Nicotinoid antidote as well as preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a nicotine substance antidote as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and particularly relates to application of methylene blue or salt thereof in preparation of an antidote for relieving thiamethoxam poisoning. Experiments prove that methylene blue or the salt thereof can effectively control, relieve and treat thiamethoxam poisoning symptoms, has a good detoxification effect and can prevent thiamethoxam poisoning in advance. Therefore, the methylene blue or the salt thereof provided by the invention can be used in the fields of medicines and the like, can effectively reduce death of birds and insect animals caused by thiamethoxam poisoning, stabilizes biologic chain circulation, and ensures the quality and yield of agricultural products.
