Ptc auxiliary heating device control method and device, automobile air conditioner, medium and product

Abstract

The application discloses a control method and device of a PTC auxiliary heating device, an automobile air conditioner, a storage medium and a computer program product, and relates to the technical field of automobile air conditioners. The method comprises the following steps: in the case that the PTC auxiliary heating device does not start working after the automobile air conditioner is powered on, determining whether a fault occurs in a direct-current contactor according to standby parameters of the automobile air conditioner; if it is determined that no fault occurs, determining that the automobile air conditioner can start and run in a preset starting mode; if it is determined that a fault occurs, initiating a prompt message that the direct-current contactor has a fault; determining whether a fault occurs in a temperature protection module according to on-off parameters of a PTC protection circuit; if it is determined that no fault occurs, determining that the automobile air conditioner can run in a preset electric auxiliary heating mode; and if it is determined that a fault occurs, initiating a prompt message that the temperature protection module has a fault. According to the scheme, protection measures are taken when faults occur in the direct-current contactor and the temperature protection module, and the reliability and safety of the automobile air conditioner are improved.
