle 10 such as an automobile. The type of automobile to which the vehicle structure is applied is not limited and may be an internal combustion engine vehicle (ICEV), a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), or an electric vehicle (BEV).

[0012] The vehicle 10 to which the vehicle structure of this example is applied is equipped with a cabin 11 that forms a passenger compartment. The cabin 11 is mounted on the upper part of the vehicle body frame 13 (see Figures 5 and 6). The cabin 11 is supported by the frame 13 at a plurality of mounting points 15. The frame 13 is composed of, for example, a pair of side frames (not shown) arranged at intervals in the vehicle width direction, and a plurality of cross members (not shown) provided along the vehicle width direction and joined to the side frames. At the rear of the vehicle, the cabin 11 is supported at the mounting points 15 on the upper part of the cross members of the frame 13.

[0013] The cabin 11 has an opening 31 at its rear, which is opened and closed by a rear gate (not shown). The lower part of the opening 31 is made up of a base member 17. A pair of pillars 33, 33 extending upward are connected to both ends of the base member 17. The upper ends of the pair of pillars 33, 33 are connected by a roof 35 that extends in the vehicle width direction. In other words, the opening 31 provided at the rear of the cabin 11 is defined by the base member 17, the pair of pillars 33, 33 and the roof 35. The corner of the opening 31 between the base member 17 and the pillars 33 is a curved portion 37 that is formed in a curved shape.

[0014] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, at the mounting section 15 at the rear of the vehicle, the cabin 11 is attached to the frame 13 by a base member 17. That is, the base member 17 forms the bottom frame of the cabin 11. At the mounting section 15, the base member 17 is positioned on the upper part of the frame 13 via a body mount 21 made of an elastic material, and the base member 17 and the frame 13 are fastened and fixed together by bolts 23 and nuts 25. The bolts 23 are passed through washers 27 positioned on the lower surface of the frame 13, inserted from below into insertion holes 13a and 21a in the frame 13 and the body mount 21, and fastened to nuts 25. As a result, at the mounting section 15, the cabin 11 is supported on the upper part of the frame 13.

[0015] As shown in Figures 3 to 6, the base member 17 of the cabin 11 is composed of a rear end cross 41 and a pillar back 43 (a wall portion in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle) positioned behind the rear end cross 41. As mentioned above, the pillar back 43 is not shown in Figures 1 to 4.

[0016] The rear end cross 41 has a flat plate portion 45, a front wall portion 47 (a wall portion in the vehicle's longitudinal direction), and a rear wall portion 49. The flat plate portion 45 is a substantially flat shape that extends substantially vertically in the vertical direction. The front wall portion 47 extends upward from the vehicle's front side of the flat plate portion 45. As shown in Figure 5, the upper end portion of the front wall portion 47 extends above the upper end portion of the rise portion 103 of the first reinforcement 100 and the upper end portion of the front plate portion 205 of the second reinforcement 200, which will be described later. The upper end portion of the front wall portion 47 is then welded to the connecting member 63 of the floor panel 61 at fixing point P2. Furthermore, the front wall portion 47 is welded in a triple layer with the rise portion 103 of the first reinforcement 100 and the front plate portion 205 of the second reinforcement 200 at fixing point P1, which is below fixing point P2. The rear wall portion 49 extends downward from the rear side of the vehicle in the flat plate portion 45.

[0017] The pillar back 43 is composed of a front plate 51 and a rear plate 53 that are overlapped front to back. The lower end of the pillar back 43 is welded to the rear wall portion 49 of the rear end cross 41. More specifically, the lower end of the front plate 51, the lower end of the rear plate 53, and the rear wall portion 49 are welded together in a triple-layer configuration. The front plate 51 and the rear plate 53 extend in the vertical and vehicle width directions, and in the illustrated example, they are slightly inclined forward as they extend upward.

[0018] Thus, in a cross-sectional view in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle as shown in Figure 5, the base member 17 is formed in a concave shape with an open top, by the flat plate portion 45 of the rear end cross 41, the front wall portion 47 extending upward from the front side of the flat plate portion 45, and the pillar back 43 extending upward from the rear side of the flat plate portion 45.

