Preparation method of oyster peptide and its application in improving male reproductive function

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of oyster peptides, and specifically to a method for preparing oyster peptides and their use in improving male reproductive function. The present application utilizes oyster peptides as raw materials, grafts oleanolic acid saponins thereon, and composites them with chitosan to prepare an emulsion of a ternary complex. The emulsion can form stable microscopic particles and has stable rheological properties. Through simulated digestion experiments, it was found that the emulsion has a sustained-release effect on the digestion of oyster peptides, and can at least reduce the proportion of digestion in the oral cavity. In addition, the use of the emulsion and the oyster peptide to intervene in rats with nephrotic syndrome can effectively alleviate their nephrotic syndrome, and at the same time promote the male sexual function of rats, and has an application prospect of modifying and improving male reproductive function.
