Abstract

The invention provides a hair make-up composition with a dyeing effect and application of the hair make-up composition. The hair cosmetic composition includes a silicone elastomer, a silicone resin, a volatile solvent, and a pearlescent pigment. The composition has proper viscosity, is safe, is quick and uniform in coloring, does not fade, is high in drying speed, and improves the softness and glossiness of hair.

Technical Field
