Furthermore, it should be understood that while development work can be very complex and time-consuming, such development work is merely a routine task for those skilled in the art who benefit from the content of this application.
[0032] It should also be noted that, in order to avoid obscuring this application with unnecessary details, only the equipment structure and / or processing steps closely related to the solution according to this application are shown in the accompanying drawings, while other details that are not closely related to this application are omitted.
[0033] Before using the appropriate repair device to screw the anchor into the valve annulus tissue, the repair device needs to be fixed to the valve annulus tissue. In related technologies, the repair device is usually fixed to the valve annulus tissue in the direction of the anchor screwing in. This fixation method has low reliability, and the repair device is easy to detach from the valve annulus tissue, thus affecting the effect of repairing the valve annulus tissue.
[0034] To address the aforementioned problems, embodiments of this application provide an apparatus and a system for repairing valve annulus tissue.
[0035] See Figure 1 and Figure 2 , Figure 1 This is a schematic diagram of the device 100 for repairing valve annulus tissue provided in the embodiments of this application, with the anchor pins omitted. Some structures that are not related to the inventive points of this application are not shown in the figure. Figure 2 yes Figure 1 An exploded view of the apparatus 100 for repairing valve annulus tissue is shown. Embodiments of this application provide an apparatus 100 for repairing valve annulus tissue (hereinafter referred to as repair apparatus 100), which may include an anchor, a repair component 10, a plurality of fixing components 40, and a limiting component 50. The repair component 10 is configured to guide the anchor to be screwed into the valve annulus tissue in a first direction; the fixing components 40 are configured to fix the repair component 10 to the valve annulus tissue in a second direction; the limiting component 50 is configured to restrict the repair component 10 to move only in the second direction, wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other. In such an embodiment, by configuring the repair member 10 to guide the anchor pin to be screwed into the annular tissue in a first direction, the repair member 10 and the annular tissue can be fixed in the first direction in which the anchor pin is screwed in; and by configuring the limiting component 50 to restrict the repair member 10 to move only in a second direction, the fixing component 40 can fix the repair member 10 and the annular tissue in the second direction, thereby fixing the repair member 10 and the annular tissue in both the first and second directions, which helps to improve the reliability of the fixation between the repair member 10 and the annular tissue, making it less likely for the repair member 10 to detach from the annular tissue, and thus helping to ensure the effectiveness of repairing the annular tissue.
[0036] See Figure 1 and Figure 2 In some embodiments, multiple fixing components 40 are respectively arranged symmetrically on both sides of the limiting component 50 along a third direction, and the third direction is arranged perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. In such embodiments, the multiple fixing components 40 are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the limiting component 50 along a third direction, so that the repair member 10 and the valve annulus tissue can be fixed in the third direction, and the repair member 10 and the valve annulus tissue can be fully fixed.
[0037] See Figure 1 and Figure 2In some embodiments, the fixing component 40 may include a fixing member 41 and a fixing connector 42, with the fixing member 41 and the fixing connector 42 being detachably connected. The limiting component 50 may include a limiting member 51 and a limiting connector 52, with the limiting member 51 and the limiting connector 52 being detachably connected. The fixing connector 42 and the limiting connector 52 are respectively configured to be detachably connected to the repair component 10, wherein the fixing connector 42 is symmetrically arranged on both sides of the limiting connector 52 along a third direction. In such embodiments, the detachable connection between the fixing member 41 and the fixing connector 42, and the detachable connection between the limiting member 51 and the limiting connector 52, facilitates a simplified assembly process for the fixing component 40 and the limiting component 50; and the detachable connection between the fixing connector 42 and the limiting connector 52 and the repair component 10, respectively, facilitates a simplified assembly process for the repair component 10 with the fixing component 40 and the limiting component 50, thereby simplifying the assembly process of the repair device 100.
[0038] In some embodiments, the fixing member 41 and the fixing connector 42 can be configured as a threaded connection. The fixing member 41 passes through the fixing connector 42 and is inserted into the annular tissue, thereby fixing the fixing member 41 to the annular tissue and fixing the repair member 10 to the annular tissue in a second direction. In such an embodiment, the above configuration simplifies the process of fixing the repair member 11 to the annular tissue and improves the efficiency of fixing the repair member 11 to the annular tissue, thus improving the efficiency of repairing the annular tissue.