[0019] As shown in Figure 5, the cabin 11 is equipped with a floor panel 61 on the front side of the base member 17. This floor panel 61 has a connecting member 63 with a substantially L-shaped cross section joined to its rear end, and this connecting member 63 of the floor panel 61 is welded and joined to the upper end portion of the front wall portion 47 of the rear end cross 41 that constitutes the base member 17 at a fixing point P2. The fixing point P2 is located above the fixing point P1 of the front wall portion 47 of the rear end cross 41 of the base member 17, the rising portion 103 of the first reinforcement 100, and the front plate portion 205 of the second reinforcement 200.

[0020] The cabin 11 includes a first reinforcement 100 positioned above the rear end cross 41 at the mounting portion 15, a second reinforcement 200 (second reinforcing member) positioned above the first reinforcement 100, and a bulkhead 300 (first reinforcing member). For example, the cabin 11 is made of steel, and the first reinforcement 100, the second reinforcement 200, and the bulkhead 300 are made of steel. The first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200 are each mounted on top of the base member 17 of the cabin 11. The bulkhead 300 is attached to the base member 17 near the mounting portion 15. As a result, the first reinforcement 100, the second reinforcement 200, and the bulkhead 300 reinforce the base member 17. Furthermore, the first reinforcement 100, the second reinforcement 200, and the bulkhead 300 are all positioned in the vehicle width direction toward the pillar 33 (outer in the vehicle width direction) than the starting point 37a of the curvature of the curved portion 37 of the opening 31 on the inner side in the vehicle width direction (see Figure 2). In the illustrated example, the positions of the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200 in the vehicle width direction overlap both the curved portion 37 and the pillar 33, while the position of the bulkhead 300 in the vehicle width direction overlaps with the curved portion 37 and does not overlap with the pillar 33.

[0021] (First Reinforcement and Second Reinforcement) As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the first reinforcement 100 has a flat portion 101 and a raised portion 103. The flat portion 101 is substantially flat in shape and extends in the front-rear direction and the vehicle width direction, and ribs are appropriately provided to improve strength and rigidity. The raised portion 103 rises upward from the rear end of the flat portion 101. The flat portion 101 is superimposed on the upper surface of the flat plate portion 45 of the rear end cross 41 which constitutes the base member 17. The raised portion 103 is superimposed on the rear surface of the front wall portion 47 of the rear end cross 41. The rear end of the flat portion 101 is positioned with a gap in the front-rear direction from the pillar back 43.

[0022] As shown in Figures 3 to 6, the second reinforcement 200 has a flat portion 201, a pair of left and right flange portions 203, 203, a front plate portion 205, and a rear plate portion 207. The flat portion 201 has a substantially flat shape that extends in the front-rear direction and the vehicle width direction, and is positioned above and spaced apart from the flat portion 101 of the first reinforcement 100. As shown in Figure 5, the front part of the flat portion 201 inclines upward as it approaches the front. As shown in Figures 4 and 6, the pair of flange portions 203, 203 are provided on both sides of the flat portion 201 in the vehicle width direction, and each extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The pair of flange portions 203, 203 are bent downward relative to the flat portion 201, and as a result, the second reinforcement 200 is formed in a hat shape with an upward-bulging convex shape by the flat portion 201 and the pair of flange portions 203, 203 in a cross-sectional view in the vehicle width direction as shown in Figure 6, thereby increasing its rigidity.

[0023] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, the front panel portion 205 extends upward from the front side of the flat portion 201 and overlaps the rear surface of the raised portion 103 of the first reinforcement 100. The rear panel portion 207 extends upward from the rear side of the flat portion 201 and overlaps the front surface of the front panel material 51 of the pillar back 43. As a result, in a cross-sectional view in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle as shown in Figure 5, the second reinforcement 200 is formed in a concave shape that is recessed downward by the flat portion 201, the front panel portion 205, and the rear panel portion 207.

