2. The sales support device according to claim 1, wherein the detection unit detects that the conversation between the receptionist and the caller satisfies the switching conditions or that the call has been put on hold.

The dialogue unit further comprises a speech acquisition unit that acquires a receptionist speech which is the speech of the receptionist at the recipient of the call, and acquires a caller speech which is the speech of the caller based on the receptionist speech, and the dialogue unit speaks the caller speech acquired by the speech acquisition unit to the receptionist, the business support device according to claim 1 or 2.
4. The sales support device according to claim 3, wherein the speech acquisition unit acquires one or more attribute values of the recipient from the recipient's speech and uses the one or more attribute values to acquire the caller's speech.