[0039] See Figure 2 In some embodiments, the fixation member 41 may include a fixation part 411 and a fixation driving part 412, the fixation driving part 412 being able to drive the fixation part 411 through the fixation connector 42 and drive the fixation part 411 into the valve annulus tissue.
[0040] In some embodiments, the limiting member 51 and the limiting connector 52 are configured such that when the limiting member 51 and the limiting connector 52 are threadedly connected, the movement of the repair member 10 in the third direction is restricted, so as to ensure that the repair member 10 can only move in the second direction, avoid displacement of the repair member 10 in the third direction, and facilitate the positioning of the repair member 10 and the fixed position of the valve annulus tissue.
[0041] See Figure 2In some embodiments, the limiting member 51 may include a limiting member body 511, an elastic portion 512, and a connecting portion 513. The limiting member body 511 is hollow; the elastic portion 512 is disposed within the limiting member body 511 and is configured to connect with the connecting portion 513; the connecting portion 513 is configured to be threadedly connected to the limiting connecting member 52; the elastic portion 512 can restrict the movement of the repair member 10 in a third direction. In such an embodiment, the elastic portion 512 is connected to the limiting connecting member 52 through the connecting portion 513, so that the elastic portion 512 can connect with the repair member 10, thereby restricting the movement of the repair member 10 in a third direction and preventing the repair member 10 from being displaced in the third direction. The elastic portion 512 is, for example, a spring tube. The connecting portion 513 is, for example, a steel cable.
[0042] In some embodiments, the extension direction of the repair member 10 is configured to be perpendicular to a first direction and a second direction, respectively. In such an embodiment, configuring the extension direction of the repair member 10 to be perpendicular to the first direction allows the anchor to be screwed into the annular tissue along the first direction; at the same time, configuring the extension direction of the repair member 10 to be perpendicular to the second direction facilitates improving the reliability of the fixed connection between the repair member 10 and the annular tissue in the second direction.
[0043] See Figure 1 In some embodiments, the repair component 10 is formed with a plurality of guide holes 101, and the anchor can be screwed into the valve annulus tissue along the first direction under the guidance of the guide holes 101, which is beneficial to increasing the contact area between the anchor and the valve annulus tissue.
[0044] In some embodiments, the spacing between the plurality of guide holes 101 can be set to be the same as the pitch of the anchor, so that the anchor can pass through one guide hole 101 and then into another guide hole 101, thereby enabling the plurality of guide holes 101 to guide the anchor into the annular tissue and ensuring that the anchor is screwed into the annular tissue in the first direction.
[0045] In some embodiments, the plurality of guide holes 101 may be configured to be connected so that the anchor can slide between the plurality of guide holes 101, so that the anchor can pass through the plurality of guide holes 101, ensuring that the plurality of guide holes 101 can guide the screwing direction of the anchor.
[0046] In related technologies, the contact area between the anchor screwed into the annulus tissue and the annulus tissue is small, which makes the anchor screwed into the annulus tissue easy to detach from the annulus tissue, affecting the effect of annulus repair.
[0047] For the above issues, please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2In some embodiments, the repair device 100 may further include a locking wire 20 and an anchor drive 30. The anchor is driven by the anchor drive 30 and screwed into the annular tissue under the guidance of the repair device 10, and the locking wire 20 is disposed on the repair device 10; the repair device 10, the locking wire 20 and the anchor drive 30 are configured to increase the contact area between the anchor and the annular tissue.
[0048] The repair device 100 provided in the embodiments of this application increases the contact area between the anchor and the annular tissue by configuring the repair component 10, the locking line 20, and the anchor drive component 30. This makes it less likely for the anchor screwed into the annular tissue to detach from the annular tissue, increasing the reliability of the fixed connection between the anchor and the annular tissue, thereby helping to ensure the effect of repairing the annular tissue. At the same time, by increasing the contact area between the anchor and the annular tissue, the number of anchors screwed into the annular tissue can be reduced, shortening the repair time of the annular tissue and improving the repair efficiency.
[0049] In some embodiments, the extension direction of the locking line 20 is the same as the extension direction of the repair member 10.
[0050] In some embodiments, the extension direction of the repair member 10 is parallel to the surface of the valve annulus tissue.