[0024] The second reinforcement 200 is positioned to overlap and cover the top of the first reinforcement 100. The second reinforcement 200 has a pair of flange portions 203, 203 that overlap the upper surface of the flat portion 101 of the first reinforcement 100, a front plate portion 205 that overlaps the rear surface of the raised portion 103 of the first reinforcement 100, and a rear plate portion 207 that overlaps the front surface of the front plate material 51 of the pillar back 43 that constitutes the base member 17.

[0025] The first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200, which are positioned on the mounting portion 15 of the base member 17 in this manner, are joined to the base member 17.

[0026] To explain each joint, first, the flat portion 101 of the first reinforcement 100 is welded to the upper surface of the flat plate portion 45 of the rear end cross 41, which constitutes the base member 17, on the rear side of the vehicle, as shown in Figure 5. Also, the front plate portion 205 of the second reinforcement 200 is welded together with the raised portion 103 of the first reinforcement 100 to the rear surface of the front wall portion 47 of the rear end cross 41, which constitutes the base member 17. The front plate portion 205, the raised portion 103, and the front wall portion 47 are welded together in a triple layer and fixed in place, and these fixed portions are indicated by the reference numeral P1 in Figure 5.

[0027] As shown in Figure 6, the left and right pair of flange portions 203, 203 of the second reinforcement 200 are welded to the upper surface of the flat plate portion 45 of the rear end cross 41 that constitutes the base member 17 via the portions on both sides in the vehicle width direction of the planar portion 101 of the first reinforcement 100. The flange portions 203, the planar portion 101, and the flat plate portion 45 are welded together in a triple layer.

[0028] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, the rear plate portion 207 of the second reinforcement 200, which is superimposed on the pillar back 43 that constitutes the base member 17, is fastened and joined to the pillar back 43 by fastening members 209 consisting of bolts and nuts. Note that the pillar back 43 is not shown in Figures 3 and 4.

[0029] In this way, by attaching the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200 to the base member 17 in the mounting portion 15 in overlapping manner, the base member 17 can be firmly reinforced.

[0030] The cabin 11 is provided with a collar 71 and a nut 25 at the mounting portion 15. The collar 71 is formed in a cylindrical shape and is positioned vertically between the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200. A bolt insertion hole 45a is formed in the flat plate portion 45 of the rear end cross 41, and the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200 have bolt insertion holes 100a and 200a at positions opposite each other, communicating with the bolt insertion hole 45a of the rear end cross 41. The collar 71 is positioned coaxially with the bolt insertion holes 45a, 100a, and 200a. The nut 25 is fixed to a nut plate 73 and a retainer bracket 75 located on the upper surface of the flat portion 201 of the second reinforcement 200, and is positioned coaxially with the bolt insertion hole 200a.

[0031] The bolts 23, inserted from below through the insertion holes 13a and 21a of the frame 13 and body mount 21, are passed through the bolt insertion hole 100a of the first reinforcement 100, the collar 71, and the bolt insertion hole 200a of the second reinforcement 200, and fastened with nuts 25. As a result, the base member 17 reinforced by the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200 is fixed to the frame 13, and the cabin 11 is supported on the upper part of the frame 13.

[0032] Here, in the concave base member 17, which is mainly composed of a flat plate portion 45, a front wall portion 47, and a pillar back 43 and is open at the top, when an external force F such as a load or impact is input from the frame 13 below, an open force is generated in the base member 17. Specifically, as shown in Figure 5, a force Ff acting toward the front of the vehicle acts on the front wall portion 47, which constitutes the wall portion on the front side of the vehicle, and a force Fr acting toward the rear of the vehicle acts on the pillar back 43, which constitutes the wall portion on the rear side of the vehicle.

[0033] In the vehicle structure of this embodiment, the base member 17 is firmly reinforced at the mounting portion 15 by the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200. Furthermore, the second reinforcement 200 is fixed to the front wall portion 47, which is the wall portion on the front side of the vehicle, and the pillar back 43, which is the wall portion on the rear side of the vehicle. Therefore, even if an external force F directed upward is input from the lower frame 13 side at the mounting portion 15, causing a force Ff directed forward of the vehicle to act on the front wall portion 47 and a force Fr directed rearward of the vehicle to act on the pillar back 43, the opening of the base member 17 in the front-rear direction can be effectively suppressed.

