Abstract

Elevator operating panel with 10-keys floor selection graphical user interface (GUI), wherein such a 10-keys panel is for selecting a destination floor and displays information about the elevator assigned and the destination floor. For instance, a user enters the destination floor by pressing the keys, and the screen displays the selected or registered destination floor and the location of the elevator assigned to the user, wherein for registering the selected destination floor the user can click the "check mark" key to confirm the displayed destination floor, and the "cross mark" to cancel.