[0051] See Figure 1 In some embodiments, the repair component 10, the locking line 20, and the anchor drive component 30 are configured such that the direction in which the anchor is screwed into the annular tissue is perpendicular to the extension direction of the repair component 10, and the extension direction of the locking line 20 at the location of the repair component 10 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the repair component 10. In such embodiments, the repair component 10, the locking line 20, and the anchor drive component 30 are configured such that the direction in which the anchor is screwed into the annular tissue is perpendicular to the extension direction of the repair component 10, so that the contact distance between the anchor and the annular tissue changes from the diameter distance of the anchor to the length distance of the anchor, which can increase the contact distance between the anchor and the annular tissue, thereby increasing the contact area between the anchor and the annular tissue, which is beneficial to improving the reliability of the fixed connection between the anchor and the annular tissue; and the extension direction of the locking line 20 at the location of the repair component 10 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the repair component 10, so that the locking line 20 and the anchor will not interfere during the process of the anchor being screwed into the annular tissue, avoiding the locking line 20 affecting the normal screwing in of the anchor.
[0052] In some embodiments, the repair device 100 is configured to screw the anchor portion into the annular tissue. Specifically, after the anchor is screwed into the annular tissue, a portion of the helical portion of the anchor is located outside the annular tissue and passes through the repair member 10, while another portion of the helical portion of the anchor is screwed into the annular tissue.
[0053] See Figure 1In some embodiments, the repair component 10 may include a repair portion 11 and a locking portion 12, wherein the extending direction of the repair portion 11 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the locking portion 12; when repairing the valve annulus tissue, the anchor is disposed along the extending direction of the repair portion 11 and screwed into the valve annulus tissue in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the repair portion 11; the locking line 20 is disposed on the locking portion 12. In such an embodiment, the locking line 20 is disposed on the locking portion 12, and the locking portion 12 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the repair portion 11, so that the anchor and the locking line 20 will not interfere during the process of the anchor being screwed into the valve annulus tissue; at the same time, the anchor is disposed along the extending direction of the repair portion 11 and screwed into the valve annulus tissue in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the repair portion 11, so that the anchor can be screwed into the valve annulus tissue parallel to it under the guidance of the repair portion 11, thereby ensuring an increased contact area between the anchor and the valve annulus tissue.
[0054] In some embodiments, the locking line 20 extends along the extension direction of the repair portion 11.
[0055] In some embodiments, the direction in which the anchor is screwed into the annular tissue is perpendicular to the extension direction of the repair portion 11, and the anchor drive 30 is configured to screw the anchor into the annular tissue in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the repair portion 11.
[0056] In some embodiments, the fixing component 40 is configured to fix the repair portion 11 to the valve annulus tissue along the second direction, and the limiting component 50 is configured to restrict the repair portion 11 to move only along the second direction.
[0057] In some embodiments, a plurality of fixing components 40 are positioned near both ends of the repair portion 11 along its length.
[0058] In some embodiments, the fixing component 40 and the limiting component 50 are respectively disposed on both sides of the repair part 11 to avoid the fixing component 40 and the limiting component 50 affecting the extension of the locking line 20, and to make reasonable use of the space on the repair part 11, thereby simplifying the volume of the repair component 10 and thus simplifying the overall volume of the repair device 100.
[0059] In some embodiments, the fixing connector 42 and the limiting connector 52 are respectively configured to be detachably connected to the repair part 11.
[0060] In some embodiments, the fixing connector 42 and the limiting connector 52 are respectively configured to be riveted to the repair part 11.
[0061] In some embodiments, when the limiting member 51 is threadedly connected to the limiting connector 52, the movement of the repair part 11 in the third direction is restricted.
[0062] In some embodiments, the elastic portion 512 can restrict the movement of the repair portion 11 in a third direction.
[0063] In some embodiments, the extension direction of the repair portion 11 is the same as that of a third party.
[0064] In some embodiments, a plurality of guide holes 101 are arranged at intervals along the extension direction of the repair portion 11.
[0065] In some embodiments, a plurality of guide holes 101 can communicate with each other to form a groove that extends along the extension direction of the repair portion 11 for the threaded ring of the anchor to pass through.
[0066] See Figure 2 In some embodiments, a locking hole 120 may be formed on the locking part 12, and the locking wire 20 is configured to pass through the locking hole 120. By passing the locking wire 20 through the locking hole 120, the locking wire 20 is disposed on the locking part 12 and the locking wire 20 can extend along the extension direction of the repair part 11.