[0034] Furthermore, in the vehicle structure of this embodiment, the second reinforcement 200 is attached to the base member 17 via the first reinforcement 100, that is, together with the first reinforcement 100, in the vehicle width direction and the vehicle longitudinal direction. This reinforces the first reinforcement 100 with the second reinforcement 200, further suppressing the opening of the base member 17.

[0035] Furthermore, by attaching the second reinforcement 200 to the base member 17 via the first reinforcement 100, a closed cross section CS1 is formed on the base member 17 by the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200 in a cross-sectional view in the vehicle width direction, as shown in Figure 6. This further increases the reinforcing strength of the base member 17 in the vehicle width direction by the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200. Similarly, by attaching the second reinforcement 200 to the base member 17 via the first reinforcement 100, a closed cross section CS2 is formed on the base member 17 by the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200 in a cross-sectional view in the vehicle longitudinal direction, as shown in Figure 5. This further increases the reinforcing strength of the base member 17 in the vehicle longitudinal direction by the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200.

[0036] Furthermore, the second reinforcement 200, which is attached to the base member 17 via the first reinforcement 100, is joined (welded or bolted) to the base member 17 around its entire circumference in a top view, as shown in Figure 4. This allows the mounting portion 15 to be firmly reinforced around its entire circumference by the second reinforcement 200.

[0037] Furthermore, in the vehicle structure of this embodiment, the fixing point P1 of the rear end cross 41, which constitutes the base member 17 in the front plate portion 205 of the second reinforcement 200, and the fixing point P2 of the rear end cross 41, which constitutes the connecting member 63 of the floor panel 61, is positioned vertically (downward in the illustrated example) offset from the fixing point P2 of the rear end cross 41. By offsetting the respective fixing points P1 and P2 in the vertical direction with respect to the rear end cross 41 that constitutes the base member 17 in this way, the load transmitted from below at each fixing point P1 and P2 can be distributed and reduced. This prevents the load from concentrating at each fixing point P1 and P2.

[0038] (Bulkhead) As shown in Figures 3, 4, and 6, the bulkhead 300 is attached to the base member 17 at a position near the center in the vehicle width direction relative to the mounting portion 15. The bulkhead 300 has a flat portion 301, a front portion 303, a rear portion 305, a bottom portion 307, and an upper portion 309.

[0039] The planar portion 301 is approximately perpendicular to the vehicle width direction and is formed in a roughly rectangular shape, with its front-to-back dimension being longer than its vertical dimension. Since the planar portion 301 extends along the vertical and front-to-back directions, the front portion 303 is positioned towards the front of the vehicle, the rear portion 305 is positioned towards the rear of the vehicle, the bottom portion 307 is positioned below, and the top portion 309 is positioned above.

[0040] The front portion 303, rear portion 305, bottom portion 307, and top portion 309 are bent and extend from the front edge, rear edge, lower edge, and upper edge of the flat portion 301 toward the mounting portion 15 (outward in the vehicle width direction), respectively. As a result, the bulkhead 300 is formed in a U-shape in a horizontal cross-section perpendicular to the vertical direction, with the front portion 303 and rear portion 305 extending in the same direction (inward in the vehicle width direction) from the front and rear edges of the flat portion 301. The vehicle width dimension of the rear portion 305 is set to be larger than the vehicle width dimension of the front portion 303.

[0041] Furthermore, the bulkhead 300 is formed in a U-shape in a vertical cross-section perpendicular to the front-rear direction, with the bottom surface 307 and the top surface 309 extending in the same direction from the upper and lower edges of the flat surface 301 (see Figure 6). The width dimension of the bottom surface 307 is set to be larger than the width dimension of the top surface 309.