[0067] In some embodiments, the repair part 11 and the locking part 12 are integrally formed to improve the overall strength of the repair part 10.
[0068] In some embodiments, the locking part 12 and the anchor can be respectively disposed on both sides of the repair part 11 to avoid interference between the anchor and the locking line 20 during the screwing-in process.
[0069] In some embodiments, the locking part 12 may be disposed at one end of the repair part 11, and the anchor drive 30 may be disposed below the locking part 12. In such an embodiment, the above arrangement can prevent the anchor drive 30 from affecting the extension of the locking line 20, ensuring that the locking line 20 can extend normally.
[0070] See Figure 1 and Figure 2 In some embodiments, the anchor drive 30 may include a connecting portion 31 and a drive portion 32, wherein the connecting portion 31 and the drive portion 32 are detachably connected. The connecting portion 31 is configured to be fixedly connected to the repair member 10, and the drive portion 32 is configured to screw the anchor into the annular tissue in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the repair member 10. In such embodiments, the drive portion 32 can be fixedly connected to the repair member 10 via the connecting portion 31, so that the anchor can be screwed into the annular tissue in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the repair member 10 under the driving action of the drive portion 32. The drive portion 32 is, for example, a steel cable.
[0071] In some embodiments, the connecting portion 31 is fixedly connected to the repair portion 11, and the driving portion 32 is configured to screw the anchor into the valve annulus tissue in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the repair portion 11.
[0072] In some embodiments, the repair portion 11 has a protrusion 111 located at the bottom of the locking portion 12. The protrusion 111 is positioned at the same horizontal level as the guide hole 101, and the connecting portion 31 is fixedly connected to the protrusion 111. In this embodiment, the protrusion 111 being located at the bottom of the locking portion 12 allows for the fixed connection between the driving portion 32 and the repair portion 11 through the fixed connection between the connecting portion 31 and the protrusion 111, enabling the driving portion 32 to screw the anchor into the valve annulus tissue. It also avoids affecting the passage of the locking wire 20 through the locking hole 120, facilitating the placement of the locking wire 20 in the locking portion 12.
[0073] In some embodiments, the connecting portion 31 is pinned to the protrusion 111. Specifically, see... Figure 2 Both the connecting part 31 and the protrusion 111 form a pin hole 1002. The connecting part 31 can be sleeved on the protrusion 111, and the pin hole 1002 of the connecting part 31 is aligned with the pin hole 1002 of the protrusion 111. The pin 1003 can pass through the pin hole 1002 of the connecting part 31 and the pin hole 1002 of the protrusion 111 in sequence to pin the connecting part 31 and the protrusion 111.
[0074] See Figure 3 , Figure 3 This is a schematic diagram of the structure of the system 1000 for repairing valve annulus tissue provided in the embodiments of this application when it is installed on valve annulus tissue 600. The embodiments of this application also provide a system 1000 for repairing valve annulus tissue 600 (hereinafter referred to as repair system 1000), which may include the repair device 100 provided in any embodiment of this application.
[0075] In some embodiments, the repair system 1000 may include a plurality of repair devices 100, such as 1-5 repair devices 100. Each repair device 100 may be configured to guide the anchor 1001 to be screwed into the posterior lobe 610 of the annular tissue for fixed connection with the posterior lobe 610 of the annular tissue 600. Since the posterior lobe 610 of the annular tissue 600 is relatively soft, the anchor 1001 is screwed into the posterior lobe 610 by the repair device 100 provided in the embodiments of this application, thereby increasing the contact area between the anchor 1001 and the posterior lobe 610 and ensuring the reliability of the fixed connection between the anchor 1001 and the posterior lobe 610.
[0076] In related technologies, a single type of repair device is usually used to fix the anchor to the anterior and posterior leaflets of the annulus valgus tissue. However, due to the difference in flexibility between the anterior and posterior leaflets of the annulus valgus tissue, it is difficult to meet the reliability requirements of the fixation connection between the anchor and the anterior and posterior leaflets of the annulus valgus tissue, thus affecting the repair effect of the annulus valgus tissue.