[0042] The front portions of the bottom portion 307 and the top portion 309 are connected to the front portion 303, and the rear portions of the bottom portion 307 and the top portion 309 are connected to the rear portion 305. The bottom portion 307 connects the lower parts of the front portion 303 and the rear portion 305 in the front-to-back direction, and the top portion 309 connects the upper parts of the front portion 303 and the rear portion 305 in the front-to-back direction.

[0043] The bottom portion 307 is welded and joined to the flat plate portion 45 of the rear end cross 41 that constitutes the base member 17. The front portion 303 is overlapped and welded to the front wall portion 47 of the rear end cross 41 that constitutes the base member 17. Furthermore, the rear portion 305 is overlapped and fastened to the pillar back 43 that constitutes the base member 17 by fastening members 311 consisting of bolts and nuts. Note that the pillar back 43 is not shown in Figures 3 and 4. In this way, the bulkhead 300 is attached to the front wall portion 47, the front-to-rear center flat plate portion 45, and the rear pillar back 43 of the base member 17, spanning across the vehicle in the longitudinal direction.

[0044] Thus, according to the vehicle structure of the present embodiment, since the bulkhead 300 provided near the mount portion 15 is attached to the base member 17 so as to straddle in the vehicle front-rear direction, the base member 17 can be reinforced at the mount portion 15. As a result, even when an external force F (see FIG. 5) such as a load or an impact directed upward from the frame 13 side is input, the opening of the base member 17 particularly in the vehicle front-rear direction can be effectively suppressed.

[0045] Moreover, since the bulkhead 300 is fixed to the front wall portion 47 which is a wall portion on the vehicle front side of the base member 17 and the pillar back 43 which is a wall portion on the vehicle rear side, the mount portion 15 of the base member 17 can be more firmly reinforced by the bulkhead 300. As a result, the opening of the base member 17 in the vehicle front-rear direction can be further suppressed against the input of the external force F from below.

[0046] In addition, the bulkhead 300 is formed in a U shape having a flat portion 301, a front surface portion 303, and a rear surface portion 3 on a horizontal cross section perpendicular to the vertical direction. Thereby, the rigidity of the bulkhead 300 can be increased, and the external force F input from below can be dispersed.

[0047] Moreover, since the vehicle width direction dimension of the rear surface portion 305 of the bulkhead 300 is larger than the vehicle width direction dimension of the front surface portion 303, the vehicle rear side of the base member 17 can be more effectively reinforced, and in the vehicle rear, the rear portion of the bulkhead 300 can be easily and firmly fixed to the pillar back 43 constituting the base member 17 by fastening members 311 such as bolts and nuts.

[0048] In addition, the bulkhead 300 is formed in a U shape having a flat portion 301, a bottom surface portion 307, and an upper surface portion 309 on a vertical cross section perpendicular to the front-rear direction. Thereby, the rigidity of the bulkhead 300 can be increased, and the external force F input from below can be dispersed.

[0049] Furthermore, the bulkhead 300 has a bottom surface 307 and an upper surface 309 connected to the front surface 303 and rear surface 305. This increases the rigidity of the bulkhead 300 and allows for the distribution of external forces F input from below.

[0050] Furthermore, the bulkhead 300 has a front portion 303, a rear portion 305, a bottom portion 307, and an upper portion 309 that extend from each edge of the flat portion 301 toward the mounting portion 15. As a result, the fixing points of the bulkhead 300 to the base member 17 are located toward the mounting portion 15. With this arrangement, the base member 17 can be reinforced by the bulkhead 300 at a location closer to the mounting portion 15.

[0051] Furthermore, in the vehicle structure according to this embodiment, the second reinforcement 200 and the bulkhead 300 are fixed to the front wall portion 47 of the rear end cross 41 and the pillar back 43, which constitute the base member 17, respectively, at the mounting portion 15. As a result, the mounting portion 15 of the base member 17 can be firmly reinforced by the second reinforcement 200 and the bulkhead 300, and the opening of the base member 17 can be effectively suppressed, especially against an external force F input from below.