[0077] For the above issues, please refer to Figure 3In some embodiments, the repair system 1000 may further include a plurality of second repair devices 200, a sheath 300, and a plurality of locking devices 400. The plurality of second repair devices 200 are configured to be fixedly connected to the anterior leaflet 620 of the annular tissue 600; the sheath 300 is configured to transport the plurality of repair devices 100 and the plurality of second repair devices 200 to the location on the annular tissue 600 requiring repair; the plurality of locking devices 400 are configured to use locking wires 20 to bring the posterior leaflet 610 of the annular tissue 600 fixed to the plurality of repair devices 100 and the anterior leaflet 620 of the annular tissue 600 fixed to the plurality of second repair devices 200 closer together.
[0078] In this embodiment, the repair device 100 and the second repair device 200 are delivered to the location of the valve annulus tissue 600 requiring repair via the sheath 300, allowing the repair device 100 and the second repair device 200 to guide the anchor 1001 to be screwed into the location of the valve annulus tissue 600 requiring repair, so as to perform precise repair on the location of the valve annulus tissue 600 requiring repair; at the same time, the suture locking device 400 drives the posterior leaflet 610 of the valve annulus tissue 600 fixed with the repair device 100 and the second repair device 200. The anterior leaflet 620 of the fixed annular tissue 600 is brought closer together to reduce the annular diameter of the annular tissue 600, thereby repairing the annular tissue 600. Furthermore, the anchor 1001 is connected to the posterior leaflet 610 using the repair device 100, and the anchor 1001 is connected to the anterior leaflet 620 using the second repair device 200. This satisfies the reliability requirements of the fixed connection between the anchor 1001 and the anterior leaflet 620 and the posterior leaflet 610 of the annular tissue 600, thus ensuring the effectiveness of the repaired annular tissue 600.
[0079] In some embodiments, the second repair device 200 may be configured to be fixedly connected to the anterior lobe 620 near the left and right fiber corners.
[0080] See Figure 3 and Figure 4 , Figure 4 yes Figure 1 The schematic diagram shown illustrates the structure of the device 100 for repairing valve annulus tissue located within the sheath 300. In some embodiments, the repair member 10 of the repair device 100 may be configured to be in a bent state while within the sheath 300 and in an extended state when exiting the sheath 300. In such embodiments, the repair member 10 is in a bent state within the sheath 300, allowing it to enter and be transported through the sheath 300 to the location of the valve annulus tissue 600 requiring repair; and the repair member 10 is in an extended state when exiting the sheath 300, enabling it to function properly after being transported through the sheath 300 to the location of the valve annulus tissue 600 requiring repair, so that the repair member 10 guides the anchor 1001 to screw into the valve annulus tissue 600.
[0081] In some embodiments, the repair component 10 may be shaped like a sheet and made of a shape-memory metal material. In such embodiments, the above-described arrangement makes the repair component 10 elastic, allowing the two ends of the repair component 10 in the longitudinal direction to approach each other and bend, thereby reducing the overall size of the repair device 100 and enabling the repair device 100 to enter the sheath 300; at the same time, the repair component 10 is elastic, allowing the two ends of the repair component 10 in the longitudinal direction to move away from each other and extend after leaving the sheath 300, ensuring the normal use of the repair component 10.
[0082] In some embodiments, the repair member 10 and the locking line 20 are configured such that when the repair member 10 is in a bent state, the locking line 20 is located outside the repair member 10. In such embodiments, the above arrangement can prevent the locking line 20 from getting tangled with other components, ensuring that the repair device 100 can be used normally after the repair member 10 changes from a bent state to an unfolded state.
[0083] In some embodiments, one end of the locking wire 20 is connected to a locking device 400 disposed in a second repair device 200, and the other end of the locking wire 20 passes through multiple repair devices 100 and is connected to a locking device 400 disposed in another second repair device 200. In such an embodiment, the above arrangement allows the locking device 400 to pull the posterior leaflet 610 of the annular tissue 600 fixed to the multiple repair devices 100 and the anterior leaflet 620 of the annular tissue 600 fixed to the multiple second repair devices 200 closer together by pulling the locking wire 20, thereby repairing the annular tissue 600.
[0084] In some embodiments, after the repair device 100 and the second repair device 200 are delivered to the location of the valve annulus tissue 600 requiring repair via the sheath 300, firstly, one second repair device 200 is used to fix the anchor 1001 to the anterior leaflet 620. Then, multiple repair devices 100 are used sequentially to fix the anchor 1001 to the posterior leaflet 610. Finally, another second repair device 200 is used to fix the anchor 1001 to the anterior leaflet 620, thus completing the fixation connection between the repair device 100 and the second repair device 200 and the valve annulus tissue 600. After completing the fixation connection between the repair device 100 and the second repair device 200 and the valve annulus tissue 600, the physician can fix one locking suture device 400 and pull the locking suture 20 through one locking suture device 400 to repair the valve annulus tissue 600; the physician can also use two locking suture devices 400 to pull the locking suture 20 to repair the valve annulus tissue 600.