[0052] Furthermore, in the vehicle structure according to this embodiment, in the vehicle width direction, the first reinforcement 100 and the second reinforcement 200 are positioned on the pillar 33 side of the starting point 37a of the curved portion 37 of the opening 31 (see Figure 2). Similarly, in the vehicle width direction, the bulkhead 300 is positioned on the pillar 33 side of the starting point 37a of the curved portion 37 of the opening 31 (see Figure 2). This effectively reinforces the base member 17 on the side where it connects to the pillar 33. In order to enhance the reinforcing effect, it is preferable that at least a portion of the first reinforcement 100, the second reinforcement 200, and the bulkhead 300 overlap with the curved portion 37 in the vehicle width direction.

[0053] Thus, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. It is also intended and within the scope of protection to be provided for the combination of each configuration of the embodiments, as well as for modifications and applications by those skilled in the art based on the description in the specification and well-known technology.

[0054] As described above, the following matters are disclosed in this specification: (1) A vehicle structure in which a cabin is supported by a mounting portion on a vehicle frame, wherein the cabin comprises a base member attached to the frame at the mounting portion, a first reinforcing member is provided near the mounting portion on the base member, and the first reinforcing member is attached to the base member across the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. With this vehicle structure, the base member can be reinforced by the first reinforcing member at the mounting portion. This makes it possible to suppress the opening of the base member, especially in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, even when external forces such as loads and impacts are applied from below, which is the frame side.

[0055] (2) The vehicle structure according to (1), wherein the first reinforcing member is fixed to the wall portion of the base member in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. With this vehicle structure, the mounting portion of the base member can be more firmly reinforced by the first reinforcing member. As a result, the opening of the base member in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle can be more suppressed even when external forces are input from below.

[0056] (3) The vehicle structure according to (1) or (2), wherein the first reinforcing member is formed in a U-shape having a front portion and a rear portion in a horizontal cross-section. This vehicle structure increases the rigidity of the first reinforcing member and disperses external forces input from below.

[0057] (4) The vehicle structure according to (3), wherein the widthwise dimension of the rear portion is larger than the widthwise dimension of the front portion. With this vehicle structure, the rear side of the base member can be reinforced more effectively. In addition, since the rear portion of the first reinforcing member is enlarged, the rear portion of the first reinforcing member can be easily and firmly fixed to the base member at the rear of the vehicle by fastening members such as bolts and nuts.

[0058] (5) The vehicle structure according to any one of (1) to (4), wherein the first reinforcing member is formed in a U-shape having a bottom surface and an upper surface in a vertical cross-section. This vehicle structure increases the rigidity of the first reinforcing member and disperses external forces input from below.

[0059] (6) The vehicle structure according to (1) or (2), wherein the first reinforcing member is formed in a U-shape having a front portion and a rear portion in a horizontal cross-section, and is formed in a U-shape having a bottom portion and an upper portion in a vertical cross-section, and the bottom portion and the upper portion are connected to the front portion and the rear portion. This vehicle structure increases the rigidity of the first reinforcing member and disperses external forces input from below.

[0060] (7) The vehicle structure according to any one of (1) to (6), wherein the fixing point of the first reinforcing member to the base member is located on the mounting portion side. With this vehicle structure, the base member can be reinforced at a location closer to the mounting portion.

[0061] (8) A vehicle structure according to any one of (1) to (7), comprising a second reinforcing member attached in overlap with the mounting portion of the base member and fixed to the wall portion of the base member in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. With this vehicle structure, the mounting portion of the base member can be more firmly reinforced by the first reinforcing member and the second reinforcing member, and the opening of the base member can be more effectively suppressed against external forces input from below.

[0062] (9) The vehicle structure according to any one of (1) to (8), wherein the cabin has a pillar extending upward from the vehicle width end of the base member, the corner formed by the base member and the pillar has a curved portion formed in a curved shape, and in the vehicle width direction, the first reinforcing member is positioned on the pillar side of the starting point of the curve where the curvature in the curved portion begins. With this vehicle structure, the side of the base member that is connected to the pillar can be effectively reinforced.