[0085] See Figure 5 , Figure 5 yes Figure 3The diagram shows the structure of the second repair device 200 assembled with the anchor 1001. In some embodiments, the second repair device 200 is configured to guide the anchor 1001 into the anterior leaflet 620 of the annular tissue 600. In such embodiments, the anchor 1001 is guided into the anterior leaflet 620 of the annular tissue 600 by the second repair device 200, thereby securing the second repair device 200 to the anterior leaflet 620 of the annular tissue 600 via the anchor 1001.
[0086] In some embodiments, the locking device 400 is configured to be fixedly connected to the guide portion 210 of the second repair device 200.
[0087] In related technologies, the locking device 400 is not connected to the repair device 100 or the second repair device 200. The locking device 400 only pulls the locking wire 20 to bring the valve annulus tissue 600 fixed to the repair device 100 and the valve annulus tissue 600 fixed to the second repair device 200 closer together. However, during the process of pulling the locking wire 20, the locking wire 20 has three fulcrums corresponding to the locking device 400, the repair device 100 and the second repair device 200. It is easy for the three fulcrums to be non-collinear, causing the locking wire 20 to form a triangle, which in turn leads to the failure to effectively pull the corresponding valve annulus tissue 600 and affects the effect of repairing the valve annulus tissue 600.
[0088] In the embodiments of this application, by setting the locking device 400 to be fixedly connected to the guide portion 210 of the second repair device 200, the locking device 400, during the process of pulling the locking wire 20, has only two fulcrums corresponding to the repair device 100 and the second repair device 200, ensuring that the two fulcrums are collinear, thereby ensuring that the corresponding valve annulus tissue 600 can be effectively pulled, so as to ensure the effect of repairing the valve annulus tissue 600.
[0089] See Figure 5 In some embodiments, the second repair device may further include a repair body 220, a connector, and a second anchor drive. The repair body 220 is fixedly connected to the locking device 400 and the guide portion 210; the connector is used to connect the guide portion 210 to the second anchor drive; the anchor 1001 is driven by the second anchor drive under the guidance of the guide portion 210 and screwed into the anterior lobe 620 of the annular tissue 600. The second anchor drive is, for example, a steel cable.
[0090] In some embodiments, a plurality of second guide holes 2101 may be formed on the guide portion 210. The plurality of second guide holes 2101 may be arranged at intervals along the extension direction of the guide portion 210. The anchor 1001 is screwed into the anterior flap 620 of the annular tissue 600 under the guidance of the plurality of second guide holes 2101.
[0091] The process of repairing the valve annulus tissue 600 using the repair system 1000 provided in the embodiments of this application will be described below.
[0092] First, one end of the locking wire 20 is fixedly connected to a locking device 400, and the other end of the locking wire 20 passes through a second repair device 200, two repair devices 100 and another second repair device 200 in sequence, and is fixedly connected to another locking device 400.
[0093] Then, the two second repair devices 200 are delivered through the sheath tube 300 to the positions of the front petal 620 near the left fiber corner and the front petal 620 near the right fiber corner, respectively. The two repair devices 100 are delivered to the rear petal 610, and the two locking devices 400 are delivered to the positions near the two second repair devices 200, respectively.
[0094] Then, using a second repair device 200, the anchor 1001 is screwed into the front petal 620 near the left fiber corner; when the repair parts 10 of the two repair devices 100 are in the unfolded state, the anchor 1001 is screwed into the rear petal 610 using the two repair devices 100, and the anchor 1001 is screwed into the front petal 620 near the right fiber corner using another second repair device 200.
[0095] Finally, the doctor pulls the locking line 20 through one or two locking devices 400 to pull the posterior flap 610, which is fixedly connected to the two repair devices 100, closer to the anterior flap 620, which is fixedly connected to the two second repair devices 200, so as to reduce the annular diameter of the valve annulus tissue 600 and repair the valve annulus tissue 600.
[0096] Regarding the embodiments of this application, it should also be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of this application and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other to obtain new embodiments.
